Wilma, I think I remember reading that Ali (and Guest?) was on a 3 year contract... maybe it's near the end. I dunno and too tired from yard work to look it up...

YAAAwwN! Wake me when someone buys some CAVR.
@sogdanjr
It would be nice to see UBRG finish higher today...
J, You are so Bad! Looks like I will be busy for a while...
THANKS a LOT!
LoLoL!
The trading day is almost over anyway, I hope CAVR has a pop up at the close.
MB
Ya had to know Johnsyn, that I would take that drive. I've been to Independence, there are no private dirt roads that I can find, most look to be driveways right up to private homes... but I'll look again! Hard on these old eyes, I coudda missed something... lolol!
MB
Hey J,
I've been PC driving up and down 75 in montgomery, within the miss. play area, and I only found 1 well site that actually attaches to 75. Most others run off of side roads that connect then to 75. If you google map to where 75 intersects with 400, then go south about a mile, there is a dirt road to the east and there is a well pump within view of the road. It's about half way between that hwy intersection and a little town called: SYCAMORE (zip code 67363).
So far, this is all I could find, no way to know if this is the FILO site. We need more info!
I keep driving the route... this is the only site on 75 between Independence and Neodesha.
If you use this link, you should be able to find the spot (ignore the real estate references). GLTY

Good info link Johnsyn,
I particularly liked the following paragraph from your AMEREXOIL post:
YES Johnsyn... and Bye Bye to any jobs or tax benefit to Pauls Valley & Garvin county.
They estimate that they could be up and running in abt 120 days? Well, I think that would make this a Verry Merry Christmas this year!
Come oooon CAVR! Git yer azzes to Kansas! (or can't I say that?) LoL!
MB
Nice find V63!
For those who don't want to read the whole thing, here is what is printed in article:
Sorry for the confusion concerning the trucks Johnsyn... I guess I was dreaming!
I had looked at so many CAVR pr's and SWD well stuff that I got turned around. Heh, Heh, remember... I'm blonde!
*chuckle*
MB
Uh... thanks, but ...NO THANKS!
I expect SIOR and other O&G stocks to improve after November, let him go on the pro-golf tour instead.
MB
Actually, kinda easy Johnsyn... every time you use an ATM, make sure it's the one at your bank and ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT! That way you can verify the total left in your acct. If something looks to be off compared to what you see on your computer, THEN you can go get/pay for a true bank copy of your transactions and put a halt to it.
And NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, open an email that you cannot verify as safe. I keep a coupla diff. email accts. and only ONE of them is connected to my bank, and nothing else! It is also on a personal domain name, so it's hard for spam/spy bots to find it.
But of course, all this is only JMHO!
Hope you're having a good weekend, and a great (do no) Labor Day!
MB
YUP, trucks, J. I really think I read it just a few days ago, just prior to cavr-guy/gal's mention of it.
Of course, I coudda just been dreaming....lolol!
MB
J, I also just read this recently on an old PR or maybe a news thingy... been trying to find it again but with all my searching for things concerning the swdw, I'm not sure where it was. Will keep trying to find it. I hope Cavr-guy/gal finds it first tho... I don't want to waste my whole holiday stuck on this. LOLOL!!
MB
No problem C!
Already got plenty of both, playing the waiting game now.
MB
G'day J!
Let me clarify that 4.9MM buy that showed up at the end of the day yesterday, that you can't find.....
It was on U... Uh... some other stock...
NOT CAVR!
I'm afraid that our little buddy who posted that info was on the wrong board.
I know he would luv these 2 companies to merge, but that's just NOT in the cards.... (so far) LOLOL!
MB
UBRG opened at a PENNY today, Boys & Girls!
Let's hope it continues...
MB
oooOR...
Maybe this is a BIAS article, and not 100 % truthful, in which case, Billy has to beat them at their own game by being completely honest about his operational safety. Remember, the protestors are going to spin it anyway they can to try to win. A HALF truth is sometimes more dangerous than no truth at all.
In the long run, as I stated earlier, there has been 60 years of technical improvements in the drilling, injection and safety of this business. Billy has stated that he is/has installed top notch safety measures for the benefit of the community; let's hope the Judge believes him! I do.

Hey J...
Let's play the 'blame game' - interesting twist

J, I don't think that our swdw is a marathon well, I think it is just in the area that marathon used to have leases. Since Marathon had a problem 60 years ago, the protestors are trying to hang CAVU's hat on the Marathon issue... Not likely to happen. 60 years of drilling and safety improvements have occurred since then that have made this type of thing MUCH safer for the ecology.
I came across another article about that, that offered an interesting twist to the story, when I get a chance later, I will try to find it again and post it in the CITY 4 U.
MB
G'day J!
Here's another older PR to re-read, it sometimes helps to refresh the memory. it talks about the safety features that Billy has planned for the SWDW, and a fund for road upkeep.

