"Both Gomez and DNAPrint Genomics will also be part of a massive research initiative announced last month by the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute of Tampa. The center said it would partner with an affiliate of Merck & Co., Inc. pharmaceutical company to expand biotechnology research with the goal of developing personalized medicine."

"2005 when Jever started posting..."
(Today's Trivia)
Again, the current Jever is not the same alias as the former Jever - 2005 - the original Jever had two 00's after his screenname and the current Jever's screenname has 3 zeros on the end of his alias - Jever000.
I still believe it to be the former Geob. that exited IHUB w/o much explanation to come right back disguised as the Jever we see posting today. I can go on with a little more proof, but, that's all irrelevant and unimportant - and JMO.
Take care,
Ann

The suit according to what I read is not against DNAP, but, a now-defunct company. You might want to re-read the news item re: DNAP you posted.

Interesting, Froggy...
"Not only are they paying him what they owe, they are paying him a huge bonus if he will take newly printed shares instead of cash. That way he can sell the shares, get his money, get his bonus"
You are dwelling on the subject of Lonnie Bookbinder much too much to fit your style of argueable topics...unless, of course you're the former disgruntled employee - aka consultant?? If not, Frog - it's not that interesting or compelling of a subject to keep disciminating. Is the lilly pad too damp to sit on?
Take care,

DNA Witness™
DNAWitness™ 2.5 is the world’s first presumptive DNA test for the determination of bio-geographical ancestry. The test combines the knowledge gained from the Human Genome Project, high throughput DNA analysis, and advanced statistical algorithms to find the most likely population affiliation of a suspect and also provides the relative racial admixture of an individual. The test currently generates profiles that identify four bio-geographical ancestry groups: European, East Asian, Sub-Saharan African and Native American.
DNAWitness™ has been used in a number of cases, ranging from cold cases where the investigator didn’t have good leads to cases where they had conflicting evidence or conflicting eyewitnesses. It helps investigators to focus efforts with more confidence on leads that make sense from the beginning of the investigation.
Medical examiners, psychological profilers, anthropologists, criminalists, detectives, and attorneys as well as private companies have used DNAWitness™ as an investigative tool in cases of homicide, sexual assault, unidentified d remains, and workplace vandalism.:

"Enhanced" DNA Witness:
10/12/2006
DNAPrint Genomics To Exhibit Enhanced DNAWitness™ With Retinome™ 2.0 At International Convention Of Police Chiefs
SARASOTA, Fla. – DNAPrint Genomics, Inc. (OTCBB: DNAG) today announced that the Company will exhibit its products, including DNAWitness™ with Retinome™ 2.0, at the 113th Annual International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Conference in Booth 803 at the Boston Exhibition and Convention Center in Boston, Mass., from Sunday, Oct. 15 through Tuesday, Oct. 17.
“We are extremely pleased to be exhibiting DNAWitness™ and other products at the IACP Conference, which draws 14,000 law enforcement officials from all over the world,” stated DNAPrint President and Chief Executive Officer Richard Gabriel. “We look forward to demonstrating how DNAWitness™ can improve their crime scene investigations and enhance their forensic capabilties.”
DNAWitness™ employs patent-pending, database-driven methods to infer elements of physical appearance from crime scene DNA and allow forensic investigators to “paint” molecular portraits of a suspect. This innovative forensic technology has already been used in some 130 cases, including the arrest and conviction of Derrick Todd Lee for a series of murders in Louisiana and in New Scotland Yard’s search for the so-called Minstead Rapist, a serial sex offender who is operating in an area south of London.
DNAWitness™ derives the percentage of European, East Asian, Native American, and Sub- Saharan African markers in a person’s DNA. This ratio for an individual is termed Bio- Geographical Ancestry (BGA), representing general characteristics that can be matched with a searchable database containing information and photographs collected from samples around the world, leading to more accurate identifications of potential of criminalsuspects.
Retinome™ 2.0 can be combined with the DNAWitness™ product to determine a person’s eye color. The Company’s patent-pending technology identifies additional markers covering newly identified and informative regions of the human pigmentation gene OCA2. The Company has also developed a Retinome 2.0 capillary electrophoresis kit, which permits investigators to test Retinome 2.0 in their own laboratories, obviating the need to ship their samples to DNAPrint (though that option is still available).
DNAPrint will also be exhibiting its tests for mitochondrial and Y DNA trace samples or mixtures.

It appeared imminent to me from the onset of DNAPrint's emergence and development as the true visionary of pharmacogenomics, theranostics, and all-around biotechnology achievements...and that's when I made my initial comments. Tony Frudakis deserves accolades beyond multi-achievements at every developmental stage of DNAPrint. Let's not forget the Management, CEO Richard Gabriel, etc., who have also endeavored multiple-business tasks in behalf of the shareholders, in my viewpoint, in gratitude to a remarkable management staff! - That is MHO! If the high status operations change, I will be the first to deny...otherwise...Let's Roll!!

Why don't you wait and hear the facts, like all of us, instead of trying to promote a negative slant on things before anything develops and all cards are on the table! Another words...don't deal your game yet!

"Tony came to the conclusion that, since there are no truly 'pure' populations, why not study admixtures, and that's exactly what the company did. Rather than go directly after
the pharmacogenomics area (that's the buzzword everyone is using now for pharmaceuticals developed through an understanding of genetics) we actually used the genealogy market to validate our technology. In September 2002, we introduced ANCESTRYbyDNA_, a consumer product that provides individuals insight as to their family heritage."
Ann
"Mr. Gabriel: Dr. Tony Frudakis founded the company in 1999. Tony is a geneticist who has worked in the field all his life, and it was while working for another company that he had some different ideas about how genetics could be applied, especially in the pharmaceutical area. So he decided to start his own company. I came on in 2003 with the goal of staying focused on Tony's vision. At the time Tony formed the company, the pharmaceutical industry was trying to determine how genetics could be applied in developing drugs. A lot of companies were gathering information on what they consider to be isolated populations that were relatively 'pure.' Tony sensed that there was a problem with this. The so-called 'pure' populations, based on his analysis, showed admixtures of populations that had different origins, and came from different regions of the world."
