That is correct, Berman has been selling to CM and AN individual dealer groups directly. Each AN and CM dealership has an open budget to add products that they feel befit their local clientele. Wal-Mart stores does this too. Majority of the stock on the selling floor is purchased by corporate, but a percentage of the open to buy for each location is used for other deals.

AN and CM were NOT corporate deals, and were not full distribution to all stores. From what I can tell, ONCI has sold about 40 AN locations and 20 CM locations.
