$ONCI is WAY undervalued at .0005.
This was .0005 before it even released its first quarterly report 3 years ago. Now, three years later with 2019 Q1 and Q2 fins adding up to nearly 3 million, with assets over 10 million, and a profit rate of over 40%, it is at the same price.
Market sentiment is low due to some missed deadlines. But with market cap of 2 million, and a recent share reduction of 1.4 billion, this is bound to let loose very soon.
At 5x earnings, ONCI fair market price is .007.

We lost that deal two years ago. Longs all know it. He had a meeting with the Governor of Michigan's office and the deal went to a competitor.

VISIT TO AUTONATION--BSAFEMOBILE INSTALLATION
As mentioned briefly yesterday, a friend/fellow investor just visited his local Autonation after they confirmed that bSafeMobile was in stock. Here is his report of the experience.
An appointment was made ahead of time with a parts salesperson. When I walked in, I saw right away a desk set up with ads and accessories. A bSafeMobile stand up flyer was on the desk:
The salesperson came right out and we discussed how they would install and provide some basic training on how to use the software. At this point I also met the parts manager who talked about how excited they were to be one of the first Autonation locations to carry the product. I questioned whether all locations would have bSafe in stock and they felt based on the communication from corporate that they would over time. They both seemed very excited about the product and felt with the right promotion, which they are planning now, they can sell a lot of units.
They are currently setting up meetings with local high schools this week, as they work with all of them in the area. They all were very excited about it and were real busy, but I was still treated as if I was spending a million bucks. They also mentioned that they are making displays to go into the lobby and service department lobby. She will send more pictures when they are done. They just got the product there last Friday and are just now getting it into their systems.
Some of their selling pitch--this is what was explained to me as they loaded the software into my phone:
The product can use up to 6 phones
3 types of drivers
-Administrators, receives all emails/texts, can make changes
-observers, can make changes but doesn't receive messages
-Drivers, cant use phones while driving.
I paid for the hardware and was led outside for installation into my car. Here I am holding the unit just prior to installation:

The installation process lasted about 20 minutes in total as they synced my phone to the software. I gave it a quick test drive and all worked perfectly. I am planning to return to the dealership soon to take pictures of the displays they set up. As we closed, both the manager and installer mentioned that it wouldn't be much longer till the gov't mandates distracted driving tech in every vehicle .
All I can say is that the product is real, the AN deal is real. I hope my visit clears any doubt about this awesome product. No more typing as I am going to drive now! wink

The software is loaded by the dealership into the user's phone at the time of purchase. The user and/or the admin is provided with instructions on how to use the software and may even come back for training. The online download is a backup option should someone get a new phone or choose to upgrade.

OK, let's look at the real numbers, and go by what you are saying:
A/R 2018 at the start of the fiscal year: $4,851,862
A/R Q2 (six months later): $6,575,831
That means A/R has grown $1,723,969.
I'm sure we can agree on that, yes?
OK--revs for the first six months of the year = $2,915,884
There's a BIG difference there of $1,191,915.
That figure is the $$ collected for the first six months.
So, perhaps we are both wrong and both right to some degree. Fair enough? ONCI is 100% bringing in cold hard cash and using it to pay for Cogosense, Sifthouse, Commissions, and other expenses including the manufacture of new units.

Then where did the 1,375,000 to pay Cogosense come from if we are not getting paid for the product?
Looks like we paid out 364,486 in sales commission in the first 6 months. You can't pay a salesman commission without the bill of sale being paid.
What about all the other business expenses? You need cash flow in order to show profits, which ONCI is clearly doing.
We can disagree all day long, time will tell all.

The large increase in AR screams to me that ONCI shipped its PL2 client in the month of April. AN INCREASE IN NEW SALES RESULTS IN AN INCREASE IN AR. If payment terms are 90 days, it will not show up as revenues until 1-2 quarters later.
IMO the payment of the PL invoices will show in Q3, with a hefty increase in revenue.
I've said this before--I work for a family-owned wholesale business. We have strong shipping months that show a massive increase in A/R over revenues. When we get paid on those invoices, revenues subsequently increase. Now get this--we just sold Target for the first time, a huge order that we gave terms of 120 days on. Our A/R is now FOUR times our current monthly revenues. And guess what...our business is not a scam.

AR = future payments made to ONCI
Increase in AR means we are CURRENTLY shipping new orders, and lots of them.
Let's say I'm a small business selling other small businesses. I sell on average 100k a month of product with NET 90 terms.
I will ship 300k and have A/R for the first three months of 300k with ZERO REVS.
By the fourth month, my revs are 300k but AR continues to grow because my business is growing. As I ship more product every month, my AR grows.
Now let's say I sell Wal Mart for the first time and ship them 1000K
Now my AR is 1300k with 300k in revs.
ONCI just shipped their large client in April--these will show as AR but not as REVS until we get paid.
Q3 will show a significant increase in revs because the AR is higher in Q2.

Except for the parent of a teen driver like myself.
Or the business owner of a fleet of vehicles providing company cars to its employees.
Or companies with service fleets.
Remember--the admin feature is unique to the Cogosense products, admin meaning parent or business owner in this case.
And as for A/R, every company in sales has A/R on the books, especially those providing payment terms to their clients. The higher the A/R, the higher the future revenues become. The more business being done, the higher the A/R.
NOW...if A/R was growing and revenues weren't, then I'd say there's a problem but that is not the case here.
A/R and Revenues should be growing comparatively and that is exactly what is happening with ONCI.

Fair assessment and certainly food for thought--it is certainly one or the other. The eternal optimist in me truly wants this deal to be real, he's touted it for months and has come through with a number of promises of late. However with his awful track record of bragging about potential deals that were never made or released, the possibility of this deal being a fabrication does exist, but I'm leaning more to this being the 'real deal' for now.
Since he has been saying that there are ads associated with this deal, we will know one way or another. If we do not see ads this year, it will be the last straw for me. If we DO see ads, then it's a whole new ballgame. And I do NOT want to hear the deal is real but the ads have been cancelled. That would be a total crock.
Sorry SB--this deal for me (and for every ONCI investor IMO) falls into a do-or-die scenario. If we find out there is no PL2 and no ads, I will not go down quietly.
