Let it go. People will believe what they want to believe and there is nothing you can do about that. You seem to have appointed yourself as some kind of protector. Like I said, it's a high risk penny stock. Sometimes, these do well and people make $$$. Mostly, they get promoted, run big, and then crash. We'll see over time what happens and screaming that the sky is falling will not change any of that.
