That certainly makes sense, and paints a very bad picture for shareholders going forward.
All turds are turds.
If so, that's going to be more dilution. I'm sure he didn't take on the debt out of the goodness of his heart.
>Sounds like they converted enough to possibly keep the company going into the next year.
You might want to keep their balance sheet; that is no-where near enough to keep them afloat. Even assuming the revenue you assume.
but .. but ... what about all that accumulation?
> Looks like dilution/ notes are done.
Lol. 200 million in a month is not nothing.
Sorry for your loss.
Sorry, I forgot that the only comments that are permissible here are of the form
- Wow, look at all that accumulation!
or
- Actually, the falling price and declining revenue are *good*, because ...
Nothing really interesting about it at all.
Lol you guys will reach at anything. So desperate.
Ah yes, the old 'accumulation' line.
> Dilution is the Fuel for a nice move soon!!
What does that even mean?
Do you know what dilution is?
Nothing fake about dilutors selling at 5 and even 4.
Yes, exactly. That's the problem with 'investing' in unsound companies.
If the dilution were to stop the company would go bankrupt immediately.
This company will not stop diluting anytime soon. They are not profitable, run large losses, have done so for years, and dilution is their only way of keeping the lights on. This is all basic fact.
Not sure who the fools are buying at 5. But they will not be around forever, as you say.
> maybe the company changed their mind about the reverse split?
Lol. Too funny.
Invest after the RS, not before.
If that is accurate, then you definitely didn't make a 600% profit.
But cool story bro.
Based on closing prices, that's not even a triple.
But yes - I get the point, you magically bought at the intraday low and sold at the very intraday peak multiple times with perfect accuracy, just like every trader here. Lol.
The stock has never gone up by 600% in any period. So that is false.
Regardless, even if someone has traded this well, that's perfectly compatible with the company basically being a fraud. So make up your mind - are you saying that this is merely tradeable, or that this company is a sound investment on the fundamentals?
Exactly. This will close in the red or at least fall into the red soon, as non-idiots can smell BS when it is placed in front of their nose.
None of that gives any sort of proof of silex's profitability.
None of that says anything about silex.
You really need to read the comments you respond to.
None of that has anything to do with silex. It is irrelevant copy-pasta, with a combination of inaccurate and unverified data at that. Please do not spam this message board with material like that.
Those are the smart traders getting a nice exit before the RS, as well as the company diluting. Don't try to fight that.
> BECAUSE THAT COMPANY IS PROFITABLE
There is zero proof of that.
When you see stinky pinkys merging with irrelevant companies with no proof of revenues, that is about as big a red flag as it gets.
This has scam written all over it.
> What part makes no sense to you?
Why are they forming a partnership with a company that makes kitchen cabinets?
> Silex Interiors, is a manufacturer, distributor, and installer of counter tops, cabinets and related kitchen and bath products.
That makes no sense. There is definitely stink pinky acquisition BS afoot here.
It's OK, small time players are welcome here too.
Much of that logic is questionable some of those numbers are wrong. I'd be looking for an entry closer to 0.004.
The AS can be raised trivially, and will be.
The thinking behind the RS is completely clear. They need dilution to keep the lights on, and so they need a new round of investors. Let's not pretend that this is any more complicated than that.
AS can be raised again trivially.
Not sure what's not to understand. The shareholders have served their purpose.
Yeah, every company that does an RS says some BS like that.
The fact is, this company is broke and needs a new slate of lemming investors. Read the 10Q. DD is your friend.
Why is it stupid? They need money to keep the lights on, and their ability to get money decreases as the OS increases. A RS cleans the slate and allows them to rinse and repeat the investment cycle. Even a cursory look at the 10Q shows that without significant further dilution they would basically be bankrupt.
> I’m a buyer tomorrow if it’s a blood bath.
The fact that you say that makes it clear you didn't sell.
Ah yes, I'm forgot. I'm sure you bought at the exact lows and sold at the exact highs, just as everyone else here did.
You might be able to sell them tomorrow for only a small loss.
