I am very impressed with today. Despite the low volume, at this moment we are up. That is really good news, and I agree with your assessment that tomorrow will probably be a big day.
He’s a high ignore candidate.
Higher lows!
There’s your answer.
Good job! He’s naked and doesn’t know it.

They are using company shares to make acquisitions for $TLSS. This lessens the potential debt burden associated with fast growth and acquisitions, since they will have to come to the closing of each acquisition with much less cash. It also incentivizes the mgmt teams of these new units to PERFORM, and be rewarded for being part of contributing to the huge growth phase they are currently undergoing.
NOT DILUTION - With each new stock share swap with new acquisitions, we are getting better than $1 for $1 value in terms of the assets we receive, the current revenues that will now be added to our numbers and the future potential revenues, so the net change in TLSS is not a dilution of current stockholder value because TLSS's Market cap is going up with each acquisition.
Holding Period 12 Months: These awarded stock / options can not be sold for a minimum 12 months after being awarded - John Mercadante is minimizing the potential for any dilution. This is not considered dilution if they can't be sold and/or if you are receiving a value (assets and revenues) in exchange for the shares. It gives the market time to assess the market cap of each acquisition and potential revenues that come with that.
Amazon would quickly scoop up TLSS for acquisition at cheap $$. Issuing shares protects the company for any potential for an early takeover bid, which would be a huge possibility when the stock price is now VERY undervalued. There has been large accumulating going on and this is a big risk. We definitely don't want a takeover now, for we as investors will make pennies on the dollar in terms of potential for this company. KTM previously stated "Management is being proactive to maintain control to merge/sell on their terms for the highest return; as opposed to being bought out on the cheap due to the current undervalued share price." and he/she truly hit the nail on the head! I see this as a huge positive and very strategic - but John Mercadante and Doug Cerney have been through this before at Coach USA and so this move is not at all surprising.
Each new Acquisition is bringing us new territories and an infrastructure in place to expand the TLSS Amazon Prime service (and other contracts) into new areas and territories. Not only that - we also gain new contracts from these new acquisitions that we can expand into our existing network as well. The best thing is that these new companies can start ASAP expanding Amazon Prime deliveries in new territories that we are not currently in. This will be a huge multiplier effect on the potential revenues and present huge economies of scale, improving our profitability.”

You are a fraud.
Q2 should be really good because of Covid and expanded state markets. Q3 should be explosive growth.
Not exactly sure. End of August?
It’s 2Q I’m waiting for.
I think the trend is up. I don’t like price predictions but with news coming and the 10-q in less than 10 days, I wouldn’t want to be a short.
I’ve got a small sell bid at .20 and I wouldn’t bet against that it won’t go through this week. We shall see.
I’ll tell you one thing, I don’t go to sleep at night fearful about my money in TLSS. We are in a crucial sector, in the middle of a national crisis, with stellar management. Unless you’re a trader or flipper, set your bids and take a break from watching price fluctuations. This stock will make me a lot of money.
I can’t take credit for the words, but this is what I believe is going on.
This whole talk of buyout at this point is nonsense. One reason this stock is in my portfolio, among others, is the fact that TLSS is indeed a great potential takeover stock. However, at the right time.
I think a fair valuation of this company right now is .60-.70. A buyout at .34, well....I would think John would consider that move an utter failure and not worthy of his past successes.
We are in for a much bigger payday, IMO.

Never said it would.
I hope it’s true, but I hope buyout price is double .34.
He’s got a personal birdie.
Depends. What is the buyout price? If it’s higher than the current price, wait.
Not right now. Give it a year though.
Greater good...love it!
He’s a paid manipulator and he just got $ because of your response to him.
There is no news. Twitter rumor...people creaming over it.
What news? It’s just a Twitter rumor.
Morning! I like that prediction. “Ah lock it ah lah”
Only with real news. Your opinion is not.
If you were at the break even point, then you will be a happy man soon.
I’m 500k at .033. I guess what I’m asking is how will this potential buyout effect John’s company influence. I kind of thought John was going to acquire MSN, not the other way around. John, I know. Matthew, I do not.
Is this good for us tlss longs?
I thought he was one of those level one paid manipulators. I guess he’s not so smart after all.
I think you’ve mentioned a few times about $.16. And something about making bad decisions on the sticker? Patience my friend.
Are you getting out at .16? If not, chill. You’ll be smiling next week.
Put him on ignore. He’s a loser.
The best stock in the OTC run by stellar management!
He’s a paid manipulator. Pretty obvious.
Nope.
Those who have it get rich.
Dilution finished. 10Q our in 12 days.
My retort was in reference to your insult of Cuban. The quote was to refute your “diversity” comment.
Often times, diversity is used as an excuse for not doing your research and putting a bunch of eggs in a bunch of baskets and hoping one of them pays off.
Finding a really good company with good fundamentals and deciding to put all your eggs in that basket may result in devastating loss. But if you do your homework you might just as well get very, very rich.
But of course you knew all that.
And he’s a lot richer than you are.
Thumbs up!
