True. Look at this way if you short a stock at .01 what is the maximum profit if it went to .0001. It would be about 100%. We see penny stocks run up a 100% ever day. A $1000 investment to short a .01 penny stock would cost you ($1000/.01=100,000 shares x $2.50 = $250,000 in margin plus daily interest). All for a chance to make a maximum of $1,000 profit. The margin interest would cost you way more than you could ever hope to make.

Most don't stop trading unless they close and go through complete bankruptcy. I have invested in some and they are still trading 5 years later.

I have read it and according to the court it has not been dismissed or approved pending some revisions

Remember OWC& ran last year from trips to $3.20 and it was a much, much higher share count. No revenue and no product. This could do the same but much quicker depending on what happens in court.
