$TPAC Enjoy the rest, o3207! This is going to be an exciting year.
$TPAC Well said! I echo your sentiments and am holding for the long haul here.
$TPAC Thanks to the shorts for cooling our RSI, providing some stronger hands and new investors with cheap shares, and priming us to run again.
$TPAC My thoughts exactly!
$TPAC It is. This is not an organic sell-off. This is a short and shake. Boeing meeting in four days and only good news has been posted. No fear here; just cheap shares to grab.
$TPAC Great buying opportunities for longs! Nothing like discounted shares.
$TPAC Pretty obvious how shorts have been playing the intraday chart. They let the bulls run it with buying pressure at opening bell. As the buying pressure seems to peak and start diminishing in strength, they start the short attack, driving it down, usually around 10:00am or somewhere in that vicinity. The price drops, and some cover, and buying pressure often begins again as cheap shares on this one are hard to come by and much appreciated by longs and traders alike; the cheap shares are also welcome gifts for the company's ongoing share retirement program. It would be very strange to see the start of a downtrend with the Boeing meeting taking place on 1/8/16, just a few days from now. I think we'll see some serious loading this week.

$TPAC Looking strong here, Ximon! Much agreed.
$TPAC (Updated DD: 12/27/15)Here is a company with no convertible debt and that has stated repeatedly that it will not R/S unless to uplist while already in a position of strength; company will also not take on any new convertible notes. There is a wealth of information on TPAC to take heed of, some of which I will provide and other info which can be turned up doing your own independent research as I have. On top of being a stock free of toxic financing and that will not R/S, we have a CEO that communicates regularly with shareholders via email and Twitter.
Bill McKay, CEO, strikes me as a gentleman and a person of integrity, something rarely seen in the OTC. The management team here consists of many aerospace veterans with ties to the major players in the field. Bill was also CEO and founder of Harbin and of CEO Acromil Corporation: http://www.acromil.com/ He is a B.A., J.D., and M.B.A. His bio can be found on the 'Management Team' link pasted below.
Greg Archer, Director for TPAC, spent 24 years as an executive with Northrup Grumman. While this is impressive, both in terms of loyalty and position, it is the connection to the higher-ups in supply and procurement that matter, seeing as Northrup just won the Pentagon bid - for the first time in decades - to an $80B dollar bomber contract for the Navy and Air Force(see 'Bomber Contract' link below).
In order to sell to the govt., a company needs a CAGE code. TPAC has one. In order to sell aerospace parts, NAVAIR certification is needed. We are one of only six companies in the U.S. that is NAVAIR certified, and the only one company in China that has NAVAIR cert. China just announced COMAC's 174 passenger C919 as competitor to U.S. counterparts Boeing and Airbus. We are also the only producer of self-lubricating bearings in China and thus serve to provide them with deep discounts on importation and taxes. Our bearings are approved at 25k rotations and are soon to be tested at 100k rotations, with degradation rate at the aforementioned turns being less than the thickness of a human hair. We also have a few very coveted aerospace certs: SAE-AS 81820 and SAE-AS 81934. As a quick aside, NAVAIR takes, on average, 5yrs and several million dollars - not to mention patience and meticulous completion of paperwork - to acquire; we have.
In the works are two acquisitions and a joint venture. Upon completion of the acquisitions, Mr. McKay will be buying back $2M in TPAC common shares. We are also looking at purchase orders of varying sizes coming down the pipeline. Many parts have already been trialed and some have already received approval. Substantive PR to come. (See Twitter conversation below).
****Update 12/8/15 TPAC Begins 1.8B Share Buyback: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/trans-pacifi...2015-12-09 *****
***********UPDATE: ( PR from 12/10/15; First, I will post a quote that aligns with the Twitter conversation below, and then I will post the link to the news itself)
Quote: ". We have worked very hard in the development and marketing of these bearings and are the only company in China able to meet the exacting blueprint requirements for performance"
COMAC may be a strong possibility as a current and future partner. This is China's version of Boeing or Airbus. The C919 is COMAC's new 174 passenger jet. $100k purchase order is in my opinion a test run; and should it go well..... yes, exactly - money in the bank and a lot of other smaller companies ordering from us, COMAC's bearing supplier.

