I haven't been on yet this weekend. This was the first thread I read. I think I'll stop here. Not only is your post completely illogical, it could not be more wrong. By adding soil, especially organic, you are thus creating another medium in which fungus, mold, and pest to reside. Haven't taken any horticulture classes huh? Course just a high school level biology class should be enough to understand the basics. US education system failed some obviously.
