It's funny, we never hear about or post about the shares we are supposed to get from the Stock Trading business...It's kind of like: "Oh yeah, well...whatever...."
lol
Happy to see the March 28th date. That means that time is being taken to put together a good site....not some thing just pieced together (err.....like the Federal Govt. did with the HealthCare site)
Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo UTRM!!!!
What do you think causes the morning dips?
A. No pre-market news and people get impatient.
B. People get on other message boards and start reading about another stock and they get sucked into it and bail out on this one
C. People are clueless
D. People like to trade!
E. All of the above
F. Other
I'm a little disappointed that the NMGL/RENS statements don't seem to be on the immediate radar. The following is from page 161 of the GNCP Annual Report:
NOTE 43. LOANS TO MINING EXPLORATION COMPANIES
The Company acquired a loan advanced to North American Gold & Minerals Fund (“NMGL”) in the amount of $265,000. NMGL is a Mining Exploration Company quoted on the OTC Markets under the Symbol: NMGL. Ronald Lowenthal, the Chairman of this Company is the sole Officer of NMGL.
The Company acquired a loan advanced to ASPA Gold Corp. (“ASPA”) in the amount of $103,700. ASPA is a Mining Exploration Company quoted on the OTC Markets under the Symbol: RENS. Ronald Lowenthal and Ted Blom, the Directors of this Company are both Directors of ASPA.
North American Gold & Minerals Fund owns 71.38% of the outstanding shares of ASPA Gold Corp. Common Stock. The Company has undertaken to advance the necessary funding, expertise and advisors to both NMGL and ASPA in order for them to become “Current Information” Issuers with the OTC Markets Group. No firm date has been set for these events.
The Company may in the future, enter into a working relationship with North American Gold & Minerals Fund.

OK......there was volume...but not quite what we were looking for....2,000 shares...lol. Very strange. This seems like there was a trade just to say there was a trade.
On the positive side...it was "another day" to add shares. I picked up a few!
I thought Ted Blom was supposed to slay Shorty! ? Is he still reaching into his bag of tricks?
I see the Company that is "no longer in business" continues to trade like a Mad-Man!!!! lol
Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo GTLA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why do you say no volume? It has been trading.
Having issued and written literally thousands of full disclosure financial statements, I have to say this GNCP Annual Report is the worst one I have ever seen.
The disclosure about Notes and Conversion are so repetitive and poorly written it is embarrassing.
Note to management: You have a Zero Revenue, Zero Cash company. Just keep it simple and disclose what normal developmental stage companies disclose.
I have prepared and audited numerous financial statements. And, I can tell you that the level of disclosure and supplemental exhibits is beyond over-the-top.
The more you put out there...the more mistakes you are going to make.
They have needless stupid stuff in there (e.g. their resumes which are already on the website).
Keep it simple stupid.
Never seen a Zero revenue company with Zero cash disclose so much...lmao
I was thinking that a lot of stockholders might have had their shares removed.
Every time I tried to sell some, the brokerage company just told me to have all the shares written off. Stuff like: "we can only write off your entire position...". So, I didn't do it.
Great point...I hadn't thought of that. Since news is expected early this week, it could have a small sell-off if we don't get any.
Now, I'm hoping for NO NEWS! lol
One bad thing about GNCP....they file their news and reports at any hour! They have me looking for news at all hours of the day. I think I'll just give myself and my computer a rest and log back on in the a.m.
Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo GNCP!!!
I was thinking the same thing.....let's see what happens tomorrow. I'm not all that ready for news myself, I was hoping to add to my relatively modest position here!
From Poster "Mr Templeton" on last Friday:
Total SSTY Volume for 2013 = 3,619,501 shares.
(and this total includes a single trade of 2,250,000 on 2/13/13).
Th 2/20/14: Vol: 5,000,000 sh, Closing Price $.0002
Fr 2/21/14: Vol: 16,000,400 sh, Closing Price $.0002
Mo 2/24/14: Vol: 5,000,000 sh, Closing Price $.0003
I hope I'm adding to this list tomorrow afternoon!