Company Mission Statement: http://tpacbearings.com/vision-mission-values
(My favorite part of the Mission/Vision Statement: I love this part:
The Company has established a manufacturing facility in the Luogang Scientific and Technology Center in Guangzhou, China through its subsidiary, Godfrey China, to manufacture aerospace quality self-lubricating and standard spherical bearings, rod ends and bushings (collectively, “Bearings”). (Speculative Calculations Based on Boeing; Updated 12/27/15):
Here is a quick speculative calculation on potential Boeing orders; just being based on the recent 737 advanced orders. These calculations will not include other aircraft nor will it include repairs and replacement parts needed by current and future aircraft in operation.
Boeing Sees 3,000 Advanced Orders for New 737 at low key event:
http://www.hngn.com/articles/158504/20151209/...vent-3.htm
$TPAC 2014 Business Plan; pg 1 states that each aircraft needs 3,000 bearings at a value of $500,000 per aircraft. The infogrpahic on the bottom of pg 10 confirms that 3,000 is the correct number.
Quote from pg 1:
Validation of Business Model
The Company has established a manufacturing facility in the Luogang Scientific and Technology Center
in Guangzhou, China through its subsidiary, Godfrey China, to manufacture aerospace quality selflubricating
and standard spherical bearings, rod ends and bushings (collectively, “Bearings”). Over 3,000
of these parts (approximately $500,000 worth) are used in every aircraft and must be replaced regularly.
Source: http://tpacbearings.com/sites/default/files/t...s-plan.pdf
3,000 bearings * $500,000 = $1,500,000,000 in bearings for all 3,000 of the 737's on advanced order.
Will we land all of these? I highly doubt it. Instead, I'm going to divide the order by seven, seeing as we are only one of seven bearing companies in the world that is NAVAIR certified.
$1,500,000,000/7 = $214,285,714.29 (pennies to the right of the decimal place rounded up from .286 to .29).
This is what I believe to be the higher end of our potential. This does not include COMAC, the other international aerospace parts distributor, automotive, marine, alternative(robotics, heavy machinery, industrial application), nor does it include any other present or future relationships within the aerospace industry.
Our bearings are currently NAVAIR tested and approved at 25,000 rotations; as we are upgraded to 100,000 rotations, as previously discussed some time ago, we will likely acquire that much more business.
I hope this has been of service to some of you out there in search of aerospace plays, or plays that have no toxic debt and will not R/S(unless to uplist). I have left out any technical analysis on this one but stockcharts is a great place to get the specs; most of you already know that. We have had very steady volume as of lately and momentum has been picking up in anticipation of both a technical run and a fundamental run based upon an upcoming fundamental catalyst. Good luck to all and, as usual, should you like the DD provided here, please be kind enough to spread this so other investors can take notice. It helps the company, current investors(such as myself and other TPAC message board posters), and potential investors looking for ground floor entries in solid companies.
Thank you for reading.

About Us
More
Interviews: Q&A: Bill Mckay CEO, Trans Pacific Aerospace
KSI: What makes TPAC stand out when compared to other aviation companies?
Bill Mckay: We are the only company in China approved to manufacture and sell aerospace quality self-lubricating spherical bearings to international OEMs like Boeing and Airbus. This is a $1.4 billion annual revenue industry and we are one of only 6 parent companies in the world so approved for this market. All other manufacturers are in high labor cost countries including the USA and Japan. Furthermore, China is on the cusp of becoming a major player in the commercial aircraft manufacturing business with the production of the COMAC C919. This aircraft uses parts like the ones for which TPAC has approval, and currently COMAC imports 100% of those parts. We hope to become a significant supplier to COMAC in the near future.
KSI: TPAC is an American company but manufactures its inventory in China. Could you envision a future in which the company opens up any form of manufacturing in the States?
Bill Mckay: TPAC plans to make strategic acquisitions of US based aerospace companies in the future. While we may consider establishing a bearing manufacturing facility in the US, it is presently not part of our plan for expansion.
KSI: According to the June 30th OTC company update: TPAC’s facilities are currently being renovated. Is there any significance to the renovation of your facilities
Bill Mckay: Yes. We want to present a contemporary design to appeal both to our employees and customers. This open concept we are working with will provide us with a great workflow environment that we believe will enhance productivity and customer appeal.
KSI: Sounds like you're gearing up for a tremendous amount of new contracts. Do you have a guidance for 2016 revenues?
Bill Mckay: In the aerospace industry it is difficult to make estimates as to future revenue, particularly for the first full year of operations. Chinese manufacturers currently import at least $20-30 million of these bearings annually. We are working toward capturing a solid portion of that business for 2016. Additionally, we are hopeful that we will make inroads with international OEMs in 2016.
KSI: Aviation has been a vital part of American society for a century, what is your intention regarding TPAC’s future impact on American aviation?
Bill Mckay: Our goal is to be the preeminent spherical bearing supplier to the US aerospace industry. We feel that we have a superior product and can offer our customers high quality products at competitive prices with superior lead times. US OEMs have stated that China has been a quality supplier for aerospace parts and the trend in the industry is to look to China for future products and needs. Every major aerospace OEM and subcontractor have a significant presence in China.
KSI: TPAC has many qualifications that only a select group of aviation companies can show off. Could you talk in more detail of said qualifications/accolades and why so few aviation companies are able to achieve such feats?
Bill Mckay: The company is qualified under SAE-AS81820 and 81934. These approvals have been given to only a handful of companies and we are the only approved manufacturer based in China. The test process is arduous. A company must develop and produce a self-lubricating liner system and bearings that when tested, meet applicable standards. The liner development is extremely challenging. We have invested close to $5 million and 4 years in developing and qualifying our products. Our team members each have in excess of 25 years in the industry so we have the knowledge necessary to obtain these approvals.
KSI: How will your company enhance the future of aviation in the United States and throughout the world?
Bill Mckay Our board is comprised of some of the most talented and experienced people in the aerospace industry. We are confident that with our knowledge we can add great value to the industry. This is now truly a global industry and our location in China only enhances our ability to be effective on a global scale.
KSI: You announced that you have only 1 convertible debenture note left and due Aug 2015. Does the Company now have enough cash to move forward this year without having to use this type of financing?
Bill Mckay: The convertible note to which you are referring has been repaid in cash. We are in a cash position such that we no longer need to look to convertible financing for working capital.
KSI: Analytically speaking, our IR firm considers your stock as “grossly undervalued” How do you intend to build shareholder confidence whereby your shares will significantly rise in price? Ultimately a company stock price rises or falls based on business fundamentals. Is the business plan sound? Is the company progressing with the plan and finally is the company enjoying revenue and profitability?
Bill Mckay: We have a solid plan and are progressing at a good pace. We will be achieving revenue and profitability soon, at which time the stock price will be truly reflective of all facets of the business.
KSI: Do you now have a route to obtain conventional financing for 2016 and beyond?
Bill Mckay: We are in the process of discussions regarding strategic acquisitions, which would involve conventional financing. Additionally, purchase order financing for certain orders and customers is generally available in China.
KSI: We are in the age of social media, how can people stay socially interactive with your company?
Bill Mackay: We regularly post on Twitter at @tpacbearings. Additionally, we post periodic updates on our web site at www.tpacbearings.com. I am also accessible to people with questions at swpc1@aol.com. While I have both tpac and gmail email accounts, the AOL account seems to be the most effective in China. I can also be reached by telephone at +1 626-755-1211 or +86 189-3818-5787.
Bill Mckay: Thank you for conducting this interview with us and we are looking forward to seeing TPAC grow into a mainstream powerhouse in the field of aviatio

