S-3?
I hope so... Thanks
This company is real good at RS. I got caught in that R/S 1-for-300 and they turned around and authorized more shares. 1.5 Billion. Crazy.. I still have stock now but I think we are just paychecks to them and they are living off of us.
R/S three times (something they are good at)

That's a good one. I have to agree with that one. For years its been that way.
Rush to NASDAQ? I keep hearing this but really, think about it. RS @ 200/1 does not get you to NASDAQ required $1 level.
The real hammer is coming... Board puts out a possible 200/1 R/S late in the day (it will happen) but next day a new $2.3 Million in new contract award that states "set to be realized" (not set in gold yet} during Q3 and Q4 2018 reporting periods, but never who with. This is fish bait thrown out by them to keep you from selling.
How about "Three Shots of whiskey and a valium" to let reality sink in.
Well put. Just never saw that wording put into a announcement.
Some posters said that RS will not happen - The Sec filing already told you it's coming and if some of you think it will not happen then that Kool-Aid must be good stuff. Like someone with good smarts already mention in this thread, they thought it would of been more bolder like 1000/1 RS, will he is probably right. Remember they do not need your vote at all, so you just might see another R/S "SEC" announcement to modified the first numbers higher. Maybe back to back RS.
Well - who really knows? Only the people holding all the poker chips knows (BOARD), not us.
GLTO
Where did they get that CHS from the last company they merge with?
What is a thought leader????
(From Kraft)
The Company will continue to publish content in leading trade publications to increase visibility and position itself as a thought leader for emerging companies seeking cost-effective commercial solutions for silicon-based materials.
Good News Coming, I feel it, bought more.
All sold Good Luck with this stock gents.
Well Bruce can have mine, all sell, get them from me now boys. F THis
You stated that NDSU started in 1995 on its work which is now CHS { Si6H12 ). Part os NDSUs project was done with the Dept of Energy ( DOE ) that was Gov funded and so on.
So how in the hell does CRTG own any of this CHS? NDSU has the rights it seems.
{iamthe walrus earlier post/comments}
"For 25 years companies , universities and the DOE and others have been trying to perfect the silicon based anode. NDSU started in 1995 on its work which is now CHS ,( Si6H12 ). Part os NDSUs project was done with the Dept of Energy ( DOE ) that was Gov funded , cost like 15 to 20 million and they hit all the DOE goals ! CHS is the real deal and works to create a silicon based anode that works without the cracking and fracturing of the anode during litigation which was the main problem and delivers 6 times the silicon in one molecule! Coretecs Si6H12 is a replacement for SiH4 which has been a billion dollar chemical that has many applications in many different technologies".
Is there any other bigger companies (with money) out there doing the same thing that CRTG is doing with CHS? Makes me wonder???
Am I missing something here? They wanted out of the NDSU agreement to move on to the other manufacture correct?

