Consolidated Financials only carry 3 months revenues from JD from what I see. ?? is that because they didn't close until March?

I have not finished but what I can gather so far is they only carry March through June of JD's Revenues. Devoe and MonDak are not in there! Will be back to you after I study more.

I have accumulated close to 6mm and still adding. Hard to get orders filled.

Should get easier once the R/S happens if approved, calling in orders is so old fashioned.

Personally having 6mm of a $.03 or 30k of a $6.00 stock, I prefer the $6.00 stock as Institutions can buy it at this level opening up more Investor groups. Was in this exact same situation a few years ago with a penny stock and that one worked out well for me, if they market to Broker/Dealers it tends to find it's true valuation which we all know NAS is way off.

Shareholders Meeting Sept 5th!

One of my Partners received a 14A Proxy Statement from NASV for the upcoming Shareholders Meeting. I have not yet so called the Company yesterday to find out why. Was told they were mailed out on Tuesday so they should be delivered soon.

Also if you have shares deposited with a Broker you may not receive one and it is up to your Broker to inform you. As an alternative you can download the Proxy from the SEC Website and send your ballot into the Company directly. FYI

We need to close a deal!

NAS is undervalued by 78%!

The word is finally getting out there and if the Company see's appreciation in share price to where it should be, maybe they would do a smaller RS. Knowing they want to be above $5 per share to qualify for NYSE.
