why just "buy and hold forever" ? You can sell calls and increase your profits if you're going to just hold. I am pulling in .10 cents a week and if I get called away I just switch to selling Puts till I get assigned the shares back then I revert back to selling calls round and round we go you can pull in 30% annually using the wheel strategy and collect those nice dividends to boot !

TDA is my broker and I use think or swim! I go by how my buying power is effected and never go over 50% of my cash balance so I can have a escape route if needed.

I generally don't sell premium on stocks like BYND without a dividend however BYND has great premium and I did very well with it in the last year!

I see it is printing 133 so having a 33 cushion should be good unless the earnings are really bad? expected move is 18 dollars so looks like a safe bet!