What I'm trying to say is that they are not easy to catch with the rules that have been in place in the past. Hopefully, that will change.
It is obvious to anyone with an open mind that GNCP (like many other penny stocks) is plagued with this problem.
jufel, great point! Maybe I'm just peeved because I didn't have the $$$$$$$$ to load some more when the pps fell...lol
there has not been a SINGLE documented example of an OTC issue that has had a massive NSS position
Yes, let's do something illegal and document it! lmao
tob999, I wouldn't be here if I didn't have shares. Not selling. I go way back to when this was $.09 per share.
Even the most ardent supporter of this stock has to admit that today was a disappointment. All I read this morning before open was "GAP UP!!", "KABOOOM!!", etc. This was before anyone even had a chance to read the dismal looking Annual Report.
Anyway, if you want a cheerleader and no truthful posts about GNCP...put me on IGGIE.
I wonder is the First Quarter Financial Statements will put me to sleep also.
It was looking like a no-volume day...and then, we not only got a couple of trades.....they were at $.0003!!!!
All of us posters seem to be in the dark on this one....Day 1 was a huge surprise, Day 2 was a pleasant surprise.....and, now a 3rd straight trading day with volume.........still a surprise, but the word "pattern" comes to mind. We seem to have a pattern developing.
Just sit back and watch the show I guess...lol
GNCP should change its Stock Symbol to F-L-O-P!
I read all the posts before market opened and everyone was revved up for a great day!.....
I guess Ted was telling us the truth, there was nothing dramatic with the Annual Report after all.
The baseball analogies are awesome....Here's a football one:
We have be dinking it down the field with a bunch of 6 to 8 yard passes and runs up the middle.......The corners and backers have come up to the line of scrimmage (shorties) and now it's time to..................................
STRIKE DEEP DOWN THE FIELD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOUCHDOWN: G N C P !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope it is Gilles bringing back SSTY with the Hitech One technology. He's a good man. Very very smart (that's obvious looking at his work) and good to deal with.
Like I posted yesterday.......looking forward to Monday to see if the volume continues.
What is Mike Cimino up to these days? And James MacKay? These guys kind of fell off the face of the Earth......(please don't post about Mr. C's legal troubles with SSTY, I am well aware of them).
New website is a must....I Hope today is the last time I ever look at the hideous one they (we) have now...
Suuuweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posts made a few days back about News on Tuesday may be Right-On the $$$$$ !!
Maybe the Annual Report shows that they do have the "net assets" you are talking about. We have not seen it yet.
Have you watched GNCP's trading lately? If you had, you would not be asking these questions.
I'm totally confused by your post. Don't all companies have "net assets"?
Are you trying to say companies with a deficiency in retained earnings or capital?
I'm trusting that Ted Blom, Barry Stein, Jack Reybold and the Company's legal team knew that a repurchase program for GNCP was legal before initiating the plan and going to the trouble of financing it.
I'm not going to do your work for you. It's very clearly stated.
Just go to their website. It's right there.
Looking forward to the GNCP filings.....we will see if there is any mention of NMGL/FFGO!!
"Could be weed"
Chinese weed??? lol
Maybe TPID will come out of its Zombie state too? No....that's way too much to ask.
Like I said before, the related party debt you are writing about will not serve as an impediment to any deal.
Carolinadoublej, thanks for the post. I read the posts for the stock you mentioned and that sounds pretty exciting over there! Could possibly be like our situation with GTLA.
Would be a pretty good Reverse Merger candidate imo. While they aren't an OCTBB company, they do have a very simple financial statement. No debt. No garbage you see on a lot of these companies' books.
This is all speculation of course, but you generally see a Reverse stock split to get the share structure right as part of a Reverse Merger.
I don't consider myself a Reverse Merger expert by any means, so if there is somebody out there who is.....let us know.
