Does not work for me either.

Thanks J, I was just giving a different perspective. I know we both look forward to a long and prosperous relation w/ EDEX!
Top Hat
J, thanks for the insight but I would disagree with some of the things you said / in the way some things were said.
1. It is called a "dry hole" but it is not a dry hole. We hit oil! Just not the main vein and not enough to justify further action of setting up a pump system: Not cost effective but not dry. My points would be that we did hit oil, its not really dry and that the PIP did its job. Was it a direct hit? No. In this you are correct. Its called a dry hole, but this term paints an incorrect picture. Its a drill term they understand, but the public misunderstands. Is our "dry hole" completely salvagable? Yes.
2. We aren't leaving this hole (because its not dry) We will be going back w/ a horizontal drill to the main vein. At this point it will be productive. Right now, this is low on the priority list. We have it in our pocket and that is where it belongs until after NM and N. Texas. We are not walking away on this one. In the words of Arnold: "I'll (We'll) be back." This is IMO.
You are right about much and this might be nit picking, but IMO, many who sold probably had inside info, sold and bought back. I see it all as very positive.
And Yes, our future, with all the leases we have, looks bright.
Top Hat
The nice thing about this drill is that the NM will already be done by this time!
I have no problem waiting!
Pedro, what makes you think this?
No problem (np)
In this case, its "judging a book by its cover." (Not you, but WB, btw: whom I admire greatly.)
The fact is that there are many fully reporting and solid pink sheet companies. If WB were to have a hard and fast rule then fine. He will save a lot of losses but he will also miss opportunities. A company of his size cannot manuever fast enough to invest in pinks.
The secret to really scoring in the pinks is to:
1. Find a real company, with real management and some integrity.
2. Find the above company with a real product.
3. Invest heavy and wait.
In our case we have the first two. (Tom and the EDEX leadership & Oil/Gas) EDEX is proving weekly that they are a up and up company and them finding oil/gas is just a matter or time. The question remains then whether or not you will invest and wait.
Here ya go. It's becoming quite popular!

