Roughly sitting on 60k return right now. Question is, is that the return he's looking for or does he want larger.
So what's the benefit in driving the stock back up? There is no way the common shareholder drove a 100% increase, and why is YA and Cline still letting it finish in the green each day? It's blantantly obvious they are manipulating.
Is he converting low to aquire more common shares, then planning to sell the common shares after they drive up the PPS?
I guess Cline only accounts for 1.2mil of the roughly 10mil added since 12/31 to the outstanding. I guess our biggest culprit is YA if I understand correctly.
A part of me wishes YA controlled those shares still. At least they converted hundreds of thousands into news, unlike this Cline guy who's been converting hundreds of thousands on nothing. He may be more of an A-hole than YA in my book.
I wonder if it was Cline or YA that was responsible for the 100% recovery gain the day following $.027.
Am I mistaken...did Neomedia at one time trial with Target/Starbucks? Or was that article just sponsored by Neomedia and some other company trialed with them?
Anyone know how much money YA actually owed this Cline guy?
Keep your fingers crossed our own reexam weathers the storm.
I like the SOG bonus DD
is this the one that stated eBay can have rights to it IF neomedia acquires the rights to it?
Yeah, my security software is denying me left and right to that link. I will try later, thanks as always though Krays!
Can you post docs Krays? TIA
Thanks Pop, I appreciate the input. I think it will help PPS tremendously if there is no refile, but I can't imagine Claw just giving up like that unless he truly connected far-feached dots to make the claims.
If it's due today then isn't there a 3 day delay to upload to Pacer, generally?
Pop, you are correct. I doubled checked the filing and he has 45 days from Dec 6th to re-file. So today is the deadline. Next question is what will a re-file do to PPS, and what will no re-file do to PPS? Although, I would assume he'd re-file. Did they ever get to do Discovery yet?

I think they are going to give us a few days to rebuild our confidence and/or get distracted....then....Flush away again.
Has IQ mobile improved their site too? Didn't it have a farting frog ring tone on the homepage, or something like that.

Something is seriously up, drop to all time low, then increae 100% intraday the next day on absolutly no news! Who in their right mind will buy at .06 when it was at .028 2 trading hours ago!
Could have been stop-losses being triggered left and right.

Neustar seems to still be promoting itself, wonder if we'll ever see Pilot results.
Isn't Naked Short Selling illegal now? How would one go about it.
I put a sell order in (in the teens) in hopes that a buyer has fat fingers and screws up for my benefit! Surely I can get some luck somewhere!
So if he only sold 1/2 million yesterday, then who sold the remaining 2.5 mil, and why?
Apparently we are still hiring

Release the Hounds!
See everyone sub=penny tomorrow!
I would have seriously preferred for YA to hang onto these shares that they gave to this new dick head. Has YA ever done this much damage in this short amount of time---3 business days worth of trading?
How many shares could this guy have left assuming every share sold was his?
what the hell does it matter, we're all fcked again. Maybe a microsoft license will get us up to .08. I can only hope.
But hey, remember Neom and Laura need to educate people first before we can make money...as if all of 2010 wasn't for educating people!!
Yep pretty much. the deal began with Iain anyway so I'm sure he was giving the license away for practically nothing.
Perhaps I'll clarify...WORST COMPANY EVER

The question is, if we're in the middle are we getting beat up by everyone else surrounding us, or are we going to throw some punches back and make ourself a serious company?

I've noticed and expect it, no point in bailing even at .20.
Why are you still here?
WORST STOCK EVER
With the bid right now at .075 I'm going to guess it will open at that, and shorting down will continue. If we do large volume again then this guy is just as shady as YA.
Alot of large bulk transacatios today too, wonder if any were his??
Cool, thanks for clearing it up. My guess if he became affiliated with YA from the get go, then he has the same YA tendencies. Expect the worst, hope for the best.
But then again, I wonder what the exact day was for the call. If it was the day of the eBay 8k then maybe he does have a genuine interest. I won't hold my breathe.
Schedule 13D
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1022701/000095012311002466/c10938sc13d.htm
So, if I understand correctly
1) this guy invested in YA
2) YA used his money to make money
3) this guy wanted his money back
4) YA said no we're keeping your cash but we'll give you crappy Neom shares and you can make a ton more money by selling to retail shareholders...we've been doing it for years.
5) this guy says ok, we're settled then
6) he converted up to 10% Jan 3 which triggered the filing????
Any SEC filings guru's explain this?
