When you have a seller of this many shares there is a big drop that happens, but in this case, Someone is scooping up those shares.

Who is it and why ??
Theres got to be a reason why they can sell 1/2B shares this week sna still have the price go up .

Could the buyer be the 1WorldCard Bank ??
Could the buyer be someone that Tutamen is working a deal with ??

This is very strange, But IMHO A positive strange

The price should be dropping not staying steady.

I Hope we can figure it out next week.

I Know Whos Selling, But What

Fascinates me is who the He11 is buying, it makes no sense.

The company has either had another round of financing or they're dumping the shares thru a third party, But they are the ones dumping for sure.

But why and who is the buyer for this amount of shares ?????

Who would be buying, Surely not the public, Not this many shares.
Who could the buyer be and why ???

This is very very strange to say the least.

Just cant wait to sell, Seems these PR's are just to sell into.
The public is not going to put up with this much longer.
Investors will just stop buying the stock.

They increased the OS 140M shares last week to 1,248,028,691, If I could get ahold of the CEO I would sit on him till he got the picture of what he doing to the stock.

Just like this morning when I posted that the stock would hit .0016 and bounce off it, It did and it did.
Why ??? Because theres a seller out there who is dumping hundreds of millions of shares into the market right now.
And I'll also tell you this, If this keeps up where the company is dumping shares into the market, The next move will be a R/S, And I would hate to see that.
You should have had a clue this AM when news hit the wires and not even a tiny bounce happened, That was why I said the .0016 was coming.

Its nice to post these feel good post, But they only play to make things worse when things dont happen the way you want, It may even play to have some on this board give up and sell and it makes matters worse.

to do with, Is the MM finished filling his sell order, If so he'll take it up, If not he'll take it down or stay at 19 - 20 all day

Taking it down has nothing to do with that The MM still hasent filled his sell order IMHO

Without filling that, Hes more likely to keep it where it is or drop it

This was NOT a good day, After the Volume Move

Up yesterday this should have at the very least hit .003 with 200M volume

Saying this is a good day on low volume and down 10% does not make it so.

If the support is not moved up

And the MM has a very large order to fill, But if the company or their agent sells into every News Release, This stock will never get legs

What they do with the newly issued shares

Means more to me then the amount of shares issued and outstanding.

If they use the shares to increase shareholder value, Thats great.

But if they issue those shares for anything other then to increase the value of the company, That is NOT a good thing.

In a report of Mar. 26 in Shanghai, China announced that it would unify several present cards to one card, called "China-Union Pay", by 2005. That would be operated by a new established company, "China Union Bank" in Shanghai.

The capital of this new company would be 1.65 billion RMB. The number of founders would be 85, including China Bank, China Merchant Bank, Agriculture Bank, Construction Bank, 10 provincial banks, 45 city banks, 12 credit cooperatives, etc. According to the statistics, in 2001, the banks in China have issued 383 million cards totally. Those cards have a turnover of 8,430 billion RMB, including the inter-bank transaction of 92 billion RMB. When the cards are unified to "China-Union", people in China can use only one card for all around the country and the world. China would become one of the biggest financial trade markets in the world.

By the end of 2002, "China-Union Pay" would be tested through terminating and on-line computer connected with ATM and POS in 100 cities and then expand to the whole country. Until 2005, it will totally replace the present cards and connect to the world.

You notice the Market maker is only trying to drop this in a controlled way of .0001 a day as to let the seller out.
As I said before IMO the seller is Glencourt Holdings which received 350M shares for their 250K financing deal with OWVI back in july.

I talked to the Transfer Agent yesterday and she said the OS Was 1,108,028,691 shares with 47,645,499 Restricted Shares
So if there was any dilution from last tues when someone posted the OS of 1,068,028,691
That puts the Increase of 40,000,000 sh from then.
And the selling happend on wed and thur of last week.
so IMHO the seller had to be glencourt holdings.