These are all great articles to get you started.
Bottom line: EDEX is a winning stock IMO and I am long and plan on retiring on it! This is not goofy wish, but even if 1/10th of Tom's plans come to fruition, it will happen for me.
Glad you want to buy and know the real reason! NM.
However, it looks like .05 is the bottom and .06 gets you the short sighted shares sold by neophytes.
I look for it to rise from here!
My ticker shows no trades in over the last hour (9:51 to 10:58). I guess everybody is sitting tight playing the waiting game.
The transfer agent will not give out any info regarding shares for LFWK. I have called and asked.
They will give you the info on shares and share structure IF you can get the company to fax the TA with permission to give to you. I have called Loftworks and Sulja and both will not fax a permission slip to the TA with my name on it. The reasoning was around the "merger issue" so we cannot let you have this information.
I'm still pro LFWK, but this did leave a bad taste in my mouth. I've been burned one time too many.
What it means is that you are at the back of the line. First in line are the MM's who can buy it cheaper than you bid! Go Figure. Its a legal license to steal.
NP, wishing you the best and a great weekend.
There is still a lot of oil out there that we have not even begun to tap. There is times more oil that we knew of. Here is one more just for fun: (the point being that the alarmist who have claimed that we are/have run out of oil are just "the sky is falling" types):
"A new piece of oilfield technology developed by a former Howard Hughes company is about to revolutionize the oil industry – and could help producers recover 2,978 million barrels of “missing oil” in the state of Texas over the next 10 years"
http://www1.youreletters.com/t/381791/11428075/789840/280/ (note: this is a sales promo letter, but it still expresses the point of the missed opportunities now present before us thru the development of new drilling techniques.)
Here is a fun paragraph from the article which comments on the "peak oil" that others with agendas wish us to believe:
"But what does the technology mean in real dollar terms? Right now, U.S. production is hovering around 1.9 billion barrels a year - roughly 1.5 billion below the historic high set in 1970. Ideally, BDM would help to boost it from 1.9 billion barrels to about 5.7 billion barrels - a difference worth some $223 billion dollars in today's market." Like I said earlier: Our peak is still in our future!
I get this stuff weekly, this one just showed up in my email this morning, though it is actually "old" news.
Jag, don't know why you posted this because it is flat out incorrect. "Most of the oil in the US has already been found and produced - the peak of US oil production happened in 1970, and it can NOT be achieved again." Maybe you just cut and pasted it from some enviro website that just regurtates other false facts believing they are true.
One known example (of several): "The Green River Basin is the region surrounding the Green River in Wyoming, northern Colorado, and Utah. The basin reportedly has the largest fossil fuel deposits in the world [1], in the form of shale oil. There is an estimated 500 billion and 1.1 trillion barrels of potentially recoverable oil in the basin."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_River_Basin
There is much more to the above story, the point being that we have recently discovered times more oil than all the Arab oil put together, and we are just discovering it there. Who knows what else is out there.
Yes, some day we should run out of oil. But that day is hundreds of years away. Don't be mistaken though, I am very much looking forward to hydrogen replacing gas for cars. The sooner the better! But, we are not running out of oil any time soon and our "peak" is still before us!
Subject: QUESTIONING GRANDMA
Lawyers should never ask a Southern grandma a question if they aren't prepared for the answer.
In a trial, a Southern small-town prosecuting attorney called his first witness, a grandmotherly, elderly woman to the stand. He approached her and asked, "Mrs. Jones, do you know me?" She responded, "Why, yes, I do know you, Mr. Williams. I've known you since you were a young boy, and frankly, you've been a big disappointment to me. You lie, you cheat on your wife, and you manipulate people and talk about them behind their backs. You think you're a big shot when you haven't the brains to realize you never will amount to anything more than a two-bit paper pusher. Yes, I know you."
The lawyer was stunned! Not knowing what else to do, he pointed across the room and asked, "Mrs. Jones, do you know the defense attorney?" She again replied, "Why, yes, I do. I've known Mr. Bradley since he was a youngster, too. He's lazy, bigoted, and he has a drinking problem. He can't build a normal relationship with anyone and his law practice is one of the worst in the entire state. Not to mention he cheated on his wife with three different women. One of them was your wife. Yes, I know him."
The defense attorney almost died. The judge asked both counselors to approach the bench and, in a very quiet voice, said, "If either of you idiots asks her if she knows me, I'll send you to the electric chair!!!"
You kinda get testy when things don't go your way don't you?
My response: Waaaaaaaaaah! Boo hoo hoo!
On to a higher pps. And no, I ain't selling any shares till after the NM drill. Depending on the results, and if they are what I expect, I still won't sell. I'll be able to live off the dividends alone!
Lowman, tell us how you really feel......
Great post!
A man stands before a judge in divorce court. The judge inquires why he is there, the man replies that he forgot his wifes birthday. At that the judge asked couldn't she accept the fact that everyone is forgetful at some point. The man said well that was not the whole story, so the judge told him to explain.
The man started by saying that it was 3 days after her birth day when she brought it to his attention, and added that if at the end of the day there was not something in the drive way for her, that could go from Zero to Two hundred in under 5 seconds that she would divorce him.
That evening she arrived home to find a new bathroom scale in the drive way. After all she was a woman. The divorce was granted.
Prediction for PPS at Friday Close?
With the drilling probably starting this week, I wanted to see what the thinking on the board is for the pps close on Friday.
What is your guess of the pps at Friday's close?
IMO, .18
With all reality and no hype, what do you think/guess?
Same amounts are welcome, I just wanted to take the board's pulse.

The best laid plans of mice and men.
I for one am pleased that it is before July! My expectations were that if the first well started before July 7th, we would be doing good.
Too many things can happen, so a start date by next Wed. is awesome!
Ohio, as a general contractor, I get 10% of total cost as my costs! Yes, that profit potential is there!
Consider, they are supplier (profit margin), general contractor (profit margin), contractor (profit margin)
Yes, it is possible. In addition, I strongly disagree w/ your earlier 3% statement. If that were the case, no one I know could stay in business!
I just went to pinksheets.com and checked. It is now at #39.
I also requested it! Suggest we all do the same. It won't hurt.

Well said!
No foot in mouth. Grabbed another 5K at .13. Glad to be able to add and now all done.
I understand the philiosophy and could have got a few more at .13-.14, but it won't matter in a year to me.
Over time, I've learned to be comfortable with leaving $$$ on the table. All good traders learn to do this as part of discipline, risk assessment, and taking a great opportunity now, vs. missing it.
My feet taste great to me, though, kind of oily! :( (A little EDEX reference.)
GLTA, Top Hat
PS: I will make it up in the long term holding!
Yes on the DD, no on world peace.
Side note: we still need beauty pagents! so its not that bad about the world peace thing.
I for one averaged UP today, got another 60+K at .15. Was glad to do it. Thought about waiting and trying for some for .145 or .14, but at this price, I would rather have the shares, because when this is in the multi dollar range, the penny difference won't even cross my mind. It would if it ran and I missed the opportunity for the 60+K shares trying to save .005.
Normally, I would have sold the .07's at double and ride the free shares, but not with this one. Not at this time. In less than two months we will know if it was a world class move!

