Look at it this way: there's an increase in revs AND AR, which proves that we are not only getting paid, but we are bringing in new business at the same time.

The large increase in AR screams to me that ONCI shipped its PL2 client in the month of April. AN INCREASE IN NEW SALES RESULTS IN AN INCREASE IN AR. If payment terms are 90 days, it will not show up as revenues until 1-2 quarters later.

IMO the payment of the PL invoices will show in Q3, with a hefty increase in revenue.

I've said this before--I work for a family-owned wholesale business. We have strong shipping months that show a massive increase in A/R over revenues. When we get paid on those invoices, revenues subsequently increase. Now get this--we just sold Target for the first time, a huge order that we gave terms of 120 days on. Our A/R is now FOUR times our current monthly revenues. And guess what...our business is not a scam.
