Are you optimistic about Darkpulse's long term viability?
If Darkpulse is a scam and its CEO a glorified charlatan, then how did Dennis O'Leary ever manage to land a contract with the Bachner Group in Washington DC to pitch their Smart Wall Cable technology to the Department of Homeland Security earlier this year? Ditto for the aforementioned agreement with the Department of Transportation in California for the Loma Rica project on the Honcut Creek bridge? If the tech doesn't perform as forecast then that would all but guarantee the company's failure. But what it proves out?
May I infer from your observations about D.O. that you're no longer invested in Darkpulse?
The more time that passes without a significant share price improvement the more I feel the same way....The thing that confuses me, though, was the Fox News host wondering aloud three weeks ago why Cyberlux isn't being used as a resource by the military in the Ukraine? I inferred from THAT that CYBL must be on SOMEBODY's drawing board in Washington--if not (yet) on Wall Street...But I could be wrong...
I think your time frame is pretty accurate...Since I first became a shareholder last year I've felt intuitively that it would take roughly 18 to 36 months before ILUS's share price would really begin to bloom
C
I'm inclined to agree with you...Companies should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and not on the general rule of thumb which states that all pink sheet stocks suck...That may be true of 90 per cent of them, but the remaining ten percent may warrant a closer look and more patience...
As for Darkpulse, federal agencies in my state like the California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS) and German telecommunications giant Siemens would NEVER consider projects or partnerships with Dennis O'Leary's company if they didn't see merit in its technology...If DPLS comes close to realizing its global potential--or if an industry whale buys them out sometime in the future--investors with foresight who held on to the bulk of their shares (while others pushed the panic button and sold prematurely) will have won the Lottery several times over and provided comfortable retirement income for themselves and their families...
But time will tell...It always does...
C
???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Because Dennis O'Leary appears to be a better technician than he is a tactician....Not good news for DPLS shareholders if I'm right about that...
C
Good one, Janga!
It's beginning to feel like this stock is--if anything--a minimum two year hold before it even begins to bloom significantly...(if then...)
C
We keep hearing and saying the same things over and over and over and over and over again....Enough already...The investors in this forum ought to express these (legitimate) complaints to the Cyberlux Public Relations ombudsmen instead of feeding the echo chamber here incessantly month after month....Other than using this as a platform to vent frustrations it isn't doing much good. I mean, the constant bitching about the stagnant stock price along with the apparent lack of progress on the pink current issue might be more effective if it was heard by the right audience--Mark Schmidt...If that's been done already and things still don't improve in a timely manner then we've invested in the wrong company and it's time to seek greener pastures...If any exist...
Disgusted,
C
With all of the rosy rhetoric being tossed around by CEO Cris Kern about Fernhill's prospects and participation in a sector which may generate trillions of dollars a few years from now, why in hell's name is the stock price so G*d damned low after trading as high as a nickel a share earlier this year?
Disgusted,
C
I don't have a Smartphone; I access the Internet using an old fashioned desktop computer. When I click in the "JOIN" button in the link you sent it just sits there and won't advance to another screen...
Any suggestions?
Thx,
C
The suit names "NICHOLAS UNK" as the defendant...REALLY???
Please bottom line it for us...
C
Thanks for this Sir C...Your explanation fleshed things out considerably for me and strengthens my resolve to hold on and add more whenever funds (and price dips) coincide...
Have a prosperous week!
C
I'm inclined to agree with you on both counts...Pink sheet stocks almost always try your patience, but every once in a while you'll come across one with intriguing technology in an untapped market and a management team with meaningful connections to counterparts in related sectors...If you have spare funds you might want to take a chance...Genesis could be one of those unpolished gems waiting for the right combination of lapidaries...
At least I'm hoping so...
Smiles,
C
So it did. With stinky pinkies you're either in them to flip or you feel there's an outside chance that the company will be successful in the long run...If not, then cut your losses and GTFO at your earliest convenience
With that cheery assessment may I assume that you've dumped your shares of DPLS?
And if not, why not?
Ok thx
If that's true, how come the price remains stagnant? Even with that pesky yield sign grinning at us, investors can still buy CYBL via TD Ameritrade and I assume Charles Schwab who is in the process of buying TDA out early in 2023
Where is that posted?
Did Mark Schmidt announce to anyone that he was heading to DC?
Just curious
C
Not if they haven't taken care of that friggin' Yield sign...
This is getting old...
C
Ditto...
Other than that I'm inclined to treat this stock like Vegas rather than an 'investment'
With pink sheet stocks my normal investing tenet is to load up if I feel the company is well managed and at least decently capitalized, and then selectively sell off as the stock rises over time...I'm inclined to maintain that approach with Genesis whose product concept I like, but whose organization and funding I'm not too enthused about--at least not yet...That said, what does your gut tell you about a timeline to significant long term success for GEGI?
C
So are you bidding everyone here farewell because the company may take years before it begins to bloom and you've decided to sell your stake in Genesis?
Just curious...
C
Thanks SC....Please ignore my earlier question regarding a Genesis prototype...You just answered that in this post...
Good luck to all of us longs & our families...
C
Maybe I've missed something but does anyone know for a fact whether or not Genesis has a working prototype for this hybrid transport--or are we still in the product design stage??
Just curious...and a trifle worried...
C
Thanks for the background data, SC...Much appreciated...Even with those behind-the-scenes connections, so much has to go right before we can become vertically integrated with other industry leaders and gobble up market share in the transportation space...Let's hope we're all in massive profit long before the snows of old age descend
C
Whether we're talking about Vegas or the OTC, as long as I'm not gambling with the money I've set aside for my wife's heart transplant I can usually live with the results
Welcome to the Pinks where the odds of winning seem about the same as Vegas or Atlantic City
Sham, Scam, Thank You Maam
Yeah...An incoming company with no established business or working prototype for their idea...
I wonder why this merger tanked?!!??
C
For whatever it's worth, shortly after the market opened the system kept stalling after I provided my login details... Six failed attempts later I called 800 669 3900 and the account rep put the trade through for me without charging the normal $6.95 fee--and then referred me to tech support...Looking back on it I should have seen it as an omen and sat on my money until the dust settled...
But has a prototype been built yet?
If not, we could be in for a looooooooooooooooooooong wait
C
Somehow I doubt it...but even if it did run to one cent, profit takers would likely see to it that the stock price slid back down
Your lips to Jehovah's ears...
Kasey Evans is on their board of directors as a strategic advisor (a post he also fills at Genesis) and a lead investor from what I've read...other than that, NOTHING, apparently...
C
It does if you've merged with an unknown industry shrimp instead of a well known industry whale
C
Dips on news like what we saw early this morning comes as no surprise. Those who bought in before the run up to .0079 are undoubtedly taking profits. And those who were hoping for a merger with a recognized industry whale are jumping ship because they don't know who the f*ck Glide is or else they don't feel the newly combined company is positioned to disrupt the trucking industry as profoundly as our CEO suggests it could (at least not anytime soon...)
Either way, the hybrid transport technology Genesis is attempting to pitch will be of long term interest to institutional investors (and to fortune hunters like us)--or it won't...
Time will tell....It always does, doesn't it?
C
Based on what?
