Appreciate reading your posts here. Thanks for your insights.
Like most here, I'm pretty far underwater with this one... but the potential hasn't changed.
I really think if they fix up the dilution nonsense and get everyone on the same page about whatever financing they're doing... things will go well.
I couldn't care less whether Brett is selling his shares or not. Only thing that matters to me is the total (diluted) share count... not the specifics of who owns them. If he's selling, that's a temporary blip, but doesn't affect the fundamentals.
My only concern with him selling wouldn't be the short term impacts on share price.... but rather with whatever it is that prompted him to sell.
Hopefully whatever moves he makes are just to get under the 5% thing.
yeah lol. we need to drop the "t" in TRO.... and plan to be willing to drag this out as long as needed for shareholders to get a fair shake.
We aren't getting younger, but Billy isn't either. Any leverage we have will be based on the ability to stretch this out and keep his hands off our money as long as possible.
Thanks for the tip. All my $ is in three stocks, one of which was de-listed. I really need to diversify at some point, will add this to the list!
$5 a share is $5billion dollars.
For me, a stock needs a PE ratio of 10:1 to justify the price, or to be growing towards it. So..over the long-term, we'd need to be headed towards $500m yearly profit to justify that kind of price in my estimation.
I don't think those two things alone get us there. If they work well and we replicate and expand... maybe... but I think $5 is a little much.
That said, I do think we'll take off, and I hope you're right!
Ha!
I've said it before and I'll say it again.. I know a bunch of people added limit orders around a dollar. I would not. Not saying it's getting there, don't get me wrong, but if it does... it will probably soar past... so don't get 'stop-gained' out of your position.
when is UL approval going to come. Seems like it's taking forever! need to get those things up and running before summer to catch some of that sun!!!
Could we be waiting for the MedRecycler decision to say anything about it.. or are they completely independent? I don't see any reason to withhold approval, but maybe we wouldn't want to seem 'corporate' or something?
Good morning everyone!
Just for fun, let's do a couple of price speculation scenarios. Curious to hear what everyone thinks.
1. In two weeks, we get approval on MedRecycler. Bonds come through, and start date is given. We have heard nothing further about UL/Durango/Chase.
2. In two weeks, we get approval on MedRecycler, bonds come through, and start date is given. Concurrently, UL approval is announced, and Durungo funding is finalized and a start date is given. No word on Chase.
3. In two weeks, we get approval on MedRecycler, bonds come through, and start date is given. Concurrently, UL approval is announced, and Durungo funding is finalized and a start date is given. Additionally, we get word that the Chase contract is for all branches across the country and should generate roughly $20 million in revenue per year.
4. In two weeks, we get approval on MedRecycler, bonds come through, and start date is given. Concurrently, UL approval is announced, and Durungo funding is finalized and a start date is given. Additionally, we get word that the Chase contract is for all branches across the country and should generate roughly $30 million in revenue per year. Additionally, upon UL certification, USDOT announces a contract to use SNPW panels for interstates across the country. No exact #'s given at this time, but clearly a large contract and our CEO anticipates $75M revenue for year 1.
On day 1, here are my price guesses for the above scenarios. Would like to hear what others think... I think it helps to understand which events would be most meaningful
1. $0.25
2. $0.75
3. $0.90
4. $1.50
What are your thoughts on these numbers? GLTA!
No worries bro, it's all good.. Let me know if you ever throw any $ down here, I might have to as well. Price is impressively stable over the last couple of years.
I'm sure we'll have a ton of $$$ laying around that we don't know what to do with once we hit big on the other one!
GL!
AHHHH! LOL Well, that ruins my plans to troll you for calling me names doesn't it?! :)
Actually looks interesting. I enjoy watching junior minors but thankfully have avoided losing too much.
My favorite up in that area is SVBL.take a look if you get the chance.
Good luck sir!
Hmmmm... interesting thought. What name would you suggest?
Virtually no volume makes this one seem scary, as well as an enterprise value that is below the market cap.
No one can deny that PMs are on the run, but might as well go somewhere with SEC filings and with volume if and when one ever wants to sell. They've made some new hires recently, but for a $5M market cap company that has expenses of $1m a year and less than a mil cash on hand, those new hires make it seem a reasonable possibility that dilution will need to happen at some point late this year in order to pay salaries.
