They're trying to unload at 0.0010 as we speak! probably the so called longs.
Let's get those financials up to date for a start, with the 2008 financials and the 1st Q2009 imo.
a true reflection on the share price maybe??? because of all the dilution and tricks with the T/A the stock is where it is now! the trust is gone for now, will take time to rebuild confidence imo, the company is ok, the stock for now?
Maybe, we will be lucky if shareprice goes to that level after all the dilution we had the last year.
With what money will they take over, they just had a dilution round to take care for their own business, they're still crawling not flying.
Best would be is to go forward outh of their own strenght, they just became profitable, way too soon to do a takeover, they need the cash to grow their own business imo.
Does anyone know why they stopped the production at black rock??? they were once producing right?
At least no one is selling for beer money.
Can someone update the Ibox please? With all the latest great news we got it's interesting for someone who visits this board for the first time he gets a good feeling about this, you know like love at first sight! lol

Expo Holdings Completes Share Restructuring
On Wednesday May 27, 2009, 11:09 am EDT.
NORTH WILKESBORO, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--May 27, 2009 -- Expo Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:EXPH.PK - News) completes share restructuring.
The company has 896,280,805 outstanding shares currently, and has an authorized share count of 1,000,000,000 (1 billion).
James D. Brown, CEO, stated, "Recently, the company temporarily gagged its transfer agent while it completed share restructuring. The officers of the company have now converted their restricted preferred shares to restricted common shares. To date, the officers have sold no (ZERO) shares, and intend to hold the restricted shares for the foreseeable future. The company has no plans for a reverse split, and has no intentions of increasing its authorized share count."
Glenn S. Harrs, President, stated, "I am pleased to convert my preferred shares to restricted common shares, and hold them alongside of our trusted shareholders. Our long term prospects are very good, and I fully expect our fair market value to recover to a point more in line with the company's expectations. Additionally, we have authorized the transfer agent to resume normal reporting activity."
Brown also stated, "We have raised funds in the recent past. We announced we would raise the funds in advance via press release, and we have now completed that raise. These funds have strengthened our balance sheet, and allowed us flexibility during a tough cash flow period. We recently completed a profitable first quarter, and fully expect cash flow from operations to strengthen over the next 6 months. Reasonable gross profits and net profits are expected in FY 2009. Short term demand for our products continues to strengthen."
The company will soon post its 2008 financials to pinksheets.com, and meet the requirements to remove the Stop Sign icon. 1st Quarter 2009 financials will also be posted within the near future.

If somebody wants out, i have a buy order in at 0.0006 lol
Exactly, every time a pr comes out i am thinking, is it to put out the good news about the company or is it because they are adding shares to the float. If they need money ok, dilute and get it over with, not like now, some this month, some next month...
needless bidwhacking going on
Somebody wanted out, didn't want to hold over the long weekend imo
SARO climbing up
If you want the stock to go up, buy at the ask.
Problem is Gamb, he was(is?) diluting EVERY TIME there is a PR campaign going on, people dont trust it anymore, also why this stock doesn't recover so far, seems like every reason is ok to issue shares.
Agreed when it incluedes the start of mining!
Good morning Gamb, thanks for sharing.
Celebrate??? it's pink now, the new symbol is PCFG.PK
If this time shares were added during the current PR-releases, then he will have lost a lot of credibility, it will be even harder to recover the share price! this is the reason why lots of people don't want to touch this stock, just waiting on the sidelines till dilution ends.
No pinksheet today, or is this the last day they have time to file?
Whats even funnier is some people (or just 1 left) are still profiling Steve and the company as alive and kicking becoming the new google, next step BANKRUPTY imo. nobody wants to touch this anymore and they are right.
Well looks like besides the new ticker we also now have a new cheerleading song for this board: WHERE WERE YOU WHEN THE LIGHTS WENT OUT, IN SALON CITY.....
thanks

Expo Holdings Receives Order From Newell Rubbermaid, Inc.
On Monday May 11, 2009, 10:19 am EDT.
NORTH WILKESBORO, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--May 11, 2009 -- Expo Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:EXPH.PK - News), via its wholly owned subsidiary D&D Displays, Inc., receives order from Newell Rubbermaid, Inc.
James D. Brown, CEO, stated, "Later this week, we will ship a large order for Newell Rubbermaid. This order is for 100 merchandising vehicles. Until recently, most retailers and suppliers to retailers have been ultra conservative. We have now noticed a marked change in the demand for displays, and will update our shareholders more frequently as orders are about to ship. We are very pleased to serve Newell Rubbermaid, and consider them a very valued customer. We look forward to serving them in the years to come."
Additionally, James stated, "Due to numerous shareholder requests, we will issue press releases in a more frequent manner, primarily focused on transparency, financials, and new business developments. The company believes it is well positioned to thrive in the upcoming economy. I have also been asked to comment on sales projections; while we are not prepared to release our financials yet, I will comment on last year's performance and say it was less than desirable. The company experienced a dramatic drop in demand, and its ability to collect its receivables. I want to make it clear; we still operate with a 1M line of credit from Crestmark bank, and have significant lines of credit with Wachovia and Southern Community bank. The company's leadership finds it unacceptable that its market cap is less than its credit facilities and will address the issue."
