Status: Bidding - UNIVERSAL BIOENERGY PLANS MAJOR EXPANSION VIA BUYS, JVS US diversified energy group Universal Bioenergy Inc (PINK:UBRG) said it was in talks with several acquisition targets over buying them as it is preparing for an aggressive, major expansion via strategic buys, more joint ventures and energy contracts.
