He said he has nothing to do with Strat Petroleum-Scottland. That was really a scam. I wouldn't call "real" SPRL a scam. They just losers, and the company is DEAD. BTW, I am informed better than Strat insiders. Used to talk with many of them... You didn't even take time to look at the links I posted. So, I am not going to waste my time anymore. As I said, everything is posted on this board. Buy iHub subscription and search. Good luck trying to get rid of your "bag".
Just spend some time reading old posts on this board. All information is here. SPRL died long time ago. Every once in a while some amateurish pumpers try to revive the skeleton, and organize a "huge run" from 0.0001 to 0.0003 (200% gain!) After all, it's just $100 for a million shares to gamble.
If you really need to know you can start from here:

Ukraine is about to get multibillion loans from USA, EU, and IMF. The Ukrainian economy is basically ruined. Putin has already thrown 3 bln dollars buying Ukrainian bonds that likely to default. So, I think Ukrainian gold reserve is kind of collateral for money coming from the West. Simple like that...
Well, it looks like Markray Corp. is not going to pay their Delaware taxes. There is 1.5% Monthly Interest. So, current amount due is $177,871.40 up from $175,118,49 reported earlier.
SEC Investor Complaint Form
https://tts.sec.gov/oiea/Complaint.html
Yes, $25 well spent - share price is up 150% BTW, I am still waiting for response from our Russian posters. According to EGRUL report I received from Russia, Delaware corporation Markray (RVBR) doesn't own Roshal's "Markray" (which is private company of Olga Smolnikova):
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=97391953
So, until proven othervise, it's just an empty shell that owes $175K to the State of Delaware:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=96816554
What is jurisdiction of Markray Charitable Fund? Where was it registered? Thanks.
So, when you post "not about pmxo" messahes about gold (like this one http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=89485335 ) it's OK. But when someone mentions another product PMX is going to distribute it's "nonsense"? Do you think the company's PRs about MJ terminals is "pump and dump"?
Mt.Gox site disappears, Bitcoin future in doubt
http://money.cnn.com/2014/02/25/technology/security/mtgox-bitcoin/index.html?hpt=hp_t2
I have absolutely no doubts in their good intentions. The main concern is pretty high competition in this area (in patents and terminal business) and financing they definitely need to keep moving. Gold price doesn't cooperate either. With comparatively low PM prices they would need to invest in raw bullion inventory for future sales. But you need significant investing capital to do this. IMO.
Just from intro box: "Free Trading Shares: 33,036,610". No Transfer Agent ever discloses (or even knows) this number. One should watch reports on insiders sales and company's SEC filings.
It pays to be nasty sometimes. After couple of threats and complaints received email from TA: “The total authorized shares are 100,000,000. The total outstanding are 83,912,764 shares.”
Unchanged... I expected them to sell several millions shares on that bitcoin-marijuna volume and was wrong...
Did they actualy give you OS/AS numbers at that time? Because I was also contacted by Meris yesterday with the statement that "It is uncustomary for Transfer Agencies to provide information on clients to investors who do not appear to be shareholders. Not a new rule, just the norm." First, it's not true. Second, she had no problem to respond "no dilution" when I asked the same question before... So, did they confirm it to you - loyal shareholder? Thanks.
Yes, and response was: "I apologize, but we are unable to pull you up in our records. I am waiting on a response from the company for approval."
I remember several days ago many posters "confirmed" that OS count was the same. Either they lied, or the "policy" changed just recently.
They have not refused to tell yet... waiting for permission from the company. And you know what kind of exchanges I used to have with Meris. :) Can you or anybody from loyal shareholders cal them?
Island Stock Transfer: 727-289-0010
Anybody called TA recently? I tried today... it's very strange... Island Stock Transfer is not allowed to talk about stock structure over the phone. They ask you to send email request, and... "...we are unable to pull you up in our records. I am waiting on a response from the company for approval." Since then the share structure (number of authorized and outstanding shares) is secret and this information needs approval from the company to tell anybody? Very bad sign...
IMO.
There are several steps that you should do when investing in non-reporting pinky with foreign assets:
1. Check the status/existence of American company.
2. Check the status/existence of local company.
3. Check the status/existence of local assets.
4. Make sure that local company really owns those assets.
5. Make sure that local company really belongs to US company, and acquisition was legitimate.
Only when you got all right answers you can gamble your money. And investing in Pink Sheet stock is always a gamble.
