boomer: And it was told to me it couldn't be provided. You proved that wrong. Appreciate it!

Again, now we know exactly why (if we see these T-trades this month were tied to share buybacks, then we'll see those specifics in the FY'17Q1 10Q due out before Labor Day) the new CPA's were brought in...their Valuation services, since that's the other way that section of CO state law on distributions is satisfied. It's either, yes, ("current") fins or valuation or even other means, whatever is reasonable for the given situation. Appears to me, the valuation method in this situation was deemed most reasonable.

Being told buybacks cannot be taking place because of any law violations is wrong too...another example of iHub Fake News.

And, via their chosen publicy disseminated newsfeed, Twitter*, we were clearly told that note holders were being consolidated. Not once, but twice. No details in the public disclosures, but no biggie since nothing illegal there. We'll see those details in the appropriate 10Q.

BVTK consolidating more note-holders...

Again, it is my belief based on the timing of last O/S update and now delay of that update, that buybacks have commensed on 6/1 or maybe as early as 5/12, the Friday the lift off the bottom began and numbers were last previously updated. Remember, the increase in O/S for the 5/31 update was 7x's lower than the dilution/conversion reported a month prior. And, massive continued dilution would not allow a ~400% increase of share price since then...The Law of Supply and Demand at play here.

So, what does "consolidating debt/note holders" mean exactly, anyway? What's that going to look like?

It means this...

consolidating and paying down $X.x million in outstanding convertible debt notes.

And going to look something similar to this...

...where it wound up helping to profit shareholders 10-bags.

T-trades are a mystery. BVTK's O/S # is a mystery right now as to where it stands. Time will tell...

We will just have to listen to BVTK's latest tweet* today...

FYI...And guess who's cutting deals in the Telecom space? It'll be worth the wait as good things come to those who wait!

And, we wait...

Thanx again for the link, boomer!

Everything looks on the up-and-up to me and, to repeat...T-trades are a mystery until they're not. Were not at that point in time yet. wink
