joepcf, re OMOG......
At .0022 It's running pretty strong and, according to the chart, no end in sight.
If I had some extra cash right now, I would throw some down, but because it's a Pinkie, I won't go to any extra effort...
Win some, lose some.........but, for me, there are just too many unknowns in the Pinks.
gottfried & rager.....
I ran a system diagnostic from pcpitstop.com and I seem to be running ok on my end.
But, just in case, I just installed regvac and it cleaned 61 entries out of my registry.......maybe that will help.
thanks
Is anyone else having problems with delays in Internet Explorer?
When I go from one site to another there is sometimes a very long delay before the new webpage is brought up...
And, now, I even see it here at IHub...
???????
TIA
Linchuck, for the board, could you please give a thumbnail of the good news APOA had in their filing?

Linchuck, for the board, could you please give a thumbnail of the good news APOA had in their filing?
TIA
Linchuck(sp).sorry,,,inna hurry..eom
Linchyuck, once it broke through that support at a dime there is nothing to hold it......
It could well get back down to .04 or whatever it was six weeks ago.
sorry
A PR was released today under the HMDR symbol, but it's not for HMDL.
It was rather lengthy, so I didn't post the whole thing...
Apparently they started a company called Cyberlux Corp a few months ago, but it hasn't been trading.
This PR states that Cyberlux,(CYBL) has been accepted for trading by the NASD.
A couple of days ago it started trading at a dime and has now jumped to .50
Here's an excerpt from the PR;
Cyberlux has entered into an agreement with Cornell Capital Partners LP that provides up to $10 million in equity financing which will be accessed for business development over the next two years.
Their OS is 7.6M
NCVM & VIVI filed 10Q before the bell..eom
re HMDR....
This company did a 1:40 RS last December.
The OS is 3,751,467
At 1.60 it's coming off a high of 5.00 and on a downtrend.
This company IS making money.....(10Q filed today)
I expect a bottom/bounce around .175
After the bell, HYVR filed an interesting 10Q.
From what I've seen, the only revenue this company has is from the sale of stock.
At .055 it could take a hit....:)
Also, re APOA...I show the OS as 23.75M and the float as 7.8M...
If true, that means the PPS is pretty volatile and can easily move in either direction.
Linchuck, FWIW...APOA is sitting on a support level right now.
If it drops through that, it could lose all the gains it has made in the last six weeks.....
sorry......just the facts maaaamm...:)
Linchuck, I haven't read the filing for APOA, but if the information is as good as you imply, they almost have to come out with a PR on any NEW news.
In this sense, I have to agree with what they told your friend.
If they are a reputable company, then their priorities aren't the same as yours and mine, and I'm sure they have more important things to concentrate on than pumping the price.
The charts will pretty much tell you if it's building up steam...:)
I'll put it on my watchlist.
NEOM filed a PRE 14A proxy for the September 24 annual shareholders meeting.
Among the standard things to be voted on is a motion to increase the AS from 200M to one-billion shares.
Linchuck, re PPHM...........
I had to smile...
I think the news is interesting only because it's one of the few times we will see a Pennystock give an honest reason for increasing the AS...:)
This will increase the OS to about 155M and dumping that 25M, at current prices, will free up over 42M dollars.
I have no doubt that they're going to use the money for just what they say and it seems to be a nice alternative to making a loan.
Linchuck, re APOA........
At .14, the charts don't show any indications of upward movement......yet.
Plus, there seems to be considerable resistance in the .15 area, but if it can break through that, there's no resistance.
FWIW
Up 45% at .008, ARES is moving again..eom

VIVI filed a DEF 14c four months after the fact..
The filing seems to pertain to the split and action taken last April 22nd.
No news really, but some figures..
The OS, if they haven't issued more by now, should be about
963,280K
Management and insiders hold approxinately two-thirds of the OS, (613,148K)
re IVAN.....
Ivanhoe Energy....
There's no indicator for this, but at 1.01 it could gap up on Monday.
CNBC has scheduled a report on this company for this weekend.
Thanks secure...I think I'll start playing the hi/lo game with ARES.
so far, I've just been sitting on it and watching profits pass me by.
I may have to wait a couple of months, but it seems to go up and down for 100-200%.
Besides, if I have to wait a couple of months while it builds up steam it gives me a chance to accumulate.....:)
One good day this week and four crappy days...
A typical week in the Pennies.....:)
ARES has been on an amazing ride these last couple of days..
Yesterday, all the way up to .013, then back down.
Today, it continued dropping until now at .0057...Jeez!

Mr. Walter Grieves, President of Investco, said the company has executed an agreement that contains a covenant that the judgment creditors will not execute their judgment on the assets of Investco.

Jeez linchuck, you have my condolences..
Nothing personal, but that town is on a level with a lot of third-world countries.
I worked at the local TV station,(WDHO or WBRE, I forget which).
The Mayor was a mortician and the main industry was grave-stone making.
There was only one bar,(one), with one topless dancer and the owner paid the police $300 a week to stay open.
I saw a guy die because the "paramedics" didn't know any more than a Army Medic.
sorry bout the double post..eom
Linchuck, FWIW, I worked in the Wilkes Barre/Scranton area for a while,(way too long), and it seems like people in that area will use any excuse to play hookey....:)
I can't imagine anyone in that area walking to work, especially on a Friday...
Oh well......life goes on.

chambers52, re AGIS......
This company seems to be in trouble financially and desperately in need of this merger to pull their ash out of the fire.
right now, the numbers seem to be stacked against them and the lawsuit by two investors sure doesn't help.
If/when the dust settles you'll have a reverse merger and, with an OS of 52M, probably a reverse split...
At this point, kinda seems like you're betting on a horse with three legs, but the last three PRs are an interesting read...:)
Not sure if the Big Board is up yet and wouldn't be surprised to hear that many Wall st. types have taken a three-day weekend.
May be a weird day....:)
dwiz5, just a thumbnail view.....
Nice spike yesterday on merger news ......
But, my chart shows that it may have peaked and is set to run flat or fall back.
FWIW. That PR is the best example of double-speak that I've seen for some time.
example; "entered into a term sheet to acquire"......HUH?
or, "This control will allow EENT to seamlessly rampup production".........Huh again?
Today's filings....
I saw so many quarterly filings today it's just not practical to list them all.
About 60% of them were NT10Q filings, an extenstion giving them an additional two weeks to file.
Check your favorites.....:)

Mike, re PHFR......
It's as much of a puzzle to me as it is to you.
I just took a quick look at recent activity and, the OS is only about 85M, they had good news a couple of days ago and the volume it flying.............and the PPS is running flat!
It's doing exactly what the charts say it should, but there doesn't seem to be any reason for it.
My best guess is that someone(s?) is dumping a lot of shares and cancelling out the buys.
If you dig deeper into the company, history, etc. you may be able to find out what's going on.......Meanwhile.....??????
sorry.....:)
Ruellit, Been using Quotetracker for a couple of years and have no complaints.
The price is sure right....:)

ARES was up 85% a few minutes ago, but they're selling it back down now.
