FYI...On May 12, 2008, the Board accepted demand for conversion of a $250,000.00
convertible promissory note held by The Brooklyn Group, Inc., issued on March
27, 2003 (the “Note”). The Note was an obligation of TAC which was assumed
by the Company pursuant to the share exchange with TAC. The Note, which bore
no interest, provided for conversion, at the holder’s option, of the principal
amount owing on the Note into common stock of the Company at the conversion
price of $0.01 per share. The conversion of $250,000.00 of principal on the Note
resulted in the issuance of 25,000,000 shares of common stock of the Company,
which was issued as unrestricted in accordance with Rule 144 of the Securities
Act.

I remember having a trunk full of firewood, food and beer but needing to purchase a hibachi to cook on for the weekend. As we drove closer to the camping lot we passed an old Mainer sitting on his lawn next to an old cast iron hibachi grill and a bag of charcoal....with a sign that said '$10 w/ free charcoal'. We cooked lobster and corn on it an everything else we could find. It was used to start a kicking firepit that turned into wandering freak central.
I also remember seeing a small plane go down behind a grove of trees and some freak convinced that a plane just crashed made off to check for survivors and got people to follow him. About three planes later we figured that there was a small airstrip on the other side of the trees. We then proceeded to point out the plane crashes to newcomers, lol. I think someone tried to land an ultralight in the show but I might have made that up...
I still have that hibachi and crack up thinking of that old guy waiting on his lawn for us.
Apparently Windows Vista does a little sumpin to screw this up. All the .mp3 files show up as .dat files. After copying them to a new folder, I was able to rename them, removing the .dat and replacing it with .mp3 and ignoring the unstable warning on every file. There must be a way to rename the whole batch. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Funny you should ask, Shmolty... I've been working on that and was getting ready to post the methodology. They are in your Temporary Internet Files....
Click Tools>Internet Options > Settings (up your disk space to at least 2000MB) >View Files> Tools> Folder Options> View > click Show Hidden Files and Folders> Apply
Now click View> Arrange Icons by Type
You should be able to find the mp3s that you have recently streamed. If not, try deleting the Temporary Internet Files and restream the show (don't eat your cookies, imo). You don't need to play the whole song, only enough to download it (usually about 30 seconds each)
Copy the files to another folder so you can continue to dump the Temporary. It helps to download the accompanying text file from the archive to id the numbered tracks.
You can download ANY of those Archive shows like this... Sweet. I had read about this trick before but it took a little weedeling to make it work.

Nice ads... too bad their website is totally dysfunctional. It took my new computer 3 minutes to load a blank page.
What a joke on the shareholders. It appears they wasted lots of money to advertise a contest held via a website that does not work, all the while pumping the advertising to sell more shares.
Good grief.

"Finally, our much anticipated rollout of Entenmann's branded coffee products occurred during this last quarter. Although we experienced significant onetime costs in packaging development and slotting (product placement) in conjunction with the rollout, those costs were neither excessive nor unanticipated. More importantly, the initial results both in sales and consumer feedback on the product line are extremely positive and give us a strong indication as to how successful Entenmann's coffee will be in the marketplace over the next several years."
"We realize the results for this period obviously are unacceptable to both our management and our shareholder base," concluded Mr. Gordon. "In our 38 years of existence, we have never underperformed and incurred losses of this magnitude. We firmly believe we will never see a repeat of this performance again. We look forward to a fresh start this upcoming quarter."
"Going forward, we anticipate a return to 'business as usual' for our company," said Mr. Gordon. "We continue to see our revenues increase annually and we have a record of profitability during ten of the last twelve quarters since going public. Our balance sheet remains strong even after having paid out a $0.28 per share cash dividend in February as well as the extraordinary loss incurred during this past fiscal period. We stand behind our stock and believe its current market price is by no means representative of its true value. For that reason, we will continue as a company to buy our stock back as part of our publicly announced share repurchase program at every available opportunity."

