reader: For all we know, stock could U3-halt ('Extraordinary news') 30min before close Friday. After close, deluge of filings - INCLUDING Q1FY'17 10 filing - getting BVTK 100% current.
Then, yes, the RARE 7/3 news of current state and Stop Sign removal by market re-open, Wed., 7/5, 9:30am when trading resumes. Maybe a double whammy w/ news release of the anticipated $50-100MM Viking deal?
Price 'reset' to higher, much higher level?
A new era dawns on BVTK.
HOW could that be bad?
Low low volume, lotsa lotsa buys today. Love it.
Charts are looking AWESOME!!! What a setup!!!
The calm before the storm.
There's a bomb at the end of this slow burning fuse and when she blows, she's gonna go nuclear.
I'd love to see it.
Wouldn't that be cool?
Could happen.
Big? Much bigger.
Tommy said as much.

Stucky: I agree...put John McAffee on the the BVTK BOD...he's such a bad-ass. Smart as all get out, always ahead of the curve.
And, being ahead of the curve is EXACTLY where Bravatek is today w/ Ecrypt One and Viking.
Protecting the IoT is going to be KEY! I suggest everyone watch the NIST interview shared by Chuck "The Beast" Brooks in this tweet..

Boots: OK. Since they have so many individual noteholders, that tells me they get some new, great terms equity financing, pay off some old converible noteholders, buy back some common shares, put them into Treasury...repeat.
Glad all this confusion is now cleared up.
You good?
lns
Boots: And it's common sense that "notes being taken care of" most likely has already been taken care of.
Did you miss the company already having publicly comunicated that information to shareholders?
Did you even read my post? I just showed you those official SEC SANCTIONED company public disclosures exactly the common sense action on the part of the company you say needs to take place first.
And, your question to me earlier this morning about why change CPA's for their VALUATION SERVICES?
http://www.dbrookscpa.com/palm-beach-valuation-services1.html
They also tell you right there and it has everything to do w/ this very subject. Just read it and you will see.
You have now been clearly shown and should be able to now answer your own question there.
lns
boomer: And it was told to me it couldn't be provided. You proved that wrong. Appreciate it!
Again, now we know exactly why (if we see these T-trades this month were tied to share buybacks, then we'll see those specifics in the FY'17Q1 10Q due out before Labor Day) the new CPA's were brought in...their Valuation services, since that's the other way that section of CO state law on distributions is satisfied. It's either, yes, ("current") fins or valuation or even other means, whatever is reasonable for the given situation. Appears to me, the valuation method in this situation was deemed most reasonable.
Being told buybacks cannot be taking place because of any law violations is wrong too...another example of iHub Fake News.
And, via their chosen publicy disseminated newsfeed, Twitter*, we were clearly told that note holders were being consolidated. Not once, but twice. No details in the public disclosures, but no biggie since nothing illegal there. We'll see those details in the appropriate 10Q.
BVTK management continues to consolidate number of debt holders...

BVTK consolidating more note-holders...

mrcarnita: It's a sensitive subject area around here. Haha! lns eom
NICE SAVE AND CLEANUP, EUR06!!! lns eom
boomer: Yes. Non-issue and VALUATION COMPLETE!!! As I initially suspected when they changed CPA's...They did it for the VALUATION SERVICES they provide...

Can you provide the direct link please to to the info you posted, please? For some dumb reason I am having a time finding it.
Thanx,

absin: Locked in house all weekend reading five filings. That'll be a LOT to absorb. I'm up for the challenge! Haha!
Monday would be insane. Especially if they cherry topped it all w/ the lawyer letters, or PR on getting current and Stop Sign removal or better yet, the $50-100MM telegraphed services contract.
BOOMAGE!
What a 4th that would be!
lns
Richkat: Code for Kaiser! Hahaha! lns eom
TenK: See what I'm saying, you gotta actually read the filings...
GOINGUP: And, ya just gotta love the explanation in the final section of the late notice...
TenK: I haven't seen yet that even if they were buying back shares now that it's somehow illegal like you suggest.
In 50 posts of yours yesterday I saw not one link from you actually corraborate what you claim.
I read your claims but saw no proof.
I did however read that the SEC stated it was impossible to be in criminal violation of a voluntary rule.
And, I did read how the buybacks must be reported in a 10 report but only should be PR'd or 8K'd.
The key difference...How companies should disclose vs. how they must report.
Its all speculation anyway since T-trades are a total mystery regarding intent behind them. Pure speculation.
We''ll just have to wait to see...myself w/ shares when the answer comes and you without.
We've both made our investment decisions here.
No law's broken to date here and I and most all others aren't expecting any to be broken in the future here either.

Vipi: OK, been wondering but haven't looked or even asked what the acronyms you have been flashing up for weeks meant.
Glad I looked now, finally. Thanx for the push. Don't know what took me so long. The water is pretty nice.
Have lots of questions, guessing the word is 'mum" but, is it something like this...
Tommy&Co. are wanted to Ecrypt One the entire US Federal gov't and need some serious equity infusion from the asker to get the ask done?
Sumpin' kinda lika?
Maybe the significant development that "could change everything."?
Another quick one...
Do they make those blanket as well for the entire gov't or each agency separate?
Wow...just MORE confirmation of what we think is happening.
F'n hoog.

Let's hypothetically say we find out down the road here that a share buyback took place.
Let's say also they are being bought back to put in Treasury for future employee stock option packages.
Let's also say that before any share was bought back in the open market to put in Treasury, all of the Preferred shareholders were told of the plan and they give the nod to go ahead.
Let's also say that common shareholders were hinted to the fact that a share buyback was going to commence or possibly already underway via Twitter*.
Who would care enough to start an SEC investigation over it?
Any shareholder? I don't see that happenning when all classes of shareholders ultimately benefit from execution of the share buyback plan.
Who else?
The State of Colorado? Who was harmed? None that I see. Worth the tax dollars to investigate? Not that I see. Anybody benefit? Lots of folks, yes, even common folk and most certainly the state themselves via increased tax revenue generated through various means tied to Bravatek's success.
How about the SEC? Surely they would care enough to investigate such an act of benefit to many, and harm to few, if any.
Well, sadly for some, not even the SEC cares, even if they could muster the strength.

Ten K: CEO's history is he was the DHS's first Chief Commercialization Officer and held the post over two presidencies, Bush and Obama, serving well both sides of the aisle.
They obviously trust him.
He is now in the private sector having been personally asked to lead a publibly-traded company who's founders 'knew' they had something very unique and powerful when it came to protecting an ubiquitous, vital piece of the entire internet ecosystem, and that's the email systems that personally connect its users. They knew they needed to get it into and throughout the Federal govt's systems fast to lock down the cyber doors left open by the Federal govt's primary email system of choice, MS Exchange.
They obviously trust him.
He has now publicly tweeted on more than one occassion his high level meetings with DHS and now DOD as well as tweeting publicly of two game changing deals happening now which required full BOD disclosure and input, san details.
Now it's up to me, and you, if you choose to decide...
Do I trust him enough to invest and hold BVTK, a sub-penny stock found smack bab in the middle of the hottest tech sector going on in the market right now...the next 2-3yr market-hyped cybersecurity boom...a sub-penny stock led by a CEO and BOD with deep, trusted gov't ties and personal histories of highly regarded service to their country, for a chance to...if true...experience real, life changing wealth and the 'freedom' it could bring?
I do.
What the heck do you think is going on here?

How can a second quarter end 6/30/17 and the FY then end on 9/30/17?
This isn't hockey.
Besides, I thought the FY for BVTK ended 3/31 making 6/30 the end of FY'17Q1.
No?
