LoL obviously, but why did he hold?
That's all covered in the forward looking statements that every company has. Legal counsel approved boiler plate answers to appropriate questions

I wonder what came of this ministerial roundtable
https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/ministerial-roundtable-sets-stage-for-future-minerals-forum-2024-a-global-collaboration-on-sustainable-minerals-871444326.html
Chaired by the Saudis, they’ve got plenty of capital to invest, and they kind of need a new line of work I figure.
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia , Jan. 10, 2024 /CNW/ -- The first day of the third edition of Future Minerals Forum (FMF) saw the signing of 20 agreements and memorandums of understanding worth a total of SAR27 billion riyals between government agencies, companies and other organizations participating in the Forum.
How can 3/4 of the world send the ore to China and pay them to separated the minerals and they are still determining who gets what?
Don’t they get back what they are sending over?
That’s one hell of a business transaction if you ask me.
Well your wife is nicer than mine.
Oh yah I don't have one.
And there-in lies my problem. lol
**************
Yep, I just figured out my problem!
If I had a wife I would have more money.
And I could buy more NioCorp, the Multinational Conglomerate.
********
I'm waiting for my ship to come in, as It has my next wife on board!
Sigh
And I suppose you think rocking a baby in your arms is no different than dropping it on the floor?
Or taking your dog for a walk, same as kicking his azz out the back door?
Asking for a friend.
Thanks for noticing that, lol
I suppose he’s banged off so many of them, he should be called a FS player or a FS stud one of the two.
Detailed Feasibility Stud
Detailed feasibility studies are the most detailed and will determine definitively whether to proceed with the project. A detailed feasibility study will be the basis for capital appropriation, and will provide the budget figures for the project. Detailed feasibility studies require a significant amount of formal engineering work, are accurate to within 10-15% and can cost between ½-1½% of the total estimated project cost.[1

Especially when the industry calls us, “a mark”
To be taken to the cleaners with a giggle and a wink. .
Kinda reminds me of something, trying to figure out what lol
I was making fun of your word significant because there are very few who can call themselves significant shareholders anymore (clout)
It’s all good PC
I used to consider my holdings in NioCorp significant but not anymore.
And I’ve never sold a single one
(And it doesn’t make me happy, can you tell?)
Did you check with significant me?
Go ahead ask me.
*******
Which significant shareholders did you ask, who did not receive the email? Mark, Walter, Dean, Michael?
This is like the have’s and the have-nots
And it’s a shame we won’t be ready for it.
But as NioCorp has inferred “several “times the more the merrier.
Let’s wave as everyone goes by.
Global Demand for Magnetic Rare Earths is expected to grow 3 X by 2025
I just wish we didn’t have to keep worrying about it for years and years and years.
You still have until January 17 to vote.
You read Jim’s response didn’t you?
Where do you think the email addy’s came from?
ctkrod post seems to suggest NioCorp gave our email list
Either you were not on the list, or you didn’t get an email for a different reason.
I don’t know who should be pissed off more, you for being left out, or me for being left in!
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=173589718
Thanks ctkrod. I’m not sure why NioCorp would actually pay to have information disseminated that was not correct or true. Would you suggest that would be a waste of money?
It has to be above $18 for 30 consecutive days, before Mark can pull that plug, so that would not be limited to $18.00
Once over the strike price TH6565 can exercise and sell, which would therefore drive the price lower and lower and lower and lower.
And he won’t be the only one.
I posted this before, for your weak mind.
The price you just mentioned for scandium is the 2021 price directly after the pandemic. All the prices before that were equal to or greater than the price mark Smith put in the feasibility study.
The previous price was for Office sorry, and the next feasibility study I’m sure will be for Oxide and Metal and Alloy
But don’t get me wrong, Mark Smith is a bigger scoundrel than you are.
https://pubs.usgs.gov/periodicals/mcs2022/mcs2022-scandium.pdf
So what you’re saying is everyone who got an email visited the same site? And it’s just a fluke luck that they send us an email about NioCorp?
One has to wonder how they got investors email addresses
NioCorp’s new analyst eom
Not random, they got our email addresses from NioCorp
Just to piss us off.
I guess you are going to be the-bugger, ... that forces a new low Monday?
Come on C$3.90 you can do it!
Besides, support is nothing but an annoyance, to be rendered impotent!
(blood in the streets)
Thanks for your support
lol
I have shares-in-NioCorp. What is your excuse? eom
Interesting your thoughts on thorium reactors. The gang of eight used to make a big deal over thorium as a problem mineral, until they found bigger fish to fry lol
(Mike Smith makes it so easy to move on)
Anyways that’s another mineral we can use in the process, To run a reactor, that will be used in the reducing/purifying process of each metal and we can be a self-sustaining mine and processing facility.
Assuming it can be successfully extracted then we have Thorium for running a reactor.
And we have Calcium or Magnesium for a reducing agent to purifying our pay metals. .
Yes it was talked about here, and that came directly after, the Antler Affect.
Elk Creek Town council gave their stamp to the project, and we got the news from Antler on this message board before the SEC lol
(Halted) ooops. lol
Who would have thought? haha
**************
It was suggested NioCorp could build a community/recreation center in appreciation.
I hope NioCorp is involved in some way, behind the bush.
Hopefully it is a massive complex.
I'm imagining a Skateboarding arena shaped like an Elk's Antler
The Iron was hot years ago when Mountain Pass emerged again, got funding, looking to separate and sell finished REE.
I guess we could still beat them(MP) to the punch, if we start tomorrow, and our Team is as good as they think.
MP emerged changing strategy, due to the new Government requirements.
We had our brain fart at the same timeframe. (off to the races)

