TR,
Sounds about right. How-ever they have occasionaly had delays in receiving final payments in the past.
.....so various small orders right now would show up at end of year, but if a ........ came at the end of the year...?!
RJ
PS. How is that for starting a rumor mill? ..just lunitizing.
Waite,
I like your attitude that is the real blessing you can share!
I hope people do not take my posts for anything other than conversation and my opinion. You know what they say about opinions!
Have a great day!
RJ
Waite,
Sales in last quarter of Calendar year 2011 would not be booked until year 2012? I am sure deposits would be reported.
TR probably could answer that. My main thoughts were that yes I beleive that there will be good news at the end of year, but not compared to 2012.
Tired late night thinking,
RJ
Net,
I am beleiving 1st 10 Q in 2012 is the beginning of what we are looking for. I am assuming that the last quarter 2011 will fill
Brians prediction with growth to continue after.
My opinion,
RJ
Net,
For more cash flow quicker. And a much larger, experienced staff to make things happen.
Brian is 74 years old.
This is my guess, not necessarily what is needed or happening.
RJ
James,
I am sure that more staff is needed for us not to choke on sales, management and support in the upcomming two years. This is one of the reasons I think Brian may ask for more shares. I do not care how successful you are in sales, it must be managed or it will mean much in losses due to liabilities etc.
I also believe Brian is to smart to entertain much in the form of a buyout with our proving demand for the KDS in the market place. My guess is buyouts would be entertained 1-3 years after a few successful multiple sales.
Lunisizing yes, but possible. Pick your Gamble
RJ
Waite,
I know you wanted to buy shares at .018? but I do not think many at that price will be available? I just raised 40,000 shares of my standing limit order at .02 to .024 for imediate fill. The rest remain at .02 and unfilled. It is a 60 day limit order.
I had not purchased any FASC shares in so long I needed my Chocolate I mean FASC fix!
I read where some here are lunitizing on share price. I will take a guess - .11 to .13 end of year 2011? .47 PPS end of year 2012?
I also predict no buy out.
RJ
Net,
I was in now way stating Bankruptcy as an option, but more a financial condition.
The Patents and new markets are worth to much.
RJ
Hi Net,
Brians answer to a buy-out is the same as Cals was. When someone approaches them about a buying the company they refer them to the Market Place. Potential buyers realize that as they try to buy up shares the price would rise significantly.
Brian says anything he does needs 51% shareholder approval. He does not think he could find that many shareholders? We will have to hope that Brians profitable projections are enough to see us carry on. If we were not to become profitable soon we could look at FASC as a bankrupt Company.
I still believe that even if we are profitable at years end 2011, 2012 is our year.
RJ
Waite,
Sorry for your loss. I know from talking to you, you were prepared. You'l see her again!
RJ
Waite,
Dangerfield? I thought he was my uncle? !!
Hey I spent the Last couple of days at Butterworth Spectrum with an uncle of mine. I thought of you but did not have the time to head over to your place. I'll try to see ya soon.
As far as your FASC order is concerned, I am sure we will see a lower PPS soon? The PPS looks to be going in a downward direction.
Good luck,
RJ
James,
You probably know you won't get filled with that large of a AON order. Take off the AON and you would get filled pretty fast and the commission should not be any larger as long as it fills the same trading day.
.....But you already knew that?
I do think that I will get my order filled soon, if the PPS keeps droping. I am not AON, but it is a limit order.
I am very positive 2012 will see us all very happy!
RJ
Hey Waite,
I just thought I saw and heard you on "Break out", I took a closer look and it was Richard Suttmeier of "Real Money" and
"Value Engine" !!
He looks and sounds almost like you do...even his investment anylitical prowness is simular. He may not be quite as good looking though, but close.
I see today that we are having a bear rally, I wonder if it will hold till end of day? FASC is doing better than the Market, go figure!?
Good luck on your catching up with James on your 5,000,000 shares FASC!!!!
RJ
TR,
Yes, Thanks for the correction. CFO is correct.
Maybe future plans could be a buy out?, I do not know. I have tried though!!!!
RJ
Charlie,
Adam can do any work or repairs on the KDS that would be needed.
He has made several trips to MnVap and the Paper Plant in New York to work on the Machines. He has specific projects he works on but is not familiar or involved with all the Project/installations.
