Until $vnue moves, we’ll have to deal with the losers. It’s easier when we don’t engage them. It only reinforces their disingenuous purpose for being here.
Nope. Hold your shares close and buy if you can. That is what I am doing. Name change is the next catalyst.
I did too.
Still spouting this nonsense?
Maybe they just want to launch it simultaneously with the release of the service.
With all due respect that's simply not true. You don't need revenue to get out of trips and run to a penny. Have you been trading OTC long?
Revenue is something all companies want but most of your OTC companies don't have revenue. What causes an OTC stock to run from trips then? The POTENTIAL for revenue....and that's what this company has. If the company has a sound business plan and executes, then revenue should come. However, at this point, it's NOT revenue I'm looking for, it's this company's potential to make revenue.
In the OTC, it's about news. A company doesn't need to have shit for revenue but if they release a bunch of good news that speaks of POTENTIAL to make revenue, then it will run (provided there is limited dilution).
They don't have to make 1 single penny of revenue for me to make a lot of money here.
Much smarter reply than the moron you just replied to.
I'm 175% up from my initial investment.
We've only just begun.
Buying opportunity tomorrow.
Welcome to the OTC: Land of the flippers and manipulators.
$SMCE reminds me of a baseball team. Scores runs early, struggles in the middle innings, and walks it off at close.
I saw a stock go from .01 to .27 in 2 weeks. That was back in 2021. If we get that type of volume, it won’t take very long to get to $.50.
I'm hoping they are a company looking out for their shareholders. Great SS, no dilution (so far), and record sales. Fantastic! But, this is the OTC and we need news to maintain the pps. What are our catalysts? Just record sales? It's not the sexiest kind of business but if they've got a good business plan to keep expanding and COMMUNICATE it properly, we will have a winner here!
I'm very interested on what management does here. With this SS, it won't take much to move it.
Nah, the Borgers mess has only slowed us. Zach has got this.
Agree. We start moving up tomorrow, imo. Chart is primed. Any news sends it to test .01 almost immediately.
Maybe. RH just purchased a crypto trading platform so they’ve got the same idea.
They’ve got a long way to go before they’re going to be a Robin Hood competitor.
We know $SMCE is a great stock. Time will tell whether it will be a great company.
I have the patience of Job.
No dilution
Someone doesn't have much experience trading the OTC.
Patience.
We have a great stock here. The story hasn't even been told yet. We have a name/ticker change, shareholders update, and the official rollout of Chaintrade. Folks, we have a lot to look forward to in the coming days. This stock is going up!
I hope everyone has a great weekend!
Me too. I’ve added a little bit every day this week. These are still great prices.
Thanks, man. If there's one thing I hate, it's people who hang in stock boards trying to manipulate the pps. Trust me, I am not one of those people. I will NEVER trash a stock I am in. I might have legitimate concerns that I address, but once I get out of a stock...I'm gone. I also don't PUMP. If I talk good about a stock it's because I genuinely believe it's a good one and I want to see other people benefit. For example, with $SMCE, I gave both my daughter and sister-in-law money to buy shares in the company. For them, they don't have tons of shares so it would behoove them to keep them until this company hits the Nasdaq. If I didn't believe in the company, I wouldn't have done that.
I see $SMCE...as long as they execute....a potential game changer. There will be other companies who will try to emulate. RobinHood just purchased a crypto platform so yeah, they're thinking the same thing.
In the short term, I think this thing can run to .25 plus. That's more than enough to accomplish my financial goals.
I wish everyone good luck in pursuit of their financial goals. It's why we play the game. Let's just play it honestly. Unfortunately, there are many who will cheat and step on people to accomplish their goals. I despise such people.

I have said nothing contradictory. I am 63 years old. My definition of “long” is different than yours because of my age. I’m in this stock until it gets to the price point where I can pay off my house and I can fully retire.
I am in a buy mode as long as it’s under a penny. Then I wait for the inevitable run. At what point I sell most of my shares is my business.
So say what you will, this is MY specific plan.
PS. I own another stock which I am buying many many shares and I’m going to pass that to my daughters. That is a true long.
Well, anything down here can go wrong. That’s why these are the highest risk stocks to play.
So far, I love what I’m seeing with this company. I have no idea how big or successful this platform is going to be. There are a lot of factors that will determine that. For me, I’m not looking at it as a long-term investment. I have a certain target for myself, and I like my chances. I’m not in this hoping for the next Robin Hood. I’m just hoping for that big run.

I believe it started with the Game Stop squeeze and then as a result, SEC changed rules and many OTC companies went belly up.
Maybe timing as well because that was the end of the OTC bull run. Historically, in the OTC, periods of a bearish market last about 3 years. When the bulls return, usually lasts 1-2 years. We are now 3 years into a bear market. The 1st quarter this year, OTC volume was up 19% from the same period last year. This is a positive sign that the bulls are coming back to the OTC. Volume is nowhere near it was back in 2020, but it's getting better and I just have a feeling about this fall but especially next year.
I don’t know if we’ll ever go back to those wild wild West days because of the structural changes in the OTC. I think the rule changes (stricter reporting procedures) has made trading in the OTC a little safer (less scams).
I do believe we are entering a bullish season. I think we are just starting and I think next year will be really strong. I believe we are in the right stock at the right time.
Everybody was making money in the OTC in 2020-2021. Hell, I was a relatively new trader then and I did really well.
No, he's not great. He rode a wave than many rode....but he sure loves your worship of him.
LMAO. You look really foolish.
“Our officers were presented with the opportunity to increase our equity position at these levels and chose to execute on it. I still consider the company to be extremely undervalued Management will continue to find ways to reduce SMC’s long-term debt, minimize shareholder dilution and increase shareholder value.”

Once it hits a penny, new eyes will be on this. I’ve seen stocks with a much worse share structure go from a penny to over .25 back in the OTC Wild West days.
Can it happen again? Sure. We need volume and continued positive updates from company. Given the $1 convertible note factor, it doesn’t take rocket science to see where this could go.
.006 is resistance. Need to bust it.
Consolidation days are necessary. Preparing for the next leg up.
I’m thinking these guys want the stock to go up.
I disagree with you on this being a lottery stock unless you consider every OTC stock a lottery. Some actually do.
However, things a company says and does through its filings, its balance sheet, its business plan, its product, its management team -- all those things when added together can give me confidence that a company can be successful and that I can feel comfortable investing in that company. Does it mean there's no risk involved? Of course not. Yes, there is more risk (much more risk) investing in $SMCE than $AMZ* or $AAP*. Those are well established companies with a huge market cap.
But does that make this a lottery investment? Well, if you compare it to BB stocks, then you can make a case. However, if you are comparing $SMCE to other OTC stocks, then no, this is not a lottery. And since I trade strictly OTC, I use other OTC stocks for my comparisons. Having said that, I think it is a lottery when it comes to future success. Will they truly become a competitor to RobinHood? No clue. But I'm not trading the stock for that reason. I am trading it for the penny run and greater -- so using that parameter, this is definitely NOT a lottery stock.
Good thread:
Note the 20-day SMA supporting the run. The strongest runs use the 20SMA as support. When the trade breaks through to the 50SMA, time to reset the trade.
