It’s ready to explode upwards
I’ve met Rory. Had a nice breakfast with him in New York City last year.
He’s a stand up guy and triple sharp. Telx was just the beginning friend.
$VERB $1.20 after hours. Sign of good things to come.
TESLA closed at $1,643 on 7/212020. $142 increase in 1 day! Anything is possible as COVID-19 has taught us.
I remember about 18 months ago when TESLA was trading at about $190 and Elon Musk said it was worth more than $400, and analysts and others laughed at him.
Remember Rory Cutaia took an unknown telecommunications start-up Telx from $0 to a $215,000,000 sale in just 6 years. He created a whole new vertical and stayed on as a business consultant for a multimillion dollar yearly contract.
Telx sold again for $1.9 Billion dollars. No one thought it could be done.
Now Rory is disrupting another untouched vertical in $200+ Billion Network Marketing Industry that has been overlooked by CRM giants like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, & Microsoft.
When you consider the combination of the below top 11 CRM’s Market Cap’s (not all of them either about 60%) it amounts to $2.34 TRILLION.
Is it possible that VERB’s Interactive Video Technology CRM could earn away just 1/2 of 1% of their value? That would amount to $11.6 Billion Dollars of value. Salesforce Market Cap $173 Billion https://ycharts.com/companies/CRM/market_cap Microsoft Market Cap $1.56 Trillion https://ycharts.com/companies/MSFT/market_cap Oracle Market Cap $171 Billion https://ycharts.com/companies/ORCL/market_cap SAP Market Cap $170 Billion https://ycharts.com/companies/SAP/market_cap Adobe Market Cap $212 Billion https://ycharts.com/companies/ADBE/market_cap Genesys Market Cap $2 Billion Nice Systems Market Cap $9 Billion Pegasystems Market Cap $6 Billion Verint Systems Market Cap $3 Billion Zendesk Market Cap $8 Billion Verb Technology Market Cap $20 Million https://ycharts.com/companies/VERB/market_cap Analyst Litchfield Hills Research just reported a share value of $5.35 for VERB. More will follow.
We all stood together as one group. Investor: “You look real good” Rory Cutaia: “I hope you’re getting all of this” All of us: “We knew we were a part of something extremely special and rare. It was electric and happening so quickly right before our very eyes” https://video.myverb.com/player/JQQKBW4U
Good news for all longs
Yeah. Thinking financing filled.
This is gonna explode upward soon. IMHO.
We’ll do. I’ll reach out to you.
$1.19 after hours
As I mentioned, only hearing a snippet, it it could be taken out of context.
I’ve had those calls too in my history and know PITA accounts exist in all business’s.
Most impressive was Rory’s passion to either help the client achieve their goal through understanding “seek to understand, before being understood” or walk away if there wasn’t alignment. Speaks to great leadership and awareness of “walk away power” which is an important component of true success.
I am just a simple man who believes in a vision of greatness for this company.
It will Friday or Monday.
Have a great evening!
$3+ by Friday or Monday!
That is not certain.
Only the future can reveal.
VERB has traded roughly 26,000,000 shares in the last 2 days. And today it traded above the $1.10 offering price of the financing.
The financing is set to close possibly tomorrow which seems exceptionally quick IMO.
My sense is Friday this will tip higher because we are funded for VERB Live rollout and Salesforce/Microsoft integrations.
That’s what Ford investors said to Elon Musk and Tesla investors in the beginning
Lol. Get ready
Good point.
Can’t believe the immense interest by the market.
Why are we trading 9,400,000 shares as of 11:35 am today after 15,000,000 shares treaded yesterday and the announcement of $12,000,000 financing at $1.10 per share yesterday?
Also why are we trading above $1.10 offering price?
Inquiring minds are interested....
The great thing about successful entrepreneurs is they never give up, because grit is essential in light of all the negativity one has to take on to be successful. Also, mistakes (learnings) are the most critical part of growth. Without them you remain comfortable and hence never grow.
Great things come very hard, and easy things don’t last.
VERB Technology was hard to build and built to last.
$VERB Food for thought...

I hope not.
$1.9 Billion dollar entity he created in Telx, the telecommunications giant that forever changed an entire industry.
VERB had a very valuable business case prior to COVID-19.
Post COVID-19 our value proposition has multiplied 1000 times as companies struggle to figure out not only how to survive, but top performers want to continue to thrive.
Game changer and the right time evidenced by 15,000,000 shares traded yesterday and 9,000,000 shares traded today as of only 11:15 am above the $1.10 offering price announced by Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc.
Good luck to you my friend.
You hold the past like it’s the future. Big mistake TenKay.
Change is the only constant.
A question for this “savvy” group.
Yesterday VERB shares traded the highest volume day ever at 15,000,000 shares (closest prior to that was 1,500,000 roughly) and our public float is 26,000,000 according to WSJ.
Today we have traded 8,735,000 shares as of 11:00 am with our financing expected to close in record time on or about tomorrow Thursday 7/23.
Are the 8,735,000 shares trading on the market today, in addition to the 10,909,090 shares being bought in the financing through Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. If so, there is an absolute enormous amount of market interest here. ENORMOUS.
Plus, the security is trading above the $1.10 offering price (no warrants offered either)
Something extremely big is afoot.

Over 1.1 Million in volume already in pre-market.
The dichotomy between short term and long term thinking.
Critical thinking:
“The offering is comprised of 10,909,090 shares of common stock priced at a public offering price of $1.10 per share.”
And yet, it’s free trading above $1.10 right now.
15,000,000 shares traded yesterday (highest trading volume ever).
VERB Technology Company is about the burst out!
Financing anticipated to close tomorrow.
And it’s trading above above $1.10! Wonder why?
Rory has always been transparent with investors in terms of the “plan” and has always said we’d be raising more money to grow our little “engine that could”.
Our value proposition was always extremely strong (and disruptive) but has been magnified by 1000x due to COVID-19 and the immense challenges world businesses will have dealing with it.
Notice how we are closing in just 3 days?
Notice how no warrants were needed?
Notice how we traded 15,000,000 shares yesterday?

Lol. For a few days maybe...no biggie.
After that I believe anyone who is betting against VERB best move on quickly.
15,000,000 shares traded today.

Something exciting this way comes!
No warrants! This is a great financing and will help catapult VERV Live!

Closing on 23rd.
Watch how quickly this is going to rise.
We shall see tomorrow
Volume on July 15th was 1,190,200
July 27th was 1,574,600
These were the highest volume days prior to today. But, today was 15,119,292.
Antenna up and we are on the radar.
Do not despair underdog.
It’s coming...
Appears to be less than 30,000 shares traded after hours and insignificant compared to the 15 million shares traded the entire day.
How many shares have traded after hours?
They will be in a few more days.
15,000,000 Shares Traded.
Volume then Price.
We’ll be on every Tech investors radar now.
14,000,000 shares traded. Volume precedes price.
We’ll be on many radars now.
