I was thinking on the higher side. Closer to 20 which would represent a $.16 pps movement. Could definitely hit a dollar with the right volume
Percentage wise. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a 10-20% jump tomorrow.
Canada officially passed legal Cannabis minutes ago
Amazing! First G7 country to do so. Could be a nice day here tomorrow. Double digit gains potentially
Nothing is wrong here. The first run back at the end of 2017 into the beginning of 2018 which I was a part of went from $.90 to $2.30 and I was able to sell above $2 and that run was all predicated on speculation of this company. This company has no revenue yet, only promises so far. Once legal weed passes the Senate (already passed the HoC) and they begin to see the fruits of their labor on the balance sheet this thing will take off like no one's business. $.78 is the support and it was tested multiple times today and each time it bounced. IMO this a great entry point for things to come. I wouldn't be surprised if this time next year this stock is trading over $5.00. The amount of dried cannabis they're getting rivals some of the top cannabis produces, all because of their financing business model. This is long term winner. Patience will pay off tremendously here.
Just needs to hold $.78
I got in last year sub $1.00 and sold close to $2.00. I kept a few shares so I could watch it each day.
Just bounced again off of $.78, look likes our bottom!
I'll do the same. One year from today, we can all screenshot our gains :)
If you strip out the costs and all related expenses to expansion, AMFE is a net profitable company. In order to expand they have to spend money, correct? A company in their growth and expansion stage will ALWAYS operate at loss, ALWAYS.
Looking like $.78 is the bottom. It's already bounced twice off of that this morning. I think we've seen the lowest it is going to go. Great reentry point for me after selling at the beginning of the year.
That's over 6 months from now. AMFE can easily attain that. One game, one large big box order and AMFE takes off like a rocket. A/D continues to increase, why are people continually buying shares and adding to their pile if this company has no future?
A company in hyper growth with actual NI? Come on GG, they're expanding exponentially. Of course they're operating at a loss. And they're financing most of their expansion themselves. No toxic debt, sold shares at $.10 for debt repayment. THIS COMPANY IS IN ITS GROWTH STAGE. They aren't supposed to be profitable yet.
I've got all the time in the world to wait on this one. Not over invested. Wasn't hoping to "get rich quick" or time the audit for a flip. I'm genuinely intrigued and impressed by this company and their business model. We haven't even scratched the surface on their game creation, distribution, and sales. This could be larger than any of us have ever even entertained. Why wait on the sidelines. And there's a very good chance that if/when a game does hit, Roger will be able to do a share buyback and increase the PPS that much more. Too much good stuff to get all huffy and puffy about a VOLUNTARY audit. I shudder to think what the price would be had roger never mentioned it. Easily over $.20
I'll never admit that because Roger hasn't lied. You can't lie about a timeline given to you by a 3rd party. It's simply a relay of that message. The only "lie" Roger has told is when he stated he would no longer comment on the audit until it was ready to be filed, and he turned around and commented on the audit before it was done. I'm not hanging him over the coals for that and neither should anyone else.
Their worst quarter is Q3, and still had 30% growth, while their profit margins increased 60%. A company isn't going to increase their worst quarter by 100% plus, that's just silly to even expect that. No retail orders come during that quarter, no IK contracts during the dead of winter in Canada, and Tempe was merely a concept at that time. AMFE will continue for the foreseeable feature to have QoQ and YoY growth. Wouldn't you conclude with all the evidence here sans audit the future is bright for this company?
How can it have bubbled when YoY will come in at 250%? And we have no idea what the revs could potentially look like for FY19 as we don't know how large the retail orders will be, what Tempe rev will look like, what Midtown looks like with their liquor license for an entire year, something Tempe will have on their first day of business. Mark this post, FY19 will be over $25M in rev, then what? One hit game and AMFE can do 9 figures. Time is on our side, too many good things happening here to panic sell into people who WANT shares. For every seller there is a buyer, why is that?
Yet each quarter has increased since 2015? A company can't sustain 1000% growth quarter after quarter after quarter, eventually like in Q3 you have 20,30,40% growth which is more inline with real growth numbers. Again this company is still in hyper growth, the fact that they'll surpass $16M in revs this year shouldn't go unnoticed. Pinkys have ran and continue to run for much less. Q3 is historically their slowest Q. Q4 and Q1 are their best quarters. They'll no doubt pass $16M in rev for FY19.
250% increase YoY in revs seems like a pretty good definition of growing leaps and bounds wouldn't you say?
