No worries here (unless the SEC determines there is foul play going on...which they won't!!)...I don't consider 1-2 overdue filings as "severally delinquent," nor do i consider that as a basis that it is at a "high risk" of being suspended by the SEC. Especially, when comparing it to the hundreds of other SEC reporting companies that are years overdue to include other "Q" tickers still trading or capable of trading that are not only years overdue, but who had filed BK years ago!
