I now seems obvious to me that -
Junk feels that if he can somehow discredit me that what I post about SDRG can be questioned as fiction.
I do post my opinions, as does Junk. But the facts I post come from SDRG's own website and financial statements. I don't make them up.
So, Junk, you can prove I'm Jack the Ripper if you want, but it won't make this "deal" stink any less.
Press on - Pal.
Well, Junk, I CAN answer anything I want.
Like you said to me, I don't have to prove anything to you. And I'm certainly not at your command.
Where's the email from Marc? Interesting that you and FDA get these emails but there's never a public announcement about anything. Of course, if you make a public announcement, the SEC may hold you to it, huh? Right, Pal?
Well, junk, as you say -
I have nothing to prove to you, nor do I (or will I) answer to you for anything.
Can't wait for the latest breathless email from Marc, though.
Get your check yet?
Don't worry too much about it Frankie.
You won't see any money flying your way this time either.
40 cents a share? You'll have better luck with the Tooth Fairy.
Well, Junk, I have never lied about who I am. Who do you think I claimed to be? You seem to have some sort of delusion about that.
I do not own any SDRG shares, nor do I intend to.
Who are you? I think you're a paid tout. So is FDA.
Prove me wrong.
Wow, somebody does quite a bit of blathering to cover up the fact that he's scared this 'deal' is blowing up.
Excuse after excuse. Marc's timing is no good. Marc is busy. We're waiting on a third party evaluation. Marc is waiting for the Chinese to set a meeting. Marc has to wait until financial statement are filed.
In the meantime, let's deflect attention from this sorry little drama about the company to someone's paranoid fantasies about another poster. May as well, I guess. That's going to make shareholders as much money as selling second rate silver property in Mongolia.
That's right Junk, there won't be a shareholder vote.
But you and the other pumpers insist that Marc is the big SD with this company and he will set the price. I'm simply pointing out Marc isn't even the largest shareholder.
Mr. Fife is old news? Really. Never seen him mentioned before. Perhaps you can direct me to the posts that refer to him.
When is Marc leaving on the big bird to China? Been six months or so since the big announcement. Are we shooting for summer now? Selling mediocre silver properties in Mongolia must be a complicated transaction.
Did you know?
Did you know that Silver Dragon used to be the American Entertainment and Animation Corp?
The name change to Silver Dragon occurred in 2005. I'm sure it was just coincidental that silver was doing well then.
Did you know that a certain John M. Fife of Chicago (I mentioned him in earlier posts) owns more shares of SDRG than Marc? 27 million to be more precise. Don't know if it's the same guy, but the State of Illinois pursued a case of securities fraud against a Mr. John Fife as well. The SEC was involved with this Mr Fife too.
Anyway, why should Shengda care what Marc wants when Mr. Fife alone outvotes him?
Another big day for precious metal stocks.
Odd.
When the stock drops below 3 cents, price is meaningless.
But when it recovers a bit, it's significant,
Or so the touts say.
Hey, Junk.
What's the highest price you paid for SDRG?
What's your average cost?
Big rally in metals & metal stocks today.
Yes, Marc, please do let us know when you're leaving for China.
And let us know if you plan on coming back, too.
The poor man must be working 24/7 on those financials. After all, they must be extremely difficult for a company with no revenue.
Just so you know -
Last year's annual 10Q didn't come out 'till March 31st. So if Marc isn't doing anything until after that, we're (surprise!) well into Spring for the "deal".
I see some of you already have plans for your fabulous gains. Press on.
Predictions, speculation and rumors.
The specialties of the board. And now we hear talk of "the next few weeks ".
Makes you wonder what happened to all that third party evaluation stuff.
But (wag, wag), Marc will soon be on the big bird winging his way to vast riches for all.
And the stock price is soaring. Yep, it's a 40 cent done deal.
Throw us a bone, Marc.
And Marc says, (paraphrasing) the Chinese haven't told me.
Back in town. Miss me, Junk?
Just messing around on the SDRG website when I stumbled over this again. Read it carefully.
"Toronto, Ontario / ACCESSWIRE / October 7, 2014 / Silver Dragon Resources Inc. (SDRG) (the "Company") reports that its Foreign Cooperative Joint Venture in China, Sanhe Sino-Top Resources & Technologies, Ltd. ("Sino-Top") has signed an agreement with Shengda Mining Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000603) ("Shengda") to be acquired subject to a third party evaluation and all other regulatory approvals and filings."
