TenK: I haven't seen yet that even if they were buying back shares now that it's somehow illegal like you suggest.

In 50 posts of yours yesterday I saw not one link from you actually corraborate what you claim.

I read your claims but saw no proof.

I did however read that the SEC stated it was impossible to be in criminal violation of a voluntary rule.

And, I did read how the buybacks must be reported in a 10 report but only should be PR'd or 8K'd.

The key difference...How companies should disclose vs. how they must report.

Its all speculation anyway since T-trades are a total mystery regarding intent behind them. Pure speculation.

We''ll just have to wait to see...myself w/ shares when the answer comes and you without.

We've both made our investment decisions here.

No law's broken to date here and I and most all others aren't expecting any to be broken in the future here either.
