You sure seem to give all of these stock board opinions alot of credit lol. I really hope that no one invests here without doing their own DD lol. I think on every board there are super bulls and super bears. There is an in between. It's called reasonable investors. People that realize the future is impossible to predict. I see a company that is expanding, physically and monetarily. I will not tell you what the pps will be at end of day or end of next year... I will tell you that if the company continues it's expansion, it will make more money. And companies that continue to make more money yoy, tend to go up in market value as well yoy
You should look into PO,TN and see what happens when audits are rushed. I for one am glad that Roger picked an accredited company to perform ours. I'm also happy Roger has hired a third party to review and consult regarding our audit. The last thing any of us want is to receive a PR stating that the published audit must now be recertified. Take the time, do it right. It is the foundation moving forward that any whale will review prior to investing. It really not that hard to understand and be patient for if you understand it's true value.
I wonder where their distribution facility is? I wonder if they publish their own games? I wonder if they have deals with major retailers? The answer is obviously no. So trying to compare Snakes with any other board game Cafe is just not possible. There is no doubt going to be Cafe competition. But anyone who has any business intelligence realizes that publishing, distribution is where the real $ is. For example, your local BMW dealer maybe very successful, but they will never make more money than BMW. This is the same for any retail operation. They can be successful, but as Rocket has tried tirelessly tried to inform you, publishing and distribution is the cash cow.
Free country.... But have to be politically correct. I certainly can't express my true disdain for some here lol. I guess it's for the better. I'm excited for our future here. So many more milestones to cross. We are in for a wild ride shortly. Glty
Nice name man. My business is currently working on building a new monastery for the monks the make Mystic Monk coffee. The place is incredible. We are handling all of the interior plaster finishes. I was in this GTBP back when it was OXIS. Seems as though sentiment has changed. Hard to eat a 300-1 RS. I was very bullish prior to that. Glty
Just bought tickets to the Cards Lions game December 9th. (Wife is a Lions fan). I'm more looking forward to seeing the new Snakes to be honest. We're staying at Talking Stick... Play some Kill the Unicorn then to the crap table. Can't wait ;)
I just hope all here, especially ones that post over 6000 times take vitamin d supplements. That much time inside can cause vAMFEpire syndrome. Long winded and delusional ate just two of the common symptoms....
I just found a quarter on the sidewalk... I just made more then EAPH by a factor of 25. Maybe I should go public.
Can someone explain to me the difference between a share buy back and Roger personally financing AMFE? Sure, our share count didn't go down due to Roger's personal equity contribution, but it sure as hell didn't go up. 99% of publicly traded companies would have relied on the shareholders to raise these funds, thus diluting shareholder value. To me this is just as meaningful as a share buy back, especially when our growth at this time is requiring funds for fuel. Maybe some here would like to be personally diluted, I'm not one of them. Thank you Roger.
Are you familiar with what a purchase order is?
I think you have misunderstood the Walmart order gg. That application is for a third party seller, much like how third party sellers use Amazon. This is not the same as in-store inventory. I'm sure you can understand the difference. Walmart pays upfront for a bunch of inventory instead of the process you referred to in your attachment.
Do these guys have a bank account yet?
It's a beauty day outside today. Hope all of you are having a great weekend. Not one that you look back on and think, "what a waste". Hoping for some more news this week confirming the amazing growth we all know is happening.
I'll gladly support the company I'm invested in by wearing a shirt. I'd rather advertise for a company I'm invested in than a company I'm not. I'd assume these are for costumers for the most part anywho. What's up with the critical nature. I thought you would be stoked about recent developments? Hitting the sack, have a good night all.
I'm a Battlefield enthusiast... Alot of people feel video games are nerdy. I embrace the nerdery lol. Can you imagine having the opportunity to buy into Activision or EA for .11 cents?
Maybe Roger needs to put prs out on audio, obviously some have a difficult time reading. This pr was total confirmation of what us longs have been preaching. A FIRM PO from the largest physical retailer in the world. What an amazing opportunity to showcase our products. And let me ask this, if Walmart is on board, obviously in order to compete, wouldn't every other retailer that sells games want access to Mornings offerings? This is going to be a huge revenue stream. Props to Roger and co. as well as all of my fellow longs. This is truly something special in the making. If Roger is fulfilling on the Snakes front this well, I'm sure his hints at Gro3 will come to fruition very soon. Have a great night all.
