Neither of those has happened. Isn't that the number one clue to a pump and dump?? There is no dilution happening with AMFE nor do they have any toxic debt whatsoever. Those debt repayment issuances were at $.10 and they were for a relatively small number of shares. AMFE has lowered their A/S by over 130M in 3 years, wouldn't the opposite be happening if they were diluting? Look at MJN*, that's a dilution nightmare. Not here though.
