8K out. Same resignation info we already knew from last week..

I agree. I didn’t think it was so much the erroneous exposure in the report of who the bidders were, as much as it was the terms required of keeping key employees and on the mandatory wage/bonus terms.
Fifth reports out
If you haven't watched this BioAmber 2017 Presentation video, you need to!!
I just wanted to point out this video was uploaded to YouTube by BioAmber on 2 Mar 2016. Therefore, having nothing to do with current events, nor implies any insight of resolution to current situation. Not bashing...Just trying to keep it real!!
Somebody knows something...this shit's about to get real!!
I noticed them @ $1 shortly after open. I thought it as a possible good sign. I guess we shall see!!
We didn't get a pre-market PR stating there were no offers like last time. So I feel it to be a good sign!?!?
The US bankruptcy filing was dismissed without action by the bankruptcy court in Jun.
Thanks for stopping by. I think we are going to see what transpires here by end of next week, maybe sooner! The stock market is based mostly on speculation of events occurring is what it's all about.
Cut-off for bids is 0900, 21 Aug, court approval of acceptable bid (if any) is 28 Aug and finalize sale (if accepted bidder) 31 Aug.
I believe a private company can own a public trading company as a sub as long as they keep the two as separate entities.

Wouldn't these have been sealed bids submitted to PWC? How would BioAmber know there wasn't any high enough bids? I would think the decision lies with the court, not BioAmber!! The Canadian Government is highly invested also. Pretty sure BioAmber has no leg to stand on, decision wise.
This is a fake PR. Notice the Copyright date of 2017 at the bottom of the article. This is also a site where someone can post any article they wish.
Was that the water bottling company? I don't recall the name/ticker symbol. But do remember her getting caught or should I say called out due to listing a supposed competitors water bottling label on her website as if it were her own, only later to find out she owned and operated that company also. It seems like it was on the same water way as the other company, just located across the lake, but supposedly the pub trading co had exclusive water rights or something like that. I vaguely remember the story. I did lose money on that one waiting for her to "get the company current" and waiting for "finalization of deals in the works."
I'm sure we have nothing concerning any SEC actions against BIOA/Q during this process. There is a filing with the SEC that states this process is taking place in the form of an 8k...

This is the Press Release referenced and attached as an exhibit to the 8k...

There is always the possibility that even if an already public trading company wins the bid, they may choose to keep this as a separate and public trading company. Ya never know until it’s all said and done!!
No worries here (unless the SEC determines there is foul play going on...which they won't!!)...I don't consider 1-2 overdue filings as "severally delinquent," nor do i consider that as a basis that it is at a "high risk" of being suspended by the SEC. Especially, when comparing it to the hundreds of other SEC reporting companies that are years overdue to include other "Q" tickers still trading or capable of trading that are not only years overdue, but who had filed BK years ago! Such as...
NOTE: "Price" is not accurate on the spreadsheet.
That was my thinking when they announced BIOA was going up for bid. Opportunity for a private company to easily go public.
The two companies listed by name are the only one's thus far whom have provided a LOI to retain the mentioned "key" employees referenced in Para 14, currently with the company. Make note of what Paragraph 17 states..."Copies of these LOIs are presented under seal in Appendix A." Yes, they could have kept it less revealing by assigning each company listed in Appendix A a code to not identify it, but for some reason chose not to do so.

BIOA is the company’s ticker symbol. However, because they filed for bankruptcy protection, the Q has been added to the symbol to identify it as being in a bankruptcy status. The company has had the bankruptcy dismissed by the court, but has to send the court order stating it has been dismissed to FINRA to get the Q removed. Many ppl are posting and tweeting using both symbols so that if/when the Q does get removed, the DD in posts and tweets will still be easily accessible when searched by either symbol.
AWESOME DD!!!!! Thank you!!!
Nice DD!!
It won't show up on the daily list until the day before it goes into effect.
Ok. I have seen it posted both ways, as an Amendment or as a Stock Split before. Just ran across it and thought I would share it. I also noticed they had just increased it in March of this year also. I didn't look up to see what their O/S was last reported. I guess they just decided to reduce the A/S back down...No biggie then! GLTA
I got notified by MarketWatch.com news alert!!
Appears to be an R/S in process. NV SoS just updated with A/S reduction...

Interesting! The part I figured would be a problem for the impatient ppl...approximately 365 Days to process application. Not to mention the fact...we still haven't received the Paul Mitchell News from within 10 days a month and a half ago!! Wish he would stop dangling news and not follow through with it or change directions with some other news. He's killing this pps and investor interest in his company.
I hate to sound like a basher!! But damn Troy! WTH!!!
Unfortunately, I wouldn't be surprised. Troy's PR history and lack there of, is killing me and this pps. I am a shareholder and this really does suck!!
.0005s look to be thinning out.
I did find this in the last Qtrly Rpt, period ending 31 Dec 2017.
https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/188926/content
They did a 1:100 R/S in Dec 2009. They filed with NV SoS on 8 Dec 2009 and it went effective on 29 Dec 2009 (21 Days). So based on that and based on the filing with NV SoS (technically filed yesterday 24 Apr 2018...but posted today), I would expect it to be effective in approximately 21 days (15 May 2018).
I only have a couple posts left for today, so may not respond to any replies until tomorrow.
I wondered the same..."why so low?". Not sure of the ratio since no 14 on file. I'm still shocked they reduced from a 999,999,999 A/S. Why? Makes no sense to me.
Yes, it means the A/S has been reduced, or will be once processed to the market. O/S will reduce also, unless already lower that the new A/S, because O\S cannot be higher than the A/S.
Yep! The OTC Wild Wild West!!
I know, right? I'm usually one of the peeps calling out a basher screaming R/S coming on a low A/S ticker. I guess if this does go through, it proves me wrong!
When I ran across this scenario one other time, it went effective within a few days. But, that company did have 14 on file. This one doesn't because it isn't SEC reporting.