I'm green boy... Finally ;). Could care less about last year. A lot of blue sky ahead for us imo
Last chance to buy shares before "early next week". Good morning and good luck to everyone. Hope for a "Buckle up" kind of day. Mission success imminent imo
I suppose if they can't get a banking account, they only way to finance would be through the shareholder. Lines of credit are a great thing in business. I think every line of credit I or my business has used requires an account setup. How is EAPH financing? At the expense of shareholders one would assume by the size of share count.
Using that logic, AMFE is up over 48% over the last few weeks. Seems like a great place to have $ if you ask me. AMFE is actually up 20% yoy pps. We can sit here and cherry pick whatever we want, but it serves no purpose. AMFE is churning out $$$$$. Any company must be looked as a whole, not in bits.
Have these guys been approved for a banking account yet? My nephew just started one and he is 11. Maybe the CEO could have his mom co sign?.......
My business has been profitable for six straight years and I have multiple credit accounts. For a business to be approved for these lines of credit actually speaks well of the business. Businesses that do not use or have issues receiving credit are put behind the 8ball. These companies remain stuck in a cycle. Daily operations, payroll, inventory, insurances, etc are typically paid through a credit account, then paid off monthly. Similar to a well ran personal credit. I would much rather pay one bill a month than 20. I think you are confused about lines of credit in business. Lets say Amazon puts an order in for $100,000 worth of games. Amazon is good for it no doubt. But why use our cash to finance their order until we get paid. That is where the line of credit comes in. We keep our cash and pay our suppliers with the credit. Amazon sends $, then bank is paid. All the while, we kept the cash in our accounts. It's actually a very simple concept, hope this helps you understand.
I hope everyone had a great weekend and didn't spend it all on here, life is too short. Looking forward to another bullish week. I feel like Roger has some great news in store.
I bet these companies wish they had the foresight to see the benefits of Gro3.

Facts are amazing. Well put Coy. You would have to be an idiot to argue with those facts.
What a POS this company is. No bank account... WTF. Course without any money coming in, no need for one. Someone should send them a piggy bank. That way the CEO can put all the change he finds in it. If he just spent an hour a day for the next quarter he could possibly announce a record quarter. LMAO, what a turd
Why do you want net profits during a period of time your investing in growth? Do you like taxes? We are growing exponentially without going in debt. How is this done you may ask. By taking profits and directly investing back into the business via inventory, new locations, r&d, aquisitions, etc... Thus increasing shareholder true value with assets, as opposed to diluting shareholder value, keeping money in CEO's personal (hint, hint;) bank accounts, and paying the CEO's personal taxes (hint, hint;). If I have three locations generating record revs and gross profits, what will happen when I have 4,5,6,7,8,20,40. Then we will be "ESTABLISHED". Until then, Roger's business model and execution is spot on imo. At that point, the companies value will be such that turning to a net profit focus, shareholder $ divies :) would be great with me. Growing a business from micro-cap is much like growing a pot plant. Pest are everywhere. There are even some that post here. But we are in good hands with Roger in my opinion. Sounds like Ambrose will be addressing those pests shortly. 99.9% eliminated lol. Can't wait
There is a huge difference between net profits and gross profits. Gross profits are much more important in an expanding business, where as net profits are much more important in established companies. Often times in established companies, revs and profits do not stray to much qoq yoy. It is easy to figure tax liabilities when things are steady. In AMFE'S case, gross profits show a huge increase qoq yoy. Roger has lowered share count and increased gross profits exponentially. To me this is the exact recipe I'm looking for in finding a hyper-growth equity. In my opinion, Roger has been text book as far as increasing shareholder value, while still growing AMFE at an incredible pace. Call AMFE and Roger what you will. Anyone who sits down and actually DDs this company will be pleasantly surprised imo. Hope this helps.
Did you know that profits are taxed, revs aren't? Are you saying that instead of reinvesting in business, one should pile up cash and pay tax on it? Don't get me wrong, at some point in the distant future, profits will become important. But that time is not now. It is important that EVERY RED CENT in profit from operations is invested back into biz. My accountant and I sit down every year in Nov/Dec to go over my tax liability. This helps me decide if I should purchase a piece of needed equipment. I also use this to determine yearly bonuses for my employees. Last year I purchased 14 acres of land to store trailers/equipment. The less my company shows in net profit, the less I send to Uncle Sam. Business 101. Over time, I will run out of big ticket items to purchase that I see providing me a return on investment. At that point though, all of the depreciated property and equipment I own are now assets. The more assets I accumulate, the more valuable my business is. Business 101. Until one understands how a business runs, (actually has owned a successful one) it maybe hard to understand how to spot a good one. There are a bunch of books written by very successful people in the business world you could read explaining many of these topics your concerned about. Hope this helps, have a weekend
I just keep on buying. Dumb to sell now imo.
