Zeke, Wow! You know for a fact that the DTC will lift the freeze on LVGI? Please share with us your source of this new information? This is exciting.
Let's hope so. But then, when?
Zeke, now you are speculating that Kogan will get this resolved. Speculation is speculation, nothing more, nothing less. You can say anything you want. The truth is, LVGI is not trading and there is no proof right now that says it ever will. To think differently is all based on hopes and dreams, not cold hard facts.
It's only pure speculation at this point if LVGI will ever trade again. Seeing will be believing.
Yes it is. And anyone thinking that QMIN is going to trade again for real hasn't done their homework.

Obviously, with the DTC chill, this tells us that there was some issue detected with the trading of the LVGI stock. Let's say Joe is being completely honest here and that the company has no knowledge of what it could be. So, what else could it be? I am assuming that this would mean there is something funny going on with the MMs. And as ORCA has been pointing out, that seems to be inline with that. Either way, the truth is, no one here really knows or is not saying. And what that means going forward is also not known. One thing for certain, for me, it seems like the timing of this is coming at a very interesting moment in the history of this company. As LVGI is about to embark on what could be a total game changer in the alcohol delivery system, it could be that maybe there is a bigger force at play here that may be trying to get in on the action by applying the squeeze. I happen to find this very exciting for many different reasons, both good and bad. And no matter what the outcome is, I do believe now that we're all in for one heck of a ride.
Yes, the 50 MA is now above the 200 MA

It's not so much that they cherry pick which questions to answers, CEOs are going to tell people what they want to hear. Believe it or not, that's part of their job description. They want to attract investors and painting a rosy picture is the best way to do that. Of course they are going to tell us everything is on the up and up. Just look at Enron. It was a company into the multiples of billions up until the point where it fell off the face of the earth. And even then, when it imploded, the CEO said he had thought things were going well. Plus, we can't always believe the quarterly reports either as these can be cooked. So, in the end, it's about the perception and the better a CEO can make it look colorful, the more successful things will look from an investor's point of view. The point is, if a CEO were to tell everyone the real gory details, he would not be a CEO for very long and probably never again.
Let it go. People will believe what they want to believe and there is nothing you can do about that. You seem to have appointed yourself as some kind of protector. Like I said, it's a high risk penny stock. Sometimes, these do well and people make $$$. Mostly, they get promoted, run big, and then crash. We'll see over time what happens and screaming that the sky is falling will not change any of that.
Give it rest, dude. While you may believe you are trying to make a valid point, the actual point you are making is just the opposite. LVGI will do whatever it will do with or without you struggling to make it look bad. You're not alone in being skeptic. It's a high risk penny stock for crying out load. And with that said, please stop with the relentless repeated attacks. We get it.
Legally accepted trademarks and state inventory shows that this is happening, buddy. These are very real and are proof that this is on target to be delivered. Stick around so we can all watch as you crawl away later.
Grabbing anything under a penny will look really cheap pretty soon. Heck... I watched a sponge stock not long ago go from .002 to .02 and then .28 If a fricken sponge can do that, then what's a revolutionary grab and go specialty shot drink going to do?
HOLBROOK, NY--(Marketwired - Nov 18, 2013) - Limitless Venture Group Inc.'s (OTC Pink: LVGI) CEO Peter Scalise today announced that as previously planned back in 2012 production is to begin on LVGI's SLAM Infusinationâ„¢ product line. SLAM is a line of ready-to-drink (RTD) pre-mixed, 1.69 oz./70 proof (35% alcohol by volume) alcohol shots. Offered in six-packs, the product will be available in liquor stores in six flavors with nine more to be introduced shortly

After the initial 6 flavors will come 9 more.
It would be helpful to keep the facts straight. What you are seeing is for the previous quarter. Even you must know that, right? Besides, explain this, how does you showing your highly overactive emotions play out here? Should we give you some kind of award if it turns out to be dilution?
Once LVGI releases these details, then it's an unknown. Until then, it's all hot air.
You know this how? You keep harping on that this is dilution. The truth is, you don't know. Maybe it's capitulation and we just witnessed the reset.
That's right. We're literally just days away from that announcement, too. I'm not all that concerned, either, about my holdings. I do find it interesting that some people get all bent up over the fact that the company might have sold some shares. Geezzzz.... what are they for? To store in the company's safe? No, they are to be used for working capital when needed. And when the profits comes, those holding are well rewarded. This is not rocket science. It's called investing 101. Maybe some people here should go out and buy this instead:
Ok. So, let's look at this:
pet bottle cost
.20/bottle
.10/label
labor .25/bottle ( a guess)
product .25/bottle (another guess)
shipment .20/bottle (another guess)
5000 cases * 120 bottle = 600000 bottles
So, maybe a ball park figure would be $1,350,000 - $600,00
= $750,000.00 profit for the first run
I'd say this is an excellent start. And... this certainly gives LVGI more working capital for run #2, which could be easily 4x the initial run. Plus, these roughed out numbers are probably high and will fall as more volume is produced. It sure does look like SLAM will be an instant multi-million dollar adventure in no time flat and put the PPS into the pennies in the very near term.
Which product is it you are speaking of, a Slam? If so, can you take a snap shot and post it?
On the contrary. It's important to get it right when it goes out the gate. I actually give the CEO kudos for recognizing this and making the switch. No of us here knows the details on how the contract was structured.
Seems reasonable. Can anyone here give us some estimates one the quantity of cans a first shipment like this may generate, or any other details such as freight cost, labor, etc? Maybe we can get an idea of the profit that can be realized off this first run. It sure would be nice if JF could provide this for us in a PR.
Again, do you know if they are slapping labels on the cans or will this be part of the can? It seems to me that most cans have some kind of infusion within/on the can itself. I'm not a label expert by any means. I'm just trying to understand the process.
Can you point out in the last PR where is mentions the $$$ for the contract that Mango is fulfilling, when it will be delivered, and what the quantity to be delivered will be?
Telling me to read the last PR is not an answer. It would be helpful if you could answer these details rather than you pointing a finger.
So, in your vast labeling experience, what is the typical order for something like this being it's first run? 10,000 or what?
Someone reported here that LVGI has already fulfilled their order for the first run. Do we know how large this order is, who signed the contract, how much $$$ it was for, and the shipment date?
Also, since it does appear Mango is doing the bottling, someone else here reported that they initially called Mango and the response was "in what year." Has this person called back to find out if this statement was recanted and why it was even made in the first place?
Maybe someone like docmunny can give a shout out to JF to get some of these details. It seems like there is a lot of cheerleading going on here all based on people assumptions. It would make sense that the thread spokesman would be addressing this.
Are they putting labels on the cans or is part of the can?
What will make a difference is a PR that speaks about signed contracts with real $$$. The bottom line is what will increase the PPS, not "news" of a web site update nor something like an "at-a-boy".
And they probably don't own any shares of Microsoft, either. Big deal. The future of this company is not what was but what will be. Got it?
Co-branding with some household names..... Hmmmmm..... Just 1 household name will send LVGI up like a rocket.
As I mentioned, it take months and months to study Elliot Waves. I've done my time. It appears you just discovered them (through my help). Do yourself a favor and learn them. You can thank me later in 6 months.
What you fail to recognize are the sub waves, i-v. You make no mention of that. Plus, wave 3 is always the most upward movement. In your reading, you are calling for wave 5 to be the largest. Clearly, you lack a real understanding of these movements. I can point out many other items that would give you some insight. But rather than waste my time on you, may I suggest you spend the next 6 months learning the study of these. It would be a much use of your time, and mine, than posting here.
Yup. Let's see that POS dispute this. lol
