so My_GOIG' , how many activated key words do you think will be
picked up by the companies and paid for ?
scumbuster, you're right. Today's PR doesn't change Go800's service to something less. However, I'm not sure how this new addition makes it better. Anyone care to guess ?
arpro, at first glance I agree with you that today's PR doesn't seem very related to Go800. Maybe someone can explain how the newly introduced software
can help further Go800's success. Anyone ?
Docter IF $12 million revenues @ 80% profit is $9.6 million net divided by OS of 1.4 billion x 15 PE ratio the pps would be 10 cents. I'm expecting significantly better.
(As usual, let the corrections fly). lol
OT:
creede , lost your E address.
Please send me an E note @
milo2533@yahoo.com
IF after a reasonable period of time owning Labwire
I discovered it was investment that made a whiner
of me I'd sell it - unless I enjoyed whining
about my investment.
mdimport, nice work.
Please E mail me @
milo2533@yahoo
need to suggest
something.
Thanks
I'm fully awake with no delusions as to Labwire's situation nor am I constantly whining about the pps, lack of financials, why Dexter won't return my E messages , or anything else.
Dexter will be back - on his terms....or Maring's : ) - not when I Hub posters , penny ante investors or paid bashers think he ought to.
blacktruck, thanks. You're considerably ahead of me in counting waves but I'll take a stab at GOIG. Since the time of your reply has been several hours and more chart has developed I have (what might be) an advantage. : )
Beginning April 5 I count 8 waves going into today's 9th wave with this 9th wave extending itself into what I think will be 5 discernible waves. On its conclusion of 5 waves will be the top from which a sizable (down) correction will likely ensue.
blacktruck, want to hazard a wave count on GOIG coming off the .0051
correctional bottom ? Thanks for any help.
Nice list. Thanks for taking the time to do it and report.
Seems 3 The Intimidator
is reasonably logical and while he hasn't offered any GOIG trade secrets he has given some nice information re. the new GOIG market makers SEAB & FANC (post # 33252) as well as information on NITE (post # 33197). While his comments re. SEAB & FANC might not be considered 'real DD of GOIG' per se by some , the information is important imo and suggests GOIG trading has moved to the 'next level' - that of its shares being accumulated by well funded buyers i.e. funds. As a GOIG investor this seems particularly significant. His posts re. trading/investment strategy also seems well measured and while not for everyone ought to be considered by many.
Essence of Wealth, your posts are always good and I especially appreciate your remarks on the shorting issue as well as the MoneyTV links (post # 30668) , GOIG U Tube links (post # 30705) and lots of other informative messages. Keep up the good work.
This is a great board and I hope everyone can keep the good information coming.
Correction made. Going back up.
smittygoodcall, Who the HELL would be selling at these levels ?
How about Ike Sutton ? Has he acquired all the cash needed for the acquisition ?
Or could it be a hostile mega company's ongoing shorting program to keep GOIG shares sub penny ?
Both scenarios might be worthy of consisderation.
Trading log shows 3:1 buy ratio.
SteppingStone, It's possible Sutton is still selling to generate the cash needed for the acquisition/s.
In lieu of no press releases of the finalization of the merger-acquisition/s AND the continued selling that's my take on what's happening.
Wondering if Sutton has enough cash yet to pay for his acquisition ? Or could it be acquisitionS ? The trading action looks like an abbreviated version of the prior selling except the price is being maintaianed at a higher level to garner more cash.
Along with this it seems the ease of getting the TA to give OS numbers went south. Any OS guesses anyone ?
I've got quite a few GOIG shares and want the pps to do well but not going to stick my head in the sand.

MRDD, wonder what the average generic keyword is selling for ?
I'm interested in your calculations re. approximate initial revenues as well as yearly.
Correction to $ 1.50 a share estimate post.
@ $90 million estimated yrly revenue less
cost of 20% = $ 72 million divided by 1.5
billion shares = .048 x 25 PE = $ 1.20 a share.
If any know the tax rate on profits please
include and recalculate.
Remember, the above is only figured on
initial launch estimes.
Question? If 5,000 KeyWords is produced at launch
how many or what percent will have multiple area codes purchased ?
No doubt many or even most will be trademarked , no doubt were solicited first by the Company and purchased multiple area codes.