Let’s see what we have here:
1. Delaware company “Markray” seems to be legitimate, also they still owe $175+K to the State which is big amount for company like this.
2. Russian company “Markray” is registered in Roshal, Moscow region. Although they mostly perform different kinds of construction and remodeling work, selling small appliances to customers… they do have “gold and precious metals exploration” as the secondary business.
3. Roshal chemical dump exists. Real numbers of metal content are not clear, but probably after multi-million investing in this area PMs can be produced.
4. This is a gray area. These “assets” were acquired by Krong (Chegenev, Chobanyan) for free (“transferred” from Roshal Kosyakov Chemical Combinat). Since then they were claimed by many companies (mostly controlled by Chegenev and his friend Marushko): Puma, ABV Gold, Zoloto Ventures, Markray, etc. Just because it’s really easy to sign documents when you actually represent both sides I will leave this step “checked” too.
5. Well that’s where we have a problem. According to the company’s PR Markray Corporation (Delaware) acquired Markray JSVC (Russia) in August 2011:
http://markray.ru/news-and-filings1.html
http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1G1-265259327.html
But by the Law of Russian Federation “Sale of the company requires a change in the information contained on the legal entity in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL)… Note that the registration of changes in the composition of the founders as a result of the sale of shares is mandatory, otherwise, the transaction does not produce any legal effects for any of the parties. It is worth noting that the sale of shares of the company participant, enough to make the contract between the members of the company and apply for registration changes.”
http://www.netjurist.ru/News/2011/08/Pravilnaya_prodazha.aspx
I sent a request to the EGRUL, and that’s what I see from the document:
Limited Liability Company "Markray"
OGRN: 1095049000750
Statute capital: 10,000 rub (about $300)
Owner: Smolnikova, Olga Nikolaevna
General Director: Sharafutdinova, Elena Dmitrievna
Main activity: Construction of buildings
Additional activity: Sands ore and precious metals (gold, silver and platinum group metals)
etc.
It’s 8-page long legal document, and the main conclusion: Markray LLC in Roshal is a private business owned by Olga Smolnikova - the major shareholder of Markray in Delaware, former Puma employee and associate of Valentin Chegenev. RVBR has no legal rights to claim the Russian company and its assets, because the acquisition was not performed and registered according to the laws of the Russian Federation. "American Markray" is never mentioned in registration papers.
JFYI. Our posters from Russia will correct me if I am wrong. :)
Insiders were awarded by more than 1 mln options recently (exercise price - 0.49):

US dollar is equal 1.09 Canadian dollars right now. So, 0.59 for USA.TO is 0.59/1.09 = 0.541 for USGIF. No arbitrage at all. As to the volume... you are right - it always higher in Canada.
Open Letter to the President of Markray
Dear Mr. Borisov,
Last couple of months I received several emails signed by your name. Also some posters on this message board, who claimed to represent the company, raised similar questions although not as articulate and polite as you did. The main accusation was that presenting negative information about Markray is offensive for all Russian people and hurts Russian-American business relations.
First, you probably noticed that iHub is not New York Times or Wall Street Journal. It’s a private website, where investors and potential investors discuss stocks and share their opinions and DD. There are dozens places like this, and it’s very flattering that you found iHub worth of following.
Second, any of my posts is rarely even an opinion. It’s just facts that always supported by links to the source of information, and most of the sources are from Russian press or official documents. If you think they are misleading, you probably need to contact them in Russia instead of killing the messenger. For example, your statements that Markray has nothing to do with Aurus and you have never heard about Aurus-Krong are strange (at least). I understand you were invited to lead the company just recently, but… it doesn’t take much efforts to discover the facts. First promotional emails about Markray were sent from Krong-Magadan email – the same email and the same people, who pushed Aurus/Krong before. First President of Markray and major shareholder was Olga Smolnikova whose registration address just happened to be home address of former owner of Krong and executive of Aurus Valentin Chegenev. He met US investors in Moscow and became a star of Aurus movie that was distributed by the company. And so on… I posted actual information, but instead of responding to the particular facts, you chose to defend Russian people from iHub blogger… We saw your recent interview. Can you please keep this way and answer concrete questions that were raised recently on this board (about Markray’s Delaware debt, Chegenev involvement, etc.). I think your detailed answers will clear multiple “insinuations” posted in the Russian Federation, and improve Russian-American business relations. BTW, do you know Mrs. Korogod and Mr. Salnikov, who used to represent Aurus and, according to their resume, work for Markray as Financial Director and CEO now? Or do you know about gold company “Mayskaya” that is registered with Markray in Roshal by the same person?