I have been trying to find out from Brian where Adam stands long term with the company. I also have heard rumors about the new CEO but he will not share or confirm. Brian said everyone will get an update once he has his future plans/adjustments in place.
Brain claims he is agressively setting up the company to operate with or with out him due to his age. He has no plans to exit at this time but needs to get things set up. Once again he claims he will not abandon shareholders. He has many long term shareholders that are Family and Friends. I hope he is including us in the Friends category!!!!!
"End of calendar year shareholders should be happy" per Brian
Due to conversations I believe Happy means Profitable.
Brian is not sharing much due to being in transition and cannot share at this time. He will be sharing a lot in a PR toward the end of the year!!!!!!
Sorry I could not get more, but I am sure all this and more is known by TR.
RJ
TR,
I also am positive over all on FASC. But Debt is Debt and a couple of 10Q's ago it mentioned collatorizing the debt with assets. Ask your self what assets? Answer would have to be patents. This has to be part of every investors thoughts on a stock such as this.
As I have said here before, Brian has told me he plans on paying himself back with FASC profits. Lets see if he keeps his word. I am counting on it.
As we have disussed and was mentioned by Sarge here before....
a Shareholders rights offering or something simular may also be a probable way for income to finance debt for salaries and future growth if it is going to come as agressively as I anticipate over the next couple of years.
Just guessing and thinking, not arguing. A prudent investor needs to weigh risk and rescue?!!!
RJ
TR,
Brian specificaly said to me "by the end of the Calendar year"
That could be a definition of Short term.
RJ
Sun,
It does not matter to me what FASC was doing ten years ago when I am making decisions based on a right now situation that did not exist 10 years ago.
At this time right now....it is about do you Trust Brian. That is the only thing that an investor can look at right now. There is nothing here if you cannot trust Brian. He can fulfill his commitments of protecting shareholders or he can calatorize the patents for Salaries. If his statement of profitablility is true than the profits must be large enough to evaporate the debt from Salaries.
If Brian collatorizes the Salaries it will be up to Shareholders to ensure a good bid war for the Patents or say good bye.
....thinking... the only other step FASC can make if Profits are not large enough to satisfy debt from Salaries is to change share structure so company can satisfy debt for salaries?
my thoughts/opinions, but not intented to ruffle feathers.
Once again I am trusting Brian. If I am wrong ....
RJ
Sun,
While it is true that due to the debt from Salaries of FASC executives, FASC is basicly Bankrupt. If you deduct the FASC salaries I would think FASC is in good shape. If you add profitablity by the end of the Calendar year ..... I would think FASC to be in very good shape.
....it all depends on what FASC management does with the Salary debt if Profits are not exceptional.
The Patents are worth a large Value to sell into the Industry. As shareholders I do not think that we would allow FASC to actually go Bankrupt with out putting the Patents to a Bid challange. At least I would not.
I am sure that at some time FASC will want or need revenue other than just profits to expand with. I also see FASC executives
wanting to secure Salaries with Assets if they do not get there needs met. The only real assets are the Patents which on the books hold no value, but in a bid war......? And of course it would take a willing group of shareholders to exercise any needed petition to courts?
This is the only way I look at the FASC as an investment at this time.
"Profits" or "FASC Patents bid into Industry".
I will take Brian at his word that he will protect the Shareholders. His words "Salaries from future Profits"
Choose your Gamble In or out? Other than that .....
RJ
Netman,
"The KDS does not make the Pellots, it makes them BETTER!"
RJ
Hi Sam,
Someone dumped 510,000 in two minutes time! Some one was in a real hurry to get out. If they took a couple of hours to dump they might have sold over .02?
My .015 buy order did not pick any up. I was not sure PPS would drop that much, but...just in case....
RJ
TR,
Refering to the May artical. When that was written it was the intention for the 2nd line to open in September. There is a delay due to re-designing the Building itself due to complaints from neighbors of dust escaping from the Building. MnVap is very happy with the results from the KDS, but the dust seems to still be an issue and the plant was temporarily shut down. The problem is not specificaly with the KDS, the system itself.
I was told the 2nd line is still in the plans.
RJ
TR,
I should have also added "done with 2nd line in September" I am assuming that that would mean they are happy with first line and have ordered a 2nd KDS?
RJ
TR,
You are correct. Your first artical/report noted was dated March and said "will use" , Your second artical was May and stated "right now" and "first batch"
Good news, we should be getting occasional orders from MnVap going forward subject to their obtaining expected results!