Coretec Shareholders:
This is an update on recent activities of The Coretec Group, Inc. (“Coretec”) and to outline our plans for the near term as we pursue commercialization opportunities in Cyclohexasilane (“CHS”) technology and CSpace (volumetric 3D display).
In prior communications we have explained that CHS and other Silicon derivatives are at the forefront of promising current developments in applications such as medical use/drug delivery and monitoring, semiconductor processing, Si anode energy storage, and solar and LED efficiency. Coretec believes CHS is the premier Si derivative and is committed to CHS commercialization. We see continued interest in using CHS as the premier silicon-based precursor in this space. We plan to develop Intellectual Property (IP) in the applications space, both independently and in partnership with our customers; and in these cases and others we will strive to be the sole supplier of CHS.
As you know, our introduction to the opportunities inherent in CHS began with a licensee from North Dakota State University (“NDSU”) of its CHS technology. Our goal with licensing CHS technology was to secure a process for manufacturing CHS and then partner with our CHS volume manufacturer Gelest (“Gelest”) to make CHS for Coretec to sell to users in the applications described above. As application traction occurred, the goal was that Gelest would serve as our volume CHS supplier.
Recently it became clear to us that our relationship with NDSU does not fit the Coretec business strategy of effectively commercializing CHS. We are now developing other manufacturing processes, ones which we believe can be utilized more quickly, not have any exclusivity liability or infringement risk, and with potentially better results. Accordingly, we have permitted the NDSU optioned technologies to expire this past December as they were deemed unnecessary to our business model and we are presently in discussions with NDSU regarding the NDSU License Agreement.
Coretec’s strategy, that of creating value in the application space listed above thru the use of CHS, remains unchanged. We are confident that we can provide advantageous cost, industrial scalability, and high quality CHS in the applications we have identified and others we anticipate developing. Many applications where Coretec is focused can achieve superior cost and performance by using CHS, and we are committed to developing additional IP in these application areas through use of, for example, National Labs, government grants, and jointly developed IP with our customers and partners.
To accommodate the refinement of our strategy described above, our relationship with Gelest has been modified. Coretec and Gelest have mutually agreed to convert the CHS Supply Agreement, now cancelled, to an agreement under which Gelest will provide CHS storage and handling, website and catalog listing of CHS produced by or for Coretec for sale to its customers, and customer service including trans-fill of customer cylinders.
Well it seems Kraft's expertise saved the day with NDSU/RF. Now progress can begin.
On June 29, 2018, the Company and Coretec Industries LLC (collectively, the “Coretec”) entered into a settlement agreement and general release (the “Settlement Agreement”) with NDSU/RF to resolve the Dispute, pursuant to which Coretec and NDSU/RF shall fully and forever release each other from the Exclusive Licensing Agreement and mutually release each other of all claims in connection therewith.
The foregoing description of the Settlement Agreement is not complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Settlement Agreement dated June 29, 2018, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report and incorporated by reference herein.

Great read from earlier posts on Chief Executive Officer: Michael A. Kraft. All I know his "Reputation is on the line", will he succeed? Soon the proof will be in the pudding.
Interesting
179 Volume and drops .023. What a joke! Why all the pumping up CRTG on this board? For years they been sucking us dry and the R/S (twice) did me in, but I bought again. I been screwed by them so many times and now I think it will happen again. Next time I fly to OKLA I am going to stop by their so called Tulsa office (it use to be in Norman I think) to see if they do exist anymore and its not just a pump and dump scam. We been feeding these guys for a long time now.
Thanks! R/S?
Why a University in Azzie land? Is it because America Universities were burnt twice?
Big news will be coming soon and you slammers wished you had stayed in. They are making money and getting more contracts. CEO's care about feeding their own family and it pays to get stock up for they can sell theirs to make more money.
There are companies at .09 who do not have a product and have no revenue stream and tons of shares For example: CRTG, who been sucking investors monies for years.
Why isn't this stock exploding upwards? All sounds positive with this stock. 4m revenue and going higher? New Contracts?
I took a leap of faith and got burned R/S 2 times by this fledging company of words, but I am still hanging in there like all of you are. I like that one phase who said: "Waiting for the light at the end of the tunnel". I hope so!
I got mad a couple weeks ago and sent Coretec a email on why no press releases just a blog of words that we all hear over and over again with no results. I got a quick reply that said read our blog (LOL). I replied that blog is just a bunch of words that does nothing to the stock $$ increase. Soon after an 8k was put out about the CEO blog, just to make us feel good. LOL
I feel like "I" just put food on their plate year after year buying this stock just to lose it all on R/S. I hope there is a big light soon at that end of the tunnel because frankly I am getting tired of waiting.
Never a press release just the CEO throwing out garbage to keep our hopes up like; New Possibilities for Printable Electronics & Batteries and so on.
Losing faith in this one... 3 reserve splits and I see another one coming. I fly out to Oklahoma a lot, so now I am going to visit their office in Tulsa to see if its a ghost town.
Losing faith
So here I am back with this stock that ate my lunch before with that beautiful 300 to 1 RS, and now its on a new adventure as Coretec. Bought just enough in case it does pull off a miracle. Someone tell me I am right to buy again or I am just stupid. (well you do not have to say stupid)