Coffee Holding Co., Inc. Reports Second Quarter and Six Month Results
Friday June 13, 8:45 am ET
BROOKLYN, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 13, 2008 -- Coffee Holding Co., Inc. (AMEX:JVA - News) today announced its operating results for the three and six months ended April 30, 2008. In this release, the Company:
-- Reports net sales of $18,169,441 for the quarter and $33,131,982 for
the six months ended April 30, 2008;
-- Reports sales growth of 28.0% for the quarter and 23.5% for the six
months ended April 30, 2008 compared to the three and six month periods
ended April 30, 2007; and
-- Reports net losses of $2,044,178 for the quarter and $1,861,913 for
the six months ended April 30, 2008.
Net sales totaled $18,169,441 for the three months ended April 30, 2008, an increase of $3,975,068, or 28.0%, from $14,194,373 for the three months ended April 30, 2007. Net sales totaled $33,131,982 for the six months ended April 30, 2008, an increase of $6,302,497, or 23.5%, from $26,829,485 for the six months ended April 30, 2007. The increase in net sales for each period reflects increased amounts of green coffee, branded coffee and private label coffee sold as well as increased sales prices compared to the three and six month periods of 2007.
The Company had a net loss of $2,044,178, or $0.37 per share (basic and diluted), for the three months ended April 30, 2008 compared to net income of $338,888, or $0.06 per share (basic and diluted), for the three months ended April 30, 2007. For the six months ended April 30, 2008, the Company had a net loss of $1,861,913, or $0.34 per share (basic and diluted), compared to net income of $648,592, or $0.12 per share (basic and diluted), for the 2007 period. The losses for the three and six month periods ended April 30, 2008 were due to sharp increases in cost of sales that resulted from higher coffee prices and losses on options and futures contracts. As a result, cost of sales exceeded net sales for the quarter ended April 30, 2008 and were 99.4% of net sales for the six months ended April 30, 2008. Net losses on options and futures contracts equaled $2,082,679 for the second quarter of fiscal 2008 and $1,489,236 for the six months ended April 30, 2008.
Commenting on the Company's losses on options and futures contracts, President and Chief Executive Officer Andrew Gordon said, "The increased investment by index funds in crop futures during the first few months of 2008 placed a major financial strain on commercial participants in many markets, including coffee. The price spike and subsequent market crash saw coffee prices surge over $0.35 (26%) and then collapse within a five week period. This spike prevented many companies, including ourselves, from adequately managing risk during this time. We were unable to defend our hedge and pricing positions due to the excess speculation involved in our market. The end result was a significant loss on our hedge positions as well as an inadequately priced physical coffee position. Fortunately, both our hedging losses as well as high priced physicals have been washed through our income statement during this period."

OK, Bibyan doesn't claim his actions were commentary on the HipHopMatrix, he claims that the resulting racial slurs and mockery that occurred on the board were the result of the "HHMatrix atmosphere" and unrelated to the website which was old hat by then. I believe this reflects the situation although I agree that Bibyan's claims are misleading in areas that he would have no knowledge of, ie your identity, MDs intentions, the root cause of bad humor in general...
I don't see any PM attatched to this link so here it is for those playing along at home...

I found it over on the SHGY board where Bibyan is frying bigger fish, lol.
As for locating the names of peoples family members, you can't say that only Paul would have known that. Just because it's offensive and heartless doesn't mean that Paul did it, it doesn't eliminate him but it doesn't convict him either.IMO
What of the IPs that were subpoenaed? What do they indicate besides a persistent abuse of the Ihub TOS?
What do you mean Paul still controls it? It links to a filebox that look like filings from PACER. How can you say that's Paul and not Bibyan or some other unknown rogue element?
IMO, the best evidence that it was PT was the timing of the original site coming down when the Matrix was taking off. Wouldn't that Anton guy have had some knowledge of this as he was the one who was walked into the tail rotor? Did he say that they had nothing to do with it?
Thanks for the input...

So if they sold a convertible debenture(s) to a private equity shop without RegD or a rs...where did he mislead you? He never said that financing would be non-dilutive. Somebody has to pay the bill. IMO
Question: Did shareholders assume the debt for the Kistler property while mgm't concealed that the owner was in fact the majority shareholder? Doesn't this circumvent his need to hold restricted shares? If he holds the debt, can't brother Kistler arrange for ADCS to finance the debt so ADCS can pay him the top markey value that he agreed to allow himself to be paid in the first place??? And what if they don't pay?