I see where the buyout agreement has been signed already and is subject to a third party evaluation and government approval. I mean we can all see that, right?
But here's a question. What is it you don't see?
Wow, junk, that is a huge positive mystery.
Particularly since you seem to be the only one who's heard of them. Tell the board. Where did you get this mysterious lead?
Junk, see post 4180.
That's what happened.
Your speculations are your own.
Still touting 40 cents I see. Good luck with that.
Well. Junk, what exactly would you like me to admit to?
I read about the buyout on another board (I think yahoo) then started posting here after that. I already had an Ihub account created on 3 /14. I hadn't posted on Ihub before though I had an account. That's why I confused the two.
That's it. Make of it what you want,
Oh, too bad Junk, I did beat you to it.
And here you wasted all that time on that "time traveler" post for nothing.
If you'll check, I simply showed up in the board after the buyout was announced.
You should know. You diligently tried to silence me time after time when I posted back then.
Oh, I edit posts like mad. I add thoughts, remove them, correct grammar and rewrite all the time. The most recent editing jag was because "pumping" kept coming out "pumpkin" no matter what I did. So, guilty as charged.
What's your cost per share? The truth, please.
Whoops. Edited again. Changed "you" to "your".
But press on pumping.
Yes, you're right.
I signed up on Ihub back in March of 14, so it wasn't the buyout that brought me to ihub.
But I had myself convinced it was.
There. Backpedal complete.
Didn't spoil it for you, I hope.
And just out of curiosity, what has all this to do with SDRG?
Well, junk, I just can't wait.
You've caught me red handed at something (gasp).
Do I need my decoder ring?
Every time I see "LOL" -
I know the poster is doing anything but.
And junk, you dodged the question, didn't you? But just give us the highest price you paid for a share. How about that?
Well, Junk, hobby is as good a word as any.
I do enjoy challenging those ( like yourself, but more so the FDA types) who mislead others based on hype and speculation. And that's all you have here. "Marc wants". Really? Really, Junk? That's enough for you to tout a company with one of the worst balance sheets I've ever seen.
So, if "hobby" bothers you, try "debater" if it suits you better. Or something else. Doesn't matter much to me.
But I have every intention of seeing this through right along with you.
Yes, junk "IF" Shengda took it over at 5 cents it would be a double.
But that's a big "IF" isn't it? I didn't say SDRG was worth 5 cents. I simply said COULD which you promptly distorted to "will" then said I was parsing words. And I was making a point; the point being that paying 40 cents a share for a stock trading at 2 cents was just plain stupid. But you still insist on that fantasy, don't you?
What's SDRG worth? Right now the market says 2.5 cents a share. Personally, I doubt even that.
But you just keep dreaming and pumping.
"This would be a great time"
Just keep pumping.
But I think the board has wised up.
I love how the story changes.
For months the touts have been shouting 40 cents a share.
When I point out that it's rather stupid for Shengda to pay 40 cents when they COULD probably pay a nickel a share, then suddenly a nickel a share becomes just fine. And wow, the touts have purchased all their shares for a half cent! How odd (aside from being not the truth).
But they won't buy more. They say they have enough. How can you have enough of a sure thing?
What they really mean is that everbody else doesn't have enough oh this sure thing and needs to buy.
Yes, drive the price up for them. They'll be happy to take your money.
Oh, I'm sorry. Junk says he's waiting for more money before deciding whether or not to buy a 2 cent sure thing stock. FDA says he has enough right now. Tell me, how much money do you need to buy lots of shares of a two cent sure thing?
Can't wait for the new "earnings" report - and of course the breathless emails from Marc.
Yes, I'm arguing over "will" and "could".
Words actually have very different meanings. One - "will" - allows you to say I said something I didn't. I never said Shengda "will" takeover SDRG. But you said I did say that.
Words have meaning.
Why yes, Junk that's exactly right.
But if that's all you're saying, what is post 4135 about, and what were all those other posts about?
Please. Everyone on the board knows your accusations.
Wow, junk, you really are a hoot.
