No idea but this is what I have been saying for over 2 years now. Some days 100, 200, 300, 400,000 or more shares show in volume and the stock sits or barely moves; then on other days there will be maybe 500 or 1000 share volume days and the stock falls 1/2 cent? Beyond strange.
Look, researching back, here is a response from Dr. Phillips I believe it was back in March 2008 after the stock fell from 1.50 to .016 (today's price) and people who were invested then were calling his office and e-mailing him including myself. This was on "hotstocked.com" message board::

In some larger overseas markets, plans are underway to introduce local assembly of products to qualify for /local origin status - and minimize costs. Besides, when these products are being sold in these countries in the local currency, this turns out to be a big PLUS, acting as a hedge against the fast declining U.S.Dollar. --- Some people complain about not getting responses
from their e-mails to the company. - Don't forget, we are not a Fortune 500 company with an army of administrative assistants/etc... Our modest staff is busy working at conducting and developing our business.- I, myself,have a couple of e-mails to them (one almost a month ago) with no reply yet. - I know they are busy ... and I understand that. First quatertly report 2008 will be out in early May. - Between now and then, any positive news should bring up the pps. If financials are good, as expected, more investors will joins us and bring us up HIGHER. -All of you , current investors and soon to be investors, You have to have FAITH, based on what YOU KNOW about the company's on-going operations AND prospects. -- Accumulate ... at these ridiculous