In life we are either on the right side or the wrong side of history. No one that rides a fence is ever a hero. Obviously time must play out to realize which side you choose to be on. Most here on this board feel as though no matter of their entry price was, AMFE had amazing potential. Will we realize it. In my opinion yes. When I say amazing, I mean crazy stupid huge returns. The on going DD I have continued grinding over has been my foundation for my strong confidence. I have never been invested in a company I have as much confidence in the AMFE, and the subs they are carrying. In my opinion, those who take a firm stand on any issue are the only ones that succeed. This is a call to all those on the fence. The company I own part of here is real. The company I own part of here is growing like crazy. THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT SHAREHOLDERS. To those on the fence, there are some shares available in this range still, DON'T WAIT TO LONG;)
Roger seems to be a very progressive individual. Min wage increase advocate, plenty of diversity in snakes company photo. Doubt he would allow or stand for any questionable conduct from his employees. Just take one moron though....
What would you like done with profits? Stuff them under a mattress? You can't grow without investing back in. Business 101. And by the looks of things, the growth is accelerating. I'm trying to be reasonable here.
So your level 2 has the bidders and sellers names? Curious why you would throw that out there. Dilution has already been proven to be very very minimal compared to other equities, especially pinks. Seems as though there was a lot of shares recently purchased in the 7s. Possibly someone taking a quick 10%... Would be a nice little $1500 profit. But who knows right?
Please read this article... And please note the Federal Agencies that have approved this process already for "many" different applications. THE USE OF BOLD LETTERS DOES NOT MAKE A PIONT CORRECT BTW
ENJOY THE READ...

If you read up on MJ harvests being destroyed because they tested positive for contaminates (bugs, pests, mold, bacteria, pesticide, herbacide, etc), I think you will see the need for Gro3. I believe that the niche isn't necessarily for "state markets". States seem to have a very retroactive regulatory system. Federal Government's seem to over regulate everything, especially things it's people ingest. MJ is already and always has been certainly ruffling feathers of certain groups of people, hence their representatives, will make certain that any company affiliated with the MJ industry will be under intense scrutiny. If you try to sell tainted weed, I garuntee you Health Canada will fine huge, destroy crop and make it even more difficult due to the violation history. To me it makes complete sense that this industry will eventually look like the tobacco industry. Not the health concerns, although I'm sure certain groups will present all sorts of in house studies that show how terrible it is, but the actual industry structure. The Giants will prevail. Capital in agriculture is God. So if you end up having 10-20 massive growers and distributers controlling the market, their facilities are going to be huge. We have already seen the design of the structure Gro3 is already being fitted to. It seems rather large to me. Now times that by whatever a Phillips Morris facility would look like hypothetically, and try to control contaminates.... Ozone is the solution to Health Canada and future FDA regulations for indoor MJ and all other indoor agriculture. This is how this guy sees this playing out. BTW, I took 2nd :( in my flight this last weekend in my states match play event. Last match went 20 holes. Great guy beat me so not to sore about it, actually kinda proud. PARTICAPATION AWARD!!!!!!!!!!;). Winter golf trip to Tempe to visit Jeff?????
I second that. In a world of "alternative facts" , your bringing "hard facts". Speculation and opinion mean nothing when based on speculation and opinion. You seem to always have material backing to your claims. Thanks for your research and generosity in sharing. AMFE is a excellent investment opportunity imo.
This one game can create as much revs as our entire undervalued AMFE is producing now. Not to speak of the huge profit margin on self published titles. We create, distribute, market. $$$$$. Quite possibly the biggest opportunity Roger has taken advantage of to date imo. I guess investing in industry leaders isn't for everyone. #AMFEBabeRuthCalledHomer
Case in point, DJT was elected president lol
I haven't been on yet this weekend. This was the first thread I read. I think I'll stop here. Not only is your post completely illogical, it could not be more wrong. By adding soil, especially organic, you are thus creating another medium in which fungus, mold, and pest to reside. Haven't taken any horticulture classes huh? Course just a high school level biology class should be enough to understand the basics. US education system failed some obviously.
