That's right Junk, there won't be a shareholder vote.

But you and the other pumpers insist that Marc is the big SD with this company and he will set the price. I'm simply pointing out Marc isn't even the largest shareholder.

Mr. Fife is old news? Really. Never seen him mentioned before. Perhaps you can direct me to the posts that refer to him.

When is Marc leaving on the big bird to China? Been six months or so since the big announcement. Are we shooting for summer now? Selling mediocre silver properties in Mongolia must be a complicated transaction.
