They did a 1:100 R/S in Dec 2009. They filed with NV SoS on 8 Dec 2009 and it went effective on 29 Dec 2009 (21 Days). So based on that and based on the filing with NV SoS (technically filed yesterday 24 Apr 2018...but posted today), I would expect it to be effective in approximately 21 days (15 May 2018).