So, let's just follow your logic here. According to you I had to sell a 3 cent stock because I was in financial trouble. Again, according to you, I have(had) some sort of grudge against Marc that has somehow led me to get multiple names on ihub (why escapes me). Now, again according to you, I'm bashing SDRG because of some personal grudge that somehow involves emails. Is that about it? I'm not sure when all this was supposed to have happened, or what exactly was supposed to have happened between Marc and I and what my financial emergency was supposed to be. Your story is so convoluted it's hard to follow.
II wish you'd spell it out for the board so we all know.
So, am I also to assume that I don't have any money (yet) to buy a 2 cent stock?
Really. Is that really what you believe? I don't think so. I simply think you need to discredit me in any way you can because I expose what's really going on.
But do press on.
And Junk, you really do need to learn to read. Or at least comprehend what you read.
"Shengda could" does not mean "Shengda will" and the "states" does not refer to China.
Getting a bit desperate, huh?
Yeah.. You are buying more right here, aren't you?
But don't get me wrong. That's not the worst scenario at all . I'm simply pointing out how preposterous 40 cents a share is. After all, you and FDA have been touting (misleading) that number on the board for months now.
But all of a sudden you're happy with a nickel.
Interesting.
Yes, it's soooo exciting.
Marc goes to China in 2 weeks (so the rumor says), and Shengda is so awed by him they can't wait to give him 40 cents a share (maybe even, gasp! 80 cents a share) because he swings so much weight with them. Never mind that Shengda could (right now) initiate a hostile takeover of SDRG for a nickel a share and have the whole company if they wanted. Ever consider that FDA? How about it Junk?
Mark owns what, 19 million shares. Heck there are larger shareholders than that in the states. Marc is small potatoes. Yet, to Junk and FDA he's going to dictate terms to majority shareholders. Dream on.
Yes, I can't wait till this deal is done either and the rank touting ends.
SDRG higher. 200 shares traded
I have been accused of saying nothing good about SDRG.
That's absolutely true. I haven't said anything good about the company and really don't see it happening in the future. Anyone who examines the history of this company and anyone who can read financial statements would come to the same conclusion.
So why does Marc (and thus the company) have the supporters it does? Simply because the company ceased trading all together, and those who bought it (some at much higher prices) thought they had a total loss. So, along comes Marc again, pays $15,000, gets the financial statements current (why weren't they all along?) , and manages to get the stock bid a penny. Presto! A listing on an OTC board for penny stocks. So now, Marc is a hero (let's forget the past) because all of a sudden there's a chance to unload the stock again.
And now we have another miracle! The magical Marc is going to insist that the only asset the company has is going to get sold for 40 cents a share. If you believe that you must buy the stock right now for a marvelous return.
Well, I don't believe it - at least not at the price that's being pumped. And that's why I post. I don't want to see others suckered in by just one more pump and dump stock. Those who own the stock want you to buy it. Sure they do. But the stock is trading in the 2 cent range. Why? Sure, you buy it and drive the price up for those who already own it. But why don't they?
But 40 cents a share is a done deal. Isn't it?
SDRG roaring higher - up .0003
Wow. Do you really believe all that stuff about me?
Press on. Nothing I can do about it and it's so preposterous it's funny. You really are sounding a bit irrational.
Ask yourself this. If I'm so sorry I sold my stock in the 3s why don't I just buy it back right now? It's certainly cheaper, isn't it?
Oh, I forgot, I'm so impoverished I can't afford to buy a 2 cent stock. I guess I'll just wait until the next welfare check gets here. Have to go now - meals on wheels is at the door.
So what about Fife?
Junk, you do have a talent for putting words in other peoples mouths that they didn't say.
First, go back to my post. Did I say anything about Mr. Fife that indicated that merely knowing his identity would lower the share price? Did I say I would reveal something about him that would effect the price of the stock? Read the post. Did I?
Please don't attribute your own fantasies to me.
I simply asked the board if they knew who he was. I told them I knew and they really should know.
That was it. Period.
You should calm down. I know you're a bit nervous this deal is close to blowing up in your face but that's no excuse to be so hype.
Oh, and "here we go again". You're probably right. I can't wait to see the song and dance about this big meeting in March.
Concerning Mr. Fife:
It seems few bother to do the most simple research to get the facts. So, I'll give it a few days.
Question for the board.
Does anyone on the board know who John M. Fife is?
I do. So should you.