**This next OLD quote, shows that the CAVU SWDW property was once a part of Marathon Oil owned/leased area.
CAVU Resources, Inc. Sells 50% of Its Garvin County Field and Increases Its Field Storage Capacity by 400%
2010-06-22 05:49:30
Keywords: CAVU Resources, Inc. Sells 50% of Its Garvin County Field and Increases Its Field Storage Capacity by 400%, cavr.pk
Quote: The private investment group will invest on a 50/50 basis on all future cost and development. In the acquisition, CAVU and its new investors purchased a total of 220 acre lease in Garvin County, Oklahoma that has two producing wells and two that are in the final stages of completion. The purchase also included over 6 acres of land and home that will be converted into the 24-7 operational facility for its wholly owned subsidiary FILO Quip Resources, LLC, ("FILO"). FILO is the operator and along with the planned rework program is increasing the storage capacity by 400%. The company has purchased seven new storage tanks, tubing and high volume submersible and disposal pumps to complete three additional wells. The two producing wells were originally drilled in the 1950s to the Bromide formation at about 3,000 feet. The wells were re-entered during the 1990s when companies in the area began testing deeper reservoirs. The wells were then deepened to the Oil Creek formation at about 3,800 feet. The two wells are currently producing a combined 35 to 40 barrels of oil per day (BOPD).The operator FILO has already re-entered two of the wells on the lease and plans to re-enter five additional wells and rework them with the possibility of deepening them to the two Oil Creek formations between 3,800 and about 4,000 feet. There is one other significant producing zone the McLish Creek formation that will also be tested. After analyzing the data of the two producers and other wells contiguous to the lease, CAVU anticipates each of the seven wells could possibly have average initial production rates of between 30 to 50 BOPD."Based upon results in this field, we are very confident that we should hit our targets for the seven wells, which would put our combined production at between 270-400 BOPD, this is part of an old Marathon Oil water flood, where over 4 million of barrels of oil were recovered. We feel this field and surrounding acreage has great potential...

G'day J!
Here is an older article about the roads that I thought I would toss in for a bit of friendly reading:

Disposal Wells May Mean Better Roads
Posted: Mar 21, 2012 11:41 PM EDT
PAULS VALLEY, OK -- Oklahoma roads could be getting a financial boost from the oil and gas industry.
Robert Duncan supervises a disposal well for Cavu energy in Pauls Valley. Disposal, or injection wells serve a much needed purpose in oil and gas production.
"Everybody will pump their water into the tanks and then they'll load it up in the trucks because they don't have a disposal and they'll bring it in to us. We'll pump in into our tanks, we've got this big pump over here and we'll pump it back into the ground."
House Bill 2496 was authored by Madill area Representative Tommy Hardin and Ardmore area State Senator Frank Simpson. It would allow disposal well owners to collect an additional ten percent fee for storing out of state waste water. Local county commissioners and ODoT would collect the money, funneling it back into road repair and construction. Texoma is considered an ideal area for injection wells, so the money could add up.
Cavu is expanding its Pauls Valley lease, giving it even more ability to filter, treat and store once toxic water.
The hope is to eventually see even more water coming in from other states, giving Oklahomans a tax free way to improve infrastructure.
Yeah, learned that trick from my dog.... LoL!!! (she's a b!tch) ...MORE LoLoL!!!
If you check the ibox/intro, Next to the CAVR link and the FILO link, I added the work 'image', and linked the pictures to it, as we see progress on the FILO site, I can add more linked pics. My problem was that I saved it using the hashtag "#" in the name, that doesn't work with IHUB pics. Lesson learned.
MB
I've been studying the pics of the site, and the way the roads are named and numbered, and I think I've figured out that Montgomery lives on the other side of the creek from the well, directly east. I believe that Menefee lives on the west side of the well.
It looks like all roads outside of Pauls Valley 'proper' are county roads and are 4 digit numbered as such, as well as having regular names, a bit confusing. I may do a computer 'drive-by' and have a look around (if the roads have been recorded/filmed).
MB, again
Hey KZ,
How's retirement going for you? I hope all is good.
Nice to see you drop by once in a while!
MB
HA!
Funny, I just hunted that guy, Montgomery down in the white pages, it doesn't show him living anywhere near what I believe is our well site; (maybe he recently moved...LoL). Not at all near Longmeier and the creek. The other guy, Menefee, does live on a road that would put him next to the well property. but you would have to have a really, really, REALLY good arm to throw a stone from HIS back porch and hit the well.
MB
I'm Curious J,
What pictures were you looking at that showed water from the creek backed up? Karl43 posted some links to news articles with photos in them, but those were shots of diff. companies' wells; NOT CAVU.
The 'orange guy' is in the lower right corner of the bottom picture.
He marks the opening of the road to the site which is circled in yellow. These are pictures of the location that I found b'cuz of your help, thanks.
MB
Today's PR is just a recap of the 10Q that was posted/submitted on the 22nd, nothing new here.
CanadaPetro, good for you for holding on to hope, as I am also. UBRG is a company still in the 'developmental' stage; there WILL be ups & downs along the way.
Gooooo UBRG!
MB
Well nothing else is going on today with CAVR, so here is something relative to read to pass the time; look for the hidden reference (IMO) to the Cavu SWDW.

I finally got my photos of the FILOSWD#1 loaded.
top left is the driveway going to the wellsite, it is also marked in the
lower picture by the little orange guy.
2 insets are a shot from BING and a shot from GOOGLE.
the lower picture shows Pauls Valley to the left and the direct route east on Longmeier Lake rd.
One of the main protesters lives left of the site on N County Rd.

Hi IH Admin,
I have been trying to embed a photo into my post for 2 days. Followed the instructions to the letter.... NUTHIN!
Tried: png, jpg and bmp

What should I do?
TIA
MB
Havin, go back and read my post #15056 or the link below, it is an article written from a more 'even' view. Slanted articles are meant to scare you.
Here's the link directly to the newspaper:

I saw us on the docket on the 20th, concerning the question of: was proper notice given...
and we were on the docket yesterday concerning the protest itself, we are still waiting for the results.
I've been trying to load pictures of the FILO #1 site, but having trouble. It clearly shows that the FILO location is clean and neat... nuthin like the pictures of the other well sites in those news articles.

Okay... I re-read the instructions, now, let me try this one again......