Please respond to the facts that contradict the information you gave in the interview. I am just a poor interpreter who brought them to US shareholders.
Here is the short list of recent posts to make it easier to navigate through the message board:

Basically, "multimillionaire" Valentin Chegenev is Russian member of "famous" Canadian Monimpex/Parkin/Amyot crew that had reversed many Russian (and not Russian) "assets" into scam PinkSheet companies, most of which have been delisted by SEC. Here is another example: HAIL FIRST PHARMA INC II: "It's been delisted as Jean François Amyot scrambles frantically to try to erase traces of his many penny stock swindles."

"Largest shareholder
The largest shareholder majority.

CHEGENEV, VALENTIN
Address
45-1 BIRULJOVSKAYA ST MOSCOW, RUSSIA 115372"
http://www.quebecentreprises.com/hail-first-pharma-ii-inc-k3o9/
Remember how at one point Aurus "management" asked shareholders if it's OK for the gold mining company to enter pharmaceutical business? I guess this "business" has died w/o help of Aurus shareholders.
Here is an example of apartment remodeling work that "multimillionaire" Valentin Chegenev was ready to perform for 350,000 rub (about $11,000) just 3 months ago: http://www.remont-mania.ru/realty/flat/N1007325/
Instead of taking vacation in Bahamas he was ready to clean other people's toilets in cold snowy Moscow. Yes, he reminds me Bill Geits with his charitable efforts.
He is an interesting "multimillionaire" with strange hobby - working as private contractor (with home address and phone # for orders):
"All kinds of works: repair and finishing bathrooms, bathroom and toilet. Wall insulation, floor screed, laying laminate and parquet boards, installation of plumbing, plaster, paint brushes, rollers, wallpaper, tiles, drywall, ceilings curly, screed. Guarantee precise timing and quality of."
http://www.remont-mania.ru/catalog/Valentinremont/
He did get richer by selling Aurus story. Aurus, Krong, Puma, Puma+ have been covered here many times, but I believe the rest of your post is just a fantasy:
Bottom line: all current Markray BOD members (President, CFO, etc) know Valentin Chegenev
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=96500556
They are "friends" in online social network. But, of course, Markray has nothing to do with Aurus. :)

Actually, many bitcoin operators have been charged with money laundering already: http://www.slate.com/articles/technology/future_tense/2014/02/bitcoin_money_laundering_allegations_cash_is_still_king.html
It's non of my business anymore (don't own any shares), but really... How can anyone believe that they will ever start selling PMs for bitcoins? They even removed cash option, which was available in the first testing machine, because of tracking and money laundering regulations. And bicoins considered to be direct threat to US official currency and will be eventually forbidden or, at least, heavily regulated in USA: http://guardianlv.com/2014/02/bitcoin-regulation-answers-are-elusive/ . It's hard to find the authors of this "digital" money. Otherwise they would be jailed already - just like guys who tried to distribute silver "Liberty dollars". IMO.
BTW, talking about Markray-Aurus connection. Look at this fresh resume: http://www.superjob.ru/resume/cv-6144437.html :
"Worked
September 2010 - present 3 years and 5 months
CEO for Russia and CIS (Part-time)
Monimpex International Ltd, Moscow.
Job Responsibilities and achievements:
Markray Corp. reverse merger on OTC.PK. Investing in Russian assets."
RSM Top Audit, Aurus, NWOL, Star Energy... all failed "reverse mergers". Some of those companies sued RSM Top Audit for fraud after that...
How many colleagues of Mrs. Korogod dropped all past memories of Aurus and Monimpex, "work for Markray" now, but looking for real job?
Hey ananim, do you know this guy?