#verticalization/multinational/NioCorp
I was doing a little research as well and a light bulb went off in my head.
I guess this is also when the light bulb went off for Mark Smith to Add REE's,
(FoxBusiness News)
The Time-line is the same, so are we the leader or the follower?
required existing domestic small pilot-scale facilities to co-produce CM in addition to

RARE EARTH ELEMENTS AND
CRITICAL MINERALS
In order to comply with Executive Order 13817 [1], DOE’s program expanded its technology development effort in 2019 to
include the recovery of critical minerals (CM) from coal-based resources. As a result, DOE’s program in 2020, renamed as the
Critical Minerals Sustainability program, required existing domestic small pilot-scale facilities to co-produce CM in addition to
producing REE. In 2021, DOE Fossil Energy Carbon Management’s (FECM) program initiated basinal coalition efforts to address
the full economic potential value of U.S. natural resources for producing REE, CM, and high-value, nonfuel, carbon-based
products, and to holistically assess not only upstream mining of resources and physical separation (e.g., beneficiation), but
also midstream processing, separation, recovery and purification of critical and high-value materials, and ultimately onshore
downstream manufacturing that incorporates these materials into consumer or national defense products. Additionally, in
2021, efforts were initiated that addressed the development of innovative, cost-reduced processing for the separation of
mixed critical minerals into individual or binary, high purity rare earth oxides (REO) and CM, and reduction of these materials
to metals for use in alloy production, advanced technology development, and component manufacturing.
So a close Monday @ C$.390 would make me happy, as long as that was the low for the day / week as well!
Goal post the years to $15.00
6 month, daily

C$3.90 would give us a Double Bottom(assuming)
for the years 2023/2024, and the months of Dec/Jan

If we go to a new low, I will have a shit fit!

Are you listening Mark? , a shit fit

But being the optimist I am, I'm sure folks can talk me into calling it, a head and shoulders bottom. roflmao!

a shit fit
Good article Stark, CDH thanks eom
LOL, good old Mark Twain.
,
“A mine is a hole with a liar on top”
I can’t open it Stark, what is it about?
Can you please post some back up info with your rhetoric?
What expert fees are you referring to and what experts are you referring to?
The only fees I’m aware of are minimal and for Due Diligence work to move the application process forward.
It’s no different today than it was years ago in every respect
Contrarians, Cheerleaders and no Mine
Am I tired of it absolutely. You tell me what the problem is I would love to hear it. Why is the SP today like six years ago?
Do you think that makes people happy? And those unhappy people should shut up?
I don’t like being taken advantage of, do you? Especially for 10 years. I have one tenth the shares that I used to have and they are worth 1/3 of what they used to be and we are more derisk now than we ever have been we’ve had to scrape together seven minerals instead of three. The purity has to be top notch on all seven of them and we’re still like four dollars which is $.40 pre split
You tell me what’s wrong?
Your blowing smoke.
All they need is a feasibility study which NioCorp has.
Further… the FS NioCorp has, got us a letter of interest from the EXIM Bank, who would be interested in loaning or guaranteeing NioCorp up to $800 million.
EXIM has criteria to meet, but not the smoke signals you are sending up in your Pow Wow.
They care about jobs and exports above all.
Why last time? eom
I believe Chico asked that very question if the updated FS was needed and the answer was that’s yet to be determined
My apologies to Chico if I’m wrong
Grain of salt truths
Before the SPAC, we were rising in share price due to grain of salt truths about the commercial scale plan results and then blind sided with the SPAC.
We were also told feasibility study will be updated as the commercial scale plant results are known.
There was nothing stated about needing financing for the feasibility study.
There is nothing that I will believe from this teams fatal flaw leader.
Several weeks turns into several years
The only one of the directors you mentioned that I would even consider taking a guess on would be
Nilsa Guerrero-Mahon
(audit committee chair)
https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5d4dc6663c80a1000100b072/t/5e77833dac49515565e1dc09/1584890686979/Nilsa+Guerrero-Mahon+-+Bio+Resume+2020.pdf
I’m sure she was all-in, on landing the #1 audit firm for NioCorp, but as for everyone else, mom is the word.
All we know about everyone else is what they are capable of doing, if they were actually doing something.
Unless we see something unfolding in front of your eyes don’t expect to have anything spoken by the company as to what real value anyone is.
Everything seems to be under non-disclosure agreement / NDA.
I followed his link back and started reading all the other posts, I couldn’t help myself but to think of Jim being the dog walker and we are all being strung along lol
That’s where I saw a post from skifund and looked at his latest posts and the last post he ever did on IHub was March 21, 2023.
ROFLMAO
Go figure. To the cleaners.
Although the latest Christmas message has a crane used for building high-rise’s. That’s new and interesting isn’t it?
Well we should soon see a skyscraper in New York called NioCorp.
Since Landmarks Dark Horse was realized, perhaps we should change our name again to reflect the dominant mineral!
Titan Corporation sounds nice.
Tickle Mine. is a keeper also.

Found recently Ucore has a separation facility in Louisiana
One has to assume they will be bringing Ore from Bokan to Louisiana
Or helping out in Texas

The more the merrier.