Here is the bet:
Jag, you wrote: Lowman..bet?? I'll bet EDEX won't reach 20 cents and hold at or above that for 5 trading days by the end of July 2006. If I lose, I won't post here anymore, if you lose.....you have to stop being mean to me.....LOL!!!!

No, you didn't say anything wrong or even questionable in any way.
Sometimes, with all these great guys like West and others who talk in the millions, smaller investors can feel lost, worthless, stiffled from commenting, etc.
I did not want you to feel that way! My post was meant to encourage you. The truth is that you could get jealous, envyous or something else negative, OR you could do something positive: such as speak good things about those richer, more advanced, etc. AND, speak good things over yourself! I wanted to encourage you towards the positive action steps.
Please don't be offended or walk on eggshells here.
I hope this helps explain my "cryptic" post. If not, PM me if you are able.
Just keep blessing them and do keep telling yourself:
"I'm in the same line!"
You'll get there with this kind of attitude and speech.

We are listed on the otcpicks.com Daily Market Movers Midday Digest.
Here is there headline:
ELDORADO EXPLORATION, INC. (OTC: EDEX)
"Up 14.29% in morning trading"
Detailed Quote: http://www.otcpicks.com/quotes/EDEX.php
Eldorado Exploration, Inc. (OTC: EDEX) operates as an energy development and management company. It uses a proprietary technology for oil and gas exploration. Advances in exploration technology, passive induced polarization (PIP), allow Eldorado Exploration to profit from newly discovered oil and gas reserves not previously detected. With recent innovations in exploration techniques EDEX is able to discern, which potential targets have sufficient reserves to be a commercial success and which do not. By focusing on prospective targets with larger accumulations the company is able to increase its success. Eldorado Exploration seeks out locations with substantial potential reserves which are commercially viable and capable of being developed for less than a dollar per barrel of oil or equivalent in natural gas.
A very happy birthday to you Lowman.
Thanks again for all the legwork. If/when, we all owe you big time! (except Jag.)

If EDEX dosen't reach 20 cents and hold at or above that for 5 trading days by the end of July 2006, I will quit posting on this board. If it does, you quit. What shall I do? Shall I enter into an agreement?
Funny thing is though, you win either way! If it does, you sell your cheap shares you conned others out of by your immoral misrepresentation of the facts, (IMO) confusing past and present, and make a profit. Your gone, your done, time to crawl to another board and repeat.
Hum, what shall I do?
Even more interesting is that any person with no integrity or honor will just start under a different user name.
Hum, what shall I do? Here is what I will do. I will reap what I sow, that goes for both good and bad. Guess you will to. My Master is not mocked.
Lowman made you a bet, I just wanted to see if you accepted it or would back down. I guess your not honorable enough to accept. The question remains, after the price does rise (IMO) and you've made your cash, will you honor your bet offer?
Will you still honor you bet of: I'll bet EDEX won't reach 20 cents and hold at or above that for 5 trading days by the end of July 2006. If I lose, I won't post here anymore, if you lose.....you have to stop being mean to me?
Nothing to do with pop friend. You say one thing he said another. He made a bet with you, you said you would let him know.
Twist as you wish, it's not a popularity contest, but an who is/will be right issue in addition to an issue of honoring your word.
So, are you a man on honor, do you have any integrity?
If so, do you accept his bet?
I'm calling your bluff, or will you run away from him?
Jag, you wrote: Lowman..bet?? I'll bet EDEX won't reach 20 cents and hold at or above that for 5 trading days by the end of July 2006. If I lose, I won't post here anymore, if you lose.....you have to stop being mean to me.....LOL!!!! post 1646
Lowman wrote: You make it too easy! Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of getting rid of you much sooner, with just as fair of a bet! How about a survey...7 days, vote in your favor, you stay, vote not in your favor, just like all the Presidents of the past ('cept maybe Bush), you go!
Can't get much more democratic than that! Deal, Mr. Blue Chip? Post 1648
So, Deal? or under your rock?
So Jag, did you take the bet from Lowman, or did you just hide under your rock?
Jag, take the bet, don't be chicken....
That would be QBID, this board is about Loftwerks.
Zero!