With Junior/exploration stage ventures, the investment seems as much about remaining a going concern as it is the quality of the properties. Right now I see a bid of .15 and an ask of .19, a pretty big difference. Like buying a new car and losing 20% driving it off the lot. Not a bad thing necessarily if the new car is a good deal.. but just don't plan to be able to turn around and sell it for what you bought it for any time soon.

Don't get me wrong.... I am all for education and getting the facts out there. I agree that the appropriate approach is to educate, pound the facts, and get people on board.
I think we're mostly in agreement... Mine is just more of a timing thing.
Let's be clear. The facts are out there and have been out there for a while. Nothing Nick said is new or something that couldn't have been found doing 10 minutes of research. So... I agree that we wouldn't want to hide in a corner... but I'd also state that there are timing issues and that I can see where it makes sense not to try to stir a hornets nest at the wrong time.
Hindsight is 20/20 and if this thing gets rejected or delayed, we may look back and wish a different approach had been taken.... but I think the AG wanting extra comment periods, or us wanting Nick to market this better... those are preference issues.... but at the core of it... we've followed the right process, got 800 pages of the right information out there per requirements. Everything else is secondary.
I believe this should stand on its merits and I believe it should whether Nick ever said word 1 publicly or not. We'll see.
I know you were. I'm still fine with him not doing it. Why create fire where there's just smoke. WE had 600 comments where maybe there would have been 6,000 if a big deal had been made.
As Nick alluded to, Karen is going to Karen whatever the facts are. I'm fine with his timing. We'll see if it works out!
"While everyone is entitled to their own opinion, they are not entitled to their own facts."
LOVE IT!!!!
Nick is such a bawssssss.
One day closer... Let's DO THIS!!!!
Thanks! THose are pretty reasonable numbers!
What will likely happen is we'll come in much lower than the $2.5M, but the market will allow for many O&G type things that are 'in the works' with revenue coming later in the year.
appreciate your guesses here.. we'll see what happens!
oh I know..I was being facetious, or however that word is spelled.
I agree with your post, don't get me wrong.. but the thing is... all of that leads me to believe it will be approved. I know there is some confirmation bias and wishful thinking built in.. But even setting that aside...
I really do think it's political posturing.. I mean.. whatever else he's saying... the idea that they should have done a comment period where the laws don't require one? What does that even mean??
Yeah 'they' hold the cards... but I'm not sure who "they" is. Does the AG hold any cards? not sure. There is a process in place and I believe it's been followed. RI-DEM holds some cards too.. It's in their interest not to look ridiculous and get overruled by a bunch of non-scientists. If the AG can overrule and stop this thing, then yeah.. he has cards. If he can bottle it up in court..that counts too. I'm just not sure.
So here's a question.let's say you knew for a fact MedRecycler would get permanantly rejected. What do you value shares at, and what do you think the market values them at?
I'll give them a one day comment period so they can say all the stuff they've already said.
Seriously... I'd like to see either a yes or no... but if there's anything additional, it would be purely for show it seems.
What more would need to be learned? What other permits are needed?
Hmmmm... I thought they had gotten rid of all those. I know Brett had said something about 4/15... Maybe they stay on the books until they've been paid off completely?
Will be nice to have all that stuff gone for good.
We are only authorized for 1billion shares
Thanks, good points.
Aren't most of those warrants at a strike of 10 cents or above?
I thought we cleared most of that out last year, and I know Brett said it would all be gone by 4-15 or something.
Anyone know where a good place is to see a chart of all the warrants and strikes? What am I missing, I thought we got rid of most?
Thank you!
You didn't answer my question. I'm not asking if you think it will go up or down.
I'm asking... What earnings number do you see as the break even, where it neither goes up nor down.
This is a neutral question that you should be able to answer whether you're long or short. It kind of factors that out.
So.. my number for Q1 is $1.25 million. If we're below, we go down, if we're above, we go up.
What is your number?
Good afternoon! Question for longs and shorts alike..