If figuring initial revenues on average how many area codes will each (at launch) KeyWord have ?
Example...5,000 keywords x 3 area codes each = 15,000 x
$ 500.00 per keyword = $ 7,500,000 revenue per mo. x 12 months = $ 90,000,000 ...... ($90 million yearly)
$90,000,000 divided by OS of 1.5 billion = .06 per share x 25 PE =
$ 1.50 a share.
(Please check my math and correct if necessary) and feel free to offer different numbers).
Scottrade showing .009 X .009/ask lol
profcw, your information offers a much different business model - at least initial business model than most visualized. It's totally logical that GOIG needs to acquire a tremendous number of Key Word accounts as fast as possible and at the same time not show its cards to other companies who will no doubt be bringing their version of texting key words to market. As you know, there are other marketing procedures employed by GOIG that substantiate the Company's present soft launch is the smart way to go.
Sutton said "They usually say the first to market gets the market"
and GOIG is well on its way to getting more than its share of the key word texting market.
TradeFun,re.tourist from Europe not being able to use GOIG's service because they don't have V,AT&T,S or TMob' phones.
They can always buy a self paid throw away for very little.
Actually foreign tourist using GOIG' service seems like a brilliant idea.
Kudos to Stervc's great DD of Bederra's potential. Up 43% .... 0022 X .0023 Vol. 100 million first hour.
Thanks Sterling !
Market makers are currently stocking their inventories with GOIG and will until launch.
We should be doing the same.
Ryoko, re. an April launch.
No need to fret as the chances of having a huge number of Key Words at launch time is better. : )
krunchtimespicks, MMs know they'll need shares and are artifically holding the pps down to accumulate for their inventory I suspect - thus the early 2:1 buying ratio with the initial price loss or price stagnation and most likely overall up day in front of us.
Volume only 20 million & MMs walked the pps down 12%. Hope none
fell for the head fake.
No doubt MMs have buy orders and need cheap shares.
Regarding BEDA's naked short position, all serious investors of this board need to give stervc a huge word of thanks - thanks for taking his valuable time to dig for all the facts about BEDA and thanks for the time he spent sharing his information with readers of this board.
Just my opinion , everyone needs to know it's extreemly difficult to put a short squeeze on a market maker/s. Market makers are consumate pros at what they do and because.... they are looking at everyone's 'hand' , have nearly total control of a stock's bid & ask price and know what (SEC) rules they can bend or ignore they very , very seldom loose on a naked short position.
As stervc has point out, the potential for a naked short squeeze isn't the reason he invested in BEDA - it was later he realized the potential for such and that it might be some 'icing on the cake'.
It's the potential to put together via acquisitions a sizeable and profitable health services company that ought to be the lure appealing to investors.
Here's hoping the first of many acquisitions is announced this week and (by chance) we get a little icing on the cake.
A PR stated Engagelogic is engaged in working to ensure GOIG's system can handle over 10,000 KeyWords and 4,000 calls simultanious calls at any given moment. Sounds as if Engagelogic could be designing and building a custom made platform for GOIG. David Harper, Engagelogic's founder is also well versed in patent protection.
Re. the current .0018 X .0019 pps AND the .0017 low.
The Company is no doubt inclined not to pay more for buy-back shares than it has too. Just my opinion , BEDA's market maker which is acting as BEDA's agent in acquiring shares for the Company is buying shares below a certain specified price and receiving a little help from other MMs in doing so.
BEDA investors, short termers and flippers might as well be patient while the Co.'s buy-back is in process. It'll be over soon.
Imperial Whazoo, re. today's PR, the right hand is being nice to the left hand just as you were attempting to teach someone yesterday. : ) As usual, you hit the nail square on the head.
patchman, thanks for your VERY recent appearance on this board (along with other very new posters) to help set things straight. The instant appearance of lots of help in 'correctly' interpreting things isn't a surprise to myself or other savy investors.
stervc, Great summation of BEDA's latest press release. I'll add that it's possible the approval of financing to buy back shares could be linked to the closure of Texas Mobile Health (TMH) and that the acquisition of TMH would assure BEDA's ability to repay the loan.
downupside, Apparently news of SFMI's March 4 OTC:BB listing caught you by surprise and was done well ahead of your projected time table. LOL