"when the fill theory actually fails"
Those "whens" and "ifs" in TA is one of the reasons why it looks funny for some "fundamentalists". Really, how can "it (the fill theory/ or gap)" fail if it "always works" (according to some posters here)? I actually laugh when I read some Seeking Alpha TA articles, like those written by Avi Gilburt. He always starts with "as I told you a month ago" then explains that the price of gold will go down unless it goes up. So, he is fully covered for the next month statement "as I told you". At least there is definite price targets in RBK posts, and it's not that important how he gets them.
I have some experience talking to high level employees of these Canadian-Russian enterprises (including the President of Aurus, Vice-President of NWOL, or BOD member of SPRL). That's why I tend to believe that Mr. Borisov may know nothing about Aurus and it's shameful history. These people are usually hired by players behind the scene, who "put pasta over their ears" (another Russian slang ). I remember how one of NWOL consultants left the company after few days of work when I explained her what kind of business she is working for now. They paid her a good salary, but she had a good reputation and didn't want to risk it. So, the new President of Markray may think that he can change the World if he gets investment money from Markray shareholders in USA. What he doesn't realize is that all this money (if any) will pay for insiders shares of Mrs. Smolnikova, which will be dumped with the first move up of RVBR price. And there are hundreds of millions of those shares.
IMHO.
This is a Russian slang: "to prove that you are not a camel" - when some stupid documents or explanations requested to prove simple obvious thing. He means: it's obvious that Markray has nothing to do with Aurus.
I kind of like the interview with the President of Markray... Nobody denies that technogenic dumps, like one in Roshal, can be used for PM extraction, and we discussed some World practice before (Japan, Germany, etc.) His answers about Canadian partners, serious investments needed, and current level of "production" seem to be honest. This is a big contrast with previous reporting about tons of gold produced by Markray. Mr. Borisov is pretty new to the company and basically was hired recently by real owner, so I would believe that he is not familiar with Aurus history. At the same time it's proven "without any doubt" that Markray is claiming the same assets that Aurus tried to sell to American shareholders, owned by the same group of people in Russia, and even tries to sell Aurus/Krong bonds that were issued several years ago.
I also want to remind here that not just AURC but some other US stocks issued by the same team in Canada were delisted (like NWOL just last week) and the way they were issued was recognized as "hijacking" by SEC. Of course, this raises the question about legal status of RVBR in Delaware. Last time I checked this the current management was not registered in DE Department of State. So, they could be "management" in Russia, but not in US. Today Markray owes $175,118.49 taxes to the State. Even if we assume some value behind Russian Markray, the RVBR is the stock of US company, and the status of this company is unclear (to say the least). Are they going to pay this money? Do they even have it?
With the risk to be punched by both sides let me add my 2 cent comment.
First, when technical guys say that charts are “always right” and everything is “baked in” they forget to add: “assuming the underlying pattern is still valid”. Every technical method is based on some statistical model, and the closer this model to reality the more productive the method. Now, can charts bake in price manipulations? It depends… Short term they definitely cannot. But long term… if there is a pattern in those manipulation techniques (like price often crashes after Fed meetings or when NY market opens) this is usually reflected in the charts, and theoretically experienced technical trader can catch this patterns without even knowing the fundamental reason behind them. Everyone who used charts knows that they work especially well for trend models. This is one of the simplest patterns and you will be almost 100% correct until trend changes. :)
Actually, in my previous life I used to work on mathematical research trying to find an optimal forecast algorithm for random series with “disorders”. Disorder is the point in time when current model gets completely broken and new pattern starts. The result depends mostly on the frequency of disorders (the rarer they happen the more efficient method can be built) but in general… surprisingly, the most accurate forecast is generated when you use just one current observation to predict the next one. It’s like in weather forecast if you always assume that tomorrow’s temperature will be exactly the same as today’s, your average error will be less than error produced by complicated mathematical models. Yes, you will be terribly wrong once in a while, but losing some battles you will win the war.
IMHO.
First, Pan Asia Gold Exchange trades physical metal and doesn't trade stocks: http://www.pagold.cn/
Second, according to earlier PRs, RVBR already has an offer $0.9/sh. It's 200+ times higher than current price, and it's hard to beat even for mighty Chinese.
Third, RVBR has no physical gold to sell (except maybe wedding rings of self proclaimed management).
I also have fourths, fifth, etc. but don't have time now. Please try again to make your "news" make more real.
Why didn't you post the link to the original article?
