Basically, "multimillionaire" Valentin Chegenev is Russian member of "famous" Canadian Monimpex/Parkin/Amyot crew that had reversed many Russian (and not Russian) "assets" into scam PinkSheet companies, most of which have been delisted by SEC. Here is another example: HAIL FIRST PHARMA INC II: "It's been delisted as Jean François Amyot scrambles frantically to try to erase traces of his many penny stock swindles."

Remember how at one point Aurus "management" asked shareholders if it's OK for the gold mining company to enter pharmaceutical business? I guess this "business" has died w/o help of Aurus shareholders.
