plus, PV decided he didn't want to put his Consultech into the deal either. why, we don't know. so, two parts of the PLAN were nixed by PV. no wonder it all went to he double two sticks.
our ME connection was willing to put $25 mil cash into the pot and buy 25% of the O/S but PV thought they wanted too much control so he nixed the deal. how willing is anyone over there to do business with our guys now who is aware of that deal?
then Dan is operating on cash flow? if so, that would look good in an audited financial statement. THAT would raise the PPS.
i haven't heard of anyone selling at $0.0001 even when they have had the sell order in for months. there was some speculation that Dan was selling at $0.00001
who would be on the sell side? at what PPS? i haven't heard of anyone selling at $0.0001 even.
my concern regarding R/S's is loss of leverage for the stockholders. i've been taken from having 3,000 shares to 300 shares before so that for every dollar gained in PPS i would have picked up $300 rather than $3,000. i'm holding 750,000 shares of thiss and i'd much rather gain $750,000 for every dollar gained in PPS rather than $7,500 after a 100:1 R/S.
RC, if you were to talk w/Alex about the benefits of an outside audit and becoming a reporting company and uplisting to the OTCBB, i'd be really interested in the answer. the beneficial impact of those actions would be separate from what the actual financial numbers might be. becoming a reporting company is more important to the street than any negative numbers initially (if the numbers were negative). reporting has to do with honesty and verification and corroboration which is a big plus to the PPS.
any idea what the A/S and O/S are?
also, any opinion as to the possibility of a R/S? i'd hate that. at this level, it's usually 50 or 100:1 you could see a million shares go to 10,000
i haven't figured out the A/S and the O/S yet. also, does Corr still have a relationship w/the guy he was talking about buying a brewery with? (some wall street name...)
the stock price would greatly benefit if he were to say he was initiating an outside audit and a move the the OTCBB.
he could simply retire excess shares. i hope he does that rather than a RS.
if this goes to NASDAQ, my retirement is set. i'm as serious about this stock as anyone could be. just watching and hoping they pull it out.
it's positive affirmation. ligitimate companies provide that information freely; the stockholders do not have to drag it out of them. em
could they have actually put some deals together but then got greedy and diverted them into other businesses they own rather than into the SLJB shell?
$1 would be good. i think i'm holding 750,000 shares. $5 would be even better.
if you ever talk w/Corr, please find out and pass along to us anything he may have in mind for the PPS. (but no reverse merger...retiring shares would be ok.) em
good letter. we got some traction. em
no life until you can sell a share or two. em
wolf: we got some gitty up today! em
booyah! em
no biggie. just make more and invest more and bingo! something will happen.
13.) Why doesn't the company just use some of the money it made selling shares through the nominee accounts to do a buy back?
ahhhhhhhhh, they like to torture stockholders?
pump this baby. spank it, spank it. we're ready to ride! em
.09 will get me out but i'd take .10
so "management" is un-gagged? if not, someone is certainly doing a lot of talking in their sleep that is being overheard by the print media.
imo, this POS will go tits-up before ever becoming a going public concern to the advantage of its stockholders...and i own 10-11 mil shares since it RMGC...the shell they bought...Rocky Mountain Ginseng. very disappointing but then i bought ginseng not whatever this has become. em
watching and waiting. em
when the time comes, i really hope he does not do a reverse split but rather just retires excess shares.
how many billions of shares does he control?
two sticks. em
It's ALL about Alberta. em
... und wir alle Sprung zusammen mit Hoppy!

you did some VERY good work there. amazing really. you gotta get some money out of this co for all of the excellent work you are putting into it on behalf of the stockholders.
i had reported that SB "specialized" building materials anomoly sometime back. seemed like another here-it-is/her-it-isn't situation created by the crack management staff.
Das schwantz ist in beiden Händen. That's about it.
someone said there were 3 Loftwerks companies incorporated in Tenn. in 2005 within weeks of one another. if true, what would be up w/that!
the assets are in THIS shell. no, they are in that shell. no, they are in, ahhhhhhhhhh. there aren't/haven't been any assets in any shell other than stock certificates ripe for selling. (a hypothetical not related to SLJB, of course)
Petar puts the P in pudding. He's our guy. Love him, love him, love him. BMOC. Great sunglasses. ...and a terrific story-teller. He should write for a living (or has he been?). Why did we have to wait until last Nov 12th or so to see his photo? That an't right.
but they are referring to "this" co as an IPO so it must be because Steve and PV don't spew forth untruths.