Agreed. Nobody here believes this stock is worth $.08, definitely thought we'd be in the mid teens by now. AMFE will do over $16M in rev for FY2018 and we're stuck in the $.08s, why is that? I've watched pinky stocks run 15x their share price on less than a $1m in a quarter, look up RXM*. The A/U has completely dominated the conversation here, why would Roger release other news that would potentially result in an uptick, yet would go completely unnoticed because it isn't answering the $64,000, is the audit done yet? Personally I'm fine with him holding on to news that would otherwise go by the wayside due to the A/U rut we currently find ourselves in.
Agreed. Patience is the hardest skill in my opinion to hone while invested in the market. It's very easy to panic and "cut your losses" The FUNDAMENTALS have changed, they're only getting stronger and stronger. Kill the Unicorns could be one of the hottest games this holiday season. Retailers are putting their orders in now to gear up for that. Reread the DD, drink some coffee, smoke some weed, and relax everyone. This is a winner, time will prove us all correct.
Gave you a follow Toad
What's changed since Friday? We simply didn't get any news. Do we honestly believe Roger just simply wants this to continue to go down? He wants an increased share price as much as all of us do. His silence right now is golden. The news we've been waiting for WILL come out, ride out the lows to appreciate the highs. Volume over 1M already. Our time is coming, we've waited this long, what's a few more days or weeks?
AMFE finishes the year over $16M in rev. That's the only chart longs care about, and each subsequent chart will show YoY growth. One game could blow that whole thing out of the water. Imagine 10x revs on $50 or $100m just based on one game. Certainly isn't out of the realm of possibility. Kill the Unicorns could be one of the most popular games this year.
I never said anything about naked shorting, even though there is short interest at over 200,000 shares. MM can easily manipulate the stock down here, it happens every day. They can box us in, fake ask wall, sit on the bid, have the capital and wherewithal to drive the price down in order to pick up cheap shares, can execute stop loss orders which they're able to see in order to trigger loses and induce panic. I can't wait though until the end of this year, the longs will have their last laugh, all the way to the bank. Some will sell, those shares will be scooped up and we'll be well on our way to $1.00. One big game title and this breaks through $1.00 in no time flat.
We've gone over why it has gone down multiple times and it isn't because of Roger's "crap". Manipulation is king down here we all know it. Would institutional investors take a position or have it on their watch list if this wasn't a smart investment? Stocks go up, stocks go down, for a multitude of reasons. This isn't the proverbial unicorn where it ONLY goes up, I'm not quite sure why that's so hard to understand.
Thanks Rocket
If I was a smart trader, why would I go all in at the all time high when it ran over 10,000% just to get to that point? If I knew that consolidation was happening and that it was over bought, why would I or anyone else buy near that price when it obviously needs to retrace. Timing and understanding of how and why a stock ran, and the fact that stocks obviously don't go up in a straight line. Meaning this stock was due for a pull back, and a big one. And it did, and it's still up over 8,000% in 3 years. Not even trip zeros, 4 zeros, and now here we are, getting ready for the next leg up.
If you bought in the low teens, let's say $.14, you'd be down 40% correct? If you bought at $.13 you'd be down just over 30% like I am.
My first buys were when it was at $.13 in the beginning of January. It's all about timing. Very few would be down 60% in their total portfolio unless they decided to do all their buys at the all time high of $.23 or when it hit $.20 for a second time in late January. Timing has everything to do with the market.
It's down just over 30% this year, I should know my first buys were in January. And I'm holding strong as ever, adding each paycheck and averaging down. Glad I loaded up more in the low 7's when I did, those are already paying off. Buy the dips, hold, buy the dips, hold, repeat over and over again. Smart longs are adding if they can to their pile of shares. Soon enough all this negative chatter will subside.
[Please note that the filing of this notification grants issuers 5 additional calendar days to post a Quarterly. If your boss grants you 5 additional days to complete a project, and you turn it in during that grace period, does he consider it late??
Timing, sales, and speculation. The audit is not necessary for this to run, like many other have on the pink exchange.
We know of $4m in orders for Gro3, and the schematics have been posted for the facility where Gro3 will be installed. It's in the mountains of DD posted on this board
How can Gro3 be "struggling" when no revenues have been posted yet for Gro3. You can't be struggling when sales for that entity haven't been realized on the books.
There's a grace period allowing him to file an extension. If you read the rules regarding the extension, he filed during that time period meaning the Q3 fins were not late. Another false claim.
The audit review is different from the quarterly review and the audit could in fact be completed before the quarterly reviews were done.
Exactly, somehow they were going to complete 3 years of audit review and review the quarter ending Sept 30th 2017, Dec 31 2017 and March 31st 2018, back in 2017 lol