Lets hope others take look at MnVaps' production.
Thanks,
RJ
Hi TR,
I am sure Keith would know if he was using the KDS or not. The line was specificaly designed around the KDS but they were not allowed to use it as of that time (March). Keith said they were anxious to start using the KDS due to the superior quality it would bring to the pellots. It is very possible and probable that the KDS is now being used? I have not called them recently due to others now calling and not wanting to tire them of FASC shareholders.
Once the line was successful and could show it there would be three other KDS machines purchased one at a time for a total of four lines. As I have shared here before MnVap has a long term goal of Turbines being run on fuel created by MnVap for the purpose of Commercial Electric Supply.
This information is from old conversations I had over the past few years and not current. I believe my last call to MnVap was in March.
RJ
Hi TR,
At that time the KDS was not yet being used for this process.
Remember I talked to Keith and posted here.
RJ
Hi Al,
Their problems are simular to the problems WRAP had with Paper Mill Sludge. The Sludge is sticky. They need to add feed stock such as wood waste etc. to the Sludge for through-put. There was the issue with having to re-feed product initialy. Fortunately the final product was acceptable. The cost of having an extra man to deal with through-put is something that needs to be removed to make it an automatic feed situation.
Summary- Final product Great!, Feeder issues to be delt with.
My memory from various conversations a year or so ago when I was digging.
I have not been digging as of late.
RJ
Hi TR,
I talked with someone from cover Tech I think? It was a while ago.
RJ
Hi TR,
If I remember correctly, one KDS was sold to a paper mill for recovery and re-use of waste. I believe the Paper Mill had 4 other locations? If successful the other sites would obtain a KDS waste recovery system also? My memory from a conversation a salesman a year or so ago. I no longer know how to contact the salesman.
I believe the Paper mill site was in New York?
RJ
Net,
I offered the suggestion to Brian that FASC expand into complete systems Pellotizing, powder burners etc. Brian said that the KDS will remain their key product but is already in the plans of expanding once FASC is profitable. FASC owns a powder burner.
RJ
Sun,
Understood, and I do see early on that FASC got to agressive on Potentialy good news. Now with more evidence of continued sales along with the more conservative FASC I am seeing things different. What I do see is a low price vs. potential. I do agree caution should be taken.
Thanks,
RJ
Sun,
It is obvious that you are oblivious to the alliances and partnerships FASC has developed around the world. I am more inclined to beleive the customers than positive or negative spin from this board. For this reason I am FASC long.
RJ
Net,
I wonder why Brian would file a 144 if he did not plan on selling any shares?
RJ
TR,
Brian said he was working with Pratt & Whitney until about three months ago. Pratt and Whitney has not contacted him since. They were working on their own patents and hopes that they are not proceeding with out FASC. Brian is having Adam follow up on this.
Pratt and Whitney has spent time with Brian at Brians office.
Lets hope ????????
RJ
Net-man,
Could you tell me where you found that registration, I cannot find it.
Brian just returned my call, he said he did not register to sell any shares. He also stated he is not selling any shares.
Thanks,
RJ
James,
I think you are right,.....NOW WILL SOMEBODY GIVE ME MORE FASC SHARES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RJ
Waite,
True Story...
A friend of mine and his wife went to a marriage counselor (not a christian counselor as yours is), ......His wife divorced him and married the counselor!
another True Story....
on the way to a Christian Marriage enrichment retreat I was listening to Buddy Hotelings song "Don't do that deep sea diving"
"Let your sins lay at the bottom of the Sea" It seems alot of the week-ends classes/talks had us in group sessions trying to get us to do some Deep Sea "remembering"! I told the counselor about the Hoteling song.
......currently my worst confession is a recent FASC Share purchase and not consulting the Management!
....of course I am the boss, she said I could be!
RJ
FASC,
My wife likes to humor me with my Pipe dreams! She remembers my CPN stock when I sold it for a $ 45,000 gain and if I waited another week it would have been over a $ 200,000 gain.
.....how-ever less than a year after that it went to 0.
Life has its funny pitches!
RJ
beishchens,
My wife asks the same thing, Just say "yes dear"
....then ask her will she be happier if your right and FASC is a winner or if she's right and FASC is a looser?
Interesting thought?
RJ
Hi Waite,
Would that be "Guts" or ????? !!
RJ