Right now we are at 1.8 cents. Let's just assume we're at the same price before earnings. Assuming we have no other information in the meantime... What earnings # would it take to keep the price the same.. In other words, what is the 'break even' point.
Gary has predicted $10M revenue for the year, but I believe it has been priced in that we're not going to reach that.
Therefore, my initial take is that our break-even is exactly half that number, $1.25M in revenue. Anything more, I think we go up, less, I think we go down.
Anyone else have a different perspective?
Thanks! GLTA!
Great point. His problem is with them and their process, not us. Of all people, the AG should care about laws. We followed them. If he doesn't like them.. Change them.
Having him whine about the laws and process is like having the McDonalds CEO in America whine that our food isn't healthy enough.
Clock is ticking... each day brings us a day closer to... something.
GLTA!
same here. I own way more than I should because of DE. To be clear... if he did move on.. perfectly fine and he should do what's best for him. Not saying it's a 'problem' if he left... just saying that there are many of us who invested based on his DD, pics, etc. If it was confirmed he really did leave the company... I think we dip 10-15% on that alone. I haven't considered selling for one and a half years, but would if he was gone. I hope we hear soon!.
wait.. THis is a concern. Is DE really gone? I know their site was down for a while.
This is too bad.
Good post and I agree to an extent... but...
MedRecycler is largely out of our control at this point. We can PR and get the right info out there... but that only takes a couple of hours a day. What else do we have left to do but wait?
UL testing might not take much on our part.. It's other people doing the testing.
I think the only thing that might not be a great move is Nick flying out to Mexico to work on Durango stuff, but even then... everyone deserves a weekend away, so if he flies out there for a couple of days to actually work.. Not sure what the big deal would be.
I trust that Nick knows what he's doing and is prioritizing correctly. Each of these things are important and once any one thing gets going.. we'll have the money to hire anyone and everyone we need. I hope we don't let any of them go stale in the meantime.
Hope and about 250 years of living in a country governed by laws.
I'll take those odds. Good luck to us all!
When you see Billy tell that he can't have any meat if he doesn't give shareholders their pudding.
Glad to see the renewed optimism here, and I'm glad things are coming to a close soon. It seemed like it would never get here, but May has almost arrived.
We are really going to throw off IHUB since we'll likely be #1 on the breakout boards for a few days, and will inevitably get the people coming over here wanting to invest.
I hope you have a good meal and I hope Billy attends... but I'd also note that this would be a great time to 'serve' him with a shareholder petition to elect board members or whatever it is we have going on.
Say what you will... but I wrote them last night about the offending comment and it's not there now. Nick missed it.. Fine. He's got a lot going on. I'm just glad they addressed it. I don't think there will be any legal issues since I don't think any actual sales have been made yet.
I really hadn't considered selling my shares since January but seeing that issue made me question it, and if they hadn't addressed it in a matter of days I might have had to. Really appreciate that they are looking into it and I'm holding for gold.
Too bad I've been waiting for my tax refund about a month and a half. This delay is killing me! Would love to get more in at these prices.
GLTA!
thank you for posting this.
Very big concern, and the major holders here who can get a response ( I have never gotten a response) should push for this to get addressed.
My guess is that we hired a company to put together a Website for us, and they Googled and used bad info. I'm going to send an email too. This needs to be fixed.
I agree that they 'stand to' make more money too... but we need results sooner not later. I don't have a problem with people selling their shares when needed. Bills, car, HOUSE... that's their call, and I don't think it's fair to characterize someone selling as 'throwing their shares away'...
I agree that MedRecycler does look on track to get approved... If not, then this solar stuff had better be good. Sounds like it will be good, but the elephant in the room is... What is keeping us from getting there? We've been talking about how great it is forever... but until it translates to projects, revenua, and profit... we're not going to see full value.
We saw what happened to the share price when the CHase news was dropped with no follow up. I really hope this Q2 update isn't more of the same. i'd love to be wrong... but for everything Nick is good at... controlling external timelines just isn't one of those things. I just don't think the odds are in favor of us getting a full update on UL, Med, and Durango by q2. If we do... paper is very doable. My hope is that Nick already knows about UL and Durango stuff but for whatever reason is waiting until the MedRecycler is approved to drop any other news. I also hope the Q2 optimism comes from some knowledge that approval will come well before the full 90 days is up. I hope these things... but don't think they're likely. We'll see!
