On the other hand, When theres a lull in the action, The MM takes full advantage.

I am stating the facts as I see them.

I do this full time and in the process make over 1000 trades a year, I look at whats given me at any given moment and make a decision based on the information at hand.

That information can change in a heartbeat, And so does my thinking.

The Information at hand for WFSV at the moment is, The company is not updating its shareholders as to what its up to, In turn the MM see's an opening to shake out weak hands, Or somone is unloading a large block of shares.

If its the latter, This could go on for a while.

If its a shakeout the MM Will buy till he has his fill and Then takes it up to dump his shares.

Do I believe in the company, Yeah I do, But Im not going to cheerlead when nothings happening.

Do I want the company to move much higher, And do I think it'll happen, Yes I do, But within its own time frame.

I hold a little over 1M shares so I do have an Interest in seeing it move higher, But Cheerleading is not the way to do it.
All that does is set you up for a bad day tomorrow if it dosent happen.

Is the company screwed up by putting in their PR about the update on the pinksheets , That it would be done the next day, Which they should have known would not happen and made a lot of investors stay away or sell.
They should not have put that wording in there.

Pinksheets Update they promised last week, I know pinksheets does the work when they feel like it (( Which sometimes takes forever ))
But the company should have known that and not stated in their PR it would be updated the next day.

This IMHO has hurt the share price and investors keep checking for the update.

I have tried to contact the company but my emails keep getting kicked back to me, Thats a problem.

Maybe some upward movement today.

Yup Penny, INSQ Took A Very Long Time, From Bib Holdings

Till then it was a very long time, But in the end everything came out fine.

On OWVI I sold most but kept a core position of 4M and looking back I should have sold that too.

But they are free shares so I didnt care (( THAT MUCH ))
But it would have been nice if my head was screwed on that day to sell and then buy back in at a lower price.
But you just never know and I had taken a big profit and they were free so I rolled the dice and hoped for the best.

I really dont worrie about this, In time it'll PoP, Im sure.

I did take another position EREI Which just changed ticker symbol this morning to WSFV, JMO but this looks as good as OWVI, Check it out.

But it'll take a PR to do it, And with the right PR It could do a 200% move.

On the other hand, Without that PR I cant see it moving much. Between .015 and .02

I'am not in a panic if the OS goes up, Im sure it will.
This is how the company is funded by Issuing shares.
There are many Pink Sheets with AS OF 4 to 5B and OS of well over 1B, And they are selling well above OWVI
Examlpes, NEOM 1.3B OS, BIEL 900M OS, LDSR 3B OS, Just to name a few. Dont get into a panic when the OS is increased.
This is a startup company and will be just fine in the long and short term.
