Could be....but they have held this long...and I myself would investigate thoroughly why it was going up before I started selling out.
My first thoughts when looking at the L2 is that someone is exiting...but then....maybe not :) Maybe the MM's are trying to make it look that way.
I cannot see anyone with that many shares bidwacking this. They would have had to have been here awhile and if they didn't know what they had they would have been out long ago.......Peeps who have been here that long know to sell at the ask.
Just my logic.

Rumors Of Greek Prime Minister's Resignation Are Greatly Exaggerated (If Completely Warranted)
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 03/03/2010 09:47 -0500
Rumors of Papandreou's resignation as Greek prime minister have been swirling all morning, and adding to the swirling a la carte buffet of false news coming out of Athens. However, as of now, that particular rumor is being refuted:
the Prime Minister's spokeswoman has just announced that "the PM has definitely not resigned." We give him until the earlier of the two: i) the new 10 Year GGB come to market with an 8 handle, ii) crippling strike causes Greek foreign trade to drop by 120% (net of pervasive tax "efficiencies" within the Greek nation).

Fitch says U.S. credit card defaults surge 11%; delinquencies fall again
Fitch's prime credit card chargeoff index jumped 112 basis points (11%) to 11.37%. The results, which cover the January collection period, pushed the index to its highest level since September 2009's record 11.52% and 54% above year earlier levels. The increase was largely driven by a payment holiday for Chase credit cardholders, which pushed more chargeoffs into the current period. Conversely, 60+ day delinquencies fell for the second straight month, down three bps to 4.16%, while the 30-day rate declined six bps to 5.38%. Consistent with seasonal patterns, the 60-plus day delinquency index is off its 4.54% record high set in December and is essentially flat versus year earlier levels. The 30-day delinquency index, meanwhile is 5% below February 2009 rates. The improvement of delinquencies is largely attributable to improvements in Bank of America's delinquency rates partly due to the increased use of modification programs by cardholders. "Late-stage delinquencies are still trending in the 4% range industrywide, which is keeping chargeoff levels in the double-digits," said Managing Director Michael Dean. "Until we see some meaningful improvement in employment numbers, consumer delinquencies and defaults will remain elevated at or near these levels."

24/7 Top Day Trader Alerts (MDVN, PFE, NFLX, NOVL, COST, VISN)
Posted in pre-market on March 3rd, 2010
These are this morning’s top day trader and active trader alerts seen moving on news and events.
Medivation, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDVN) is down almost 70% and at 52-week lows after its Dimebon failed in its Phase III trials to attack Alzheimer’s. This is very active and will be the most active of all biotechs today with tens of millions of shares likely to trade. At 8:42 AM EST we have seen 6.5 million shares and the last trade was $12.80. The 52-week range was $13.36 to $40.49.
Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) is also indicated lower this morning as well as it was Medivation’s partner on Dimebon for the Alzheimer’s treatment. Pfizer is down 0.7% at $17.47 and it has seen 3.7 million shares as of 8:42 AM EST.
Netflix Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) was doing so well…. Yet this morning we saw 3 downgrades from BofA/Merrill Lynch, Kaufman Bros, and Susquehanna. At 8:42 AM EST we have seen 44,000 shares trade hands and shares are down 4% at $66.20. The 52-week range is $34.11 to $70.00.
Novell, Inc. (NASDAQ: NOVL) is soaring after it got a buyout offer from a private equity group called Elliott and the price was at $5.75 per share in cash. Shares were trading up above $6.00 last night after the news as many are likely betting that the company will say no or ask for more money. This morning at 8:43 AM EST we have seen 20 million shares trade hands versus 4.7 million shares on average. The stock is up 30% at $6.20.
Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ: COST) had some light earnings on the surface. Its most recent quarter was $0.70 EPS vs. $0.72 estimates. Revenue rose 11% to $18.7 billion vs. estimates of $18.5 billion. The problem is valuation here at almost 20-times forward earnings. At 8:44 AM EST shares are down 3.8% at $59.00 on 475,000 shares and the 52-week trading range is $38.17 to $62.12. Average volume is 3.4 million shares.
VisionChina Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: VISN) is getting hit hard. The stock closed at $8.20 yesterday and the shares are down 26% at $6.05 on 685,885 shares as of 8:48 AM EST. The average volume here is only about 400,000 shares after its earnings report.

Option Shoppers Scoop Up Puts on The Kroger Co.
Author
Sarah Wasserman (swasserman@sir-inc.com)
3/2/2010 3:24:31 PM
Put players have swarmed The Kroger Co. (KR) today, sweeping up puts at a pace 12 times the retailer's daily average. Specifically, 12,000 puts have been exchanged today, far exceeding KR's average daily put volume of 1,021.
The majority of these puts traded on the April 20-strike, which has had volume of 11,600 puts traded today. The bulk of this volume changed hands in two separate transactions this morning, which totaled 11,588 of the 11,600 puts.
The April-20 strike is currently home to peak put open interest for the back-month series, with 17,336 contracts in residence.
Today's preference for puts is somewhat of an anomaly among recent option trading activity. Most indicative of this is the International Securities Exchange (ISE) and Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) 10-day call/put volume ratio of 15.66, which ranks in the 95th annual percentile. In other words, option players on these exchanges have rarely shown a greater preference for calls during the past year.
KR is slated to release fourth-quarter earnings March 9, with analysts on the Street predicting profits of 34 cents per share. During the same period last year, KR reported profits of 53 cents per share, surpassing the consensus estimate by 1 cent.