Not that much of Q2 left to get this scheduled. I like their optimism that MedRecycler approval will come quickly... I assume that's what they're waiting for, but it could be UL stuff.
I love their optimism that results will be coming soon. Whoever bought 250,000 shares in a private placement and $0.10, and 50,000 shares at $0.20 is probably just as anxious as the rest of us to hear the news.
What are the chances Q2 comes and goes without a meeting. I guess less than 50% that we actually have it in Q2, but I've been wrong before!
My sentiments almost exactly, except you articulated them much better than I would have.
Worth noting that Nick owns 33 million common shares in addition to whatever else he has going on and all the money he's loaned.
However deep in some of us may be in.. Nick is in way more. However much some of us want to see MedRecycler approved and succeed, Nick wants it even more.
I'm riding it out too, and I imagine the vast majority of long-term holders are as well. Supply is going to run out very fast if and when something good happens. As is always the case... Hate to be tapped out at this point.
Yeah.. I agree, but hope can only take us so far. We need some of these things to come through.
I know Nick is doing what he can, so it's not a complaint.
Seriously though.. I think we'd be higher now if he had never mentioned CHASE. We got a 15 minute bump, and that's it. It is discounted to nothing at this point.
I can't imagine selling now. Chase should either be good, great, or at least... "ok". Certainly not nothing which is where it's being priced... but man. Let's hear about it SOON!
hope so. Logically, it seems we should go well beyond that. Realistically.. people might be a little gun shy after seeing the absolute massacre of us continually losing 10,15,30 percent per day.
That said, I guess the thing that's caused us to lose is uncertainty about the facility.. so if it gets approved, maybe that all goes away.
We seriously need news about UL and Chase, though.
On or about January 29, 2021 we issued 50,000 shares of common stock to one entity pursuant to a subscription agreement for $0.20 per share.
On or about February 8, 2021 we issued 250,000 shares of common stock to one entity pursuant to a subscription agreement for $0.10 per share.
This is one positive from the filing.. People/entities with a reasonable amount of cash were buying on the runup. One can presume that if all gets approved... we could back to these levels pretty quickly.
Good luck to all!
Totally agree. Not saying anything is certain... just that I don't believe anything changes because of the letter.
If one believes this thing will be approved... this is a great time to buy since I think it's been overly discounted on the basis of the letter.
Fair points. Anyone not frustrated in some way or another is probably not really invested here. I think we're all being pounded regardless of where we bought.
We had some exciting news and tweets and then it's just been silent since. We popped 'back' to 8 cents on the 'Chase' thing.
We've lost 70% since then.
We've all seen where this can run.. but we've also seen that we need real, actual news to do it. I'm holding my shares and holding out hope that it's coming. We shall see.
GLTA
I always like to focus on the silver linings, and the silver lining of this huge and sustained drop is that shares are going into strong hands, yours among them.
If the MedRecylcer gets approved, we'll pop in a big way because shares have been consolidated to the people who really believe. I'm holding mine and I'm not selling for anywhere close to where we are now. I imagine others who've bought recently aren't either.
The attorney general letter 'sounds' bad, but the concerns raised there aren't anything new that would change the decision as I see it.
So... I plan to hold til we hear one way or another. MedRecycler is not 100%, but I believe the chances have been discounted far below what they actually are. I can almost guarantee that the AG did not read all 800 pages of our application. The AG probably got a bunch of angry emails and asked clerks to draft up something. What does anyone lose coming out against this thing?
We've seen how far this can run on a good step.. If we actually get approval.. Look out. In the meantime.. trying to ignore daily price moves, but it's hard to stay away!
Ouch! Is the report so bad? Didn't think there was anything groundbreaking in there.
I know we need to hear more about Chase and all, but man....
90 day comment period is going, we should be good. I think the stop sign coming out for a few minutes this AM caused panic selling, surely we recover by the end of the day?
Until we hear about our main pursuits... anything can and will happen with our share price. Can't hear from the DEM soon enough. Where is UL? Taking so long!!!!
