AmeriResource Technologies Inc. (OTC BB: ARES) and SAGO Networks of Tampa, Florida, (www.sagonet.com) announced the signing of an agreement that authorizes AmeriResource to market SAGO Networks' wireless broadband services to hotels, casinos, and major apartment complexes.

AmeriResource Technologies Inc. will create a new marketing division to support this opportunity. Mr. Clawson brings a substantial regional client list and will work closely with AmeriResource and SAGO Networks in identifying new opportunities, developing market strategies and increasing market share.