$MLHC Big 2016 here! Get in while .000's are still available.
$TPAC Great post and great reply, Raymond. You make some excellent points in there. Your analysis seems like a very possible, and likely a probable, series of events due to unfold. Bill is just as you said: "a very genuine, honest and intelligent man". I have been beyond impressed with him. His management team is stellar too. This is going to be a very nice year for all of us invested here.
$TPAC Especially with a continuously shrinking float, plus the fact that we have now entered phase 3 of the business plan(phase 1 and 2 were to get certified, build the factory and be come operational; now we're profitable). This is going to be a very big year for everyone here and a ten-bag from here sounds easily doable. That can't be said for very many stocks that have ten-bagged already. This has just started gaining attention. We may still get one or more institutional buyers that are looking for 20-50M(or more) share blocks to buy. Wait until that demand comes in, the float is down to a locked 500-750M, Boeing, etc relationships have been established and contractualized, and purchase orders are rolling in on a regular basis from more and more new customers. $TPAC is going big time in 2016.
$TPAC Great post and great DD. Thank you!!
$MLHC It sure is. It is a great addition to M-line's other companies. Byran alone pulls in $6million in revenues per year at a 10% profit rate. Byran's CEO is also working with MLHC for a salary of $1.00(yes, one dollar) until summer 2016; and we do not owe Byran's owners(our source of private, non-dilutive financing) a dime until 2017.

Precision History:
Precision began business in 1976. As a small machine tool shop specializing in aerospace parts for the interior of aircraft, it was, at that time, a family run business that operated out of 14,000 square feet in Santa Ana California. 1n 1991 the Company began doing business with Panasonic, building TV arms to be installed in business, first class and crew seats on aircraft. This relationship grew over the years and at one point Panasonic was almost 80% of Precision’s total business. Currently Panasonic is still Precision’s largest customer but now accounts for less than 50% of total revenues as business from other customers has increased. The company maintains considerable inventory, a high percentage to meet Panasonic’s order requirements.
In 2003, Precision was purchased by M Line Holdings, Inc., (formerly Gateway International Holdings, Inc.), its current owner. The Company continued to operate from its Santa Ana facility but soon outgrew the facility as reveues increased. In 2006 Precision moved to its current location at 2672 Dow Avenue, Tustin, CA 92780. The current location boasts 50,000 square feet that includes 8,000 square feet of offices.
In 2008 the aerospace manufacturing business was severely affected by the downturn in the economy. Many small to mid size machine tool shops closed. Since the 2009 fiscal year Precision has increased revenues every year due to the global demand for air travel and the demand for fuel efficient aircraft.
Precision now expects continued growth over the next five to ten years

As you can see, there is a ton of potential here and a lot of inherent value. This is going to be a good year for MLHC. Just need to go current now.
$ICBT is going to have a very significant price change this year. I've been holding for quite some time and am very comfortable with my position during the wait. One of my favorite parts of this is how close we are to one of the world's largest nickel mines; and as mentioned in your second link, output there is set to double over the next five years, with the funding to allow for that to happen. Now, when you research the cost of nickel per pound, it is extremely undervalued right now, currently at $3.88, down from a high of $24, referenced in the article. That means that the mine, its land, and any land adjacent is also undervalued. On top of all of the gold and other rare earth elements, our Shadow Mountain claim(valued at $11B by an independent mineral assay by AGAT Labs) shows that we also have what appears to be a significant amount of nickel within our 2230 acre parcel as well.
Here is the pdf of the mineral assay report:
