Welcome back Rocky!!!!!!!!!!!
Kestrel delays open day because of new projects in United States and Korea. Well we all know about the United States project. Look forward to their update:)

Good day to all
Kevin
Since we have many posters who enjoy T/A post and many like myself who do not use T/A. (Please note I have no problem with people who like T/A). Is it not possible for all T/A post open with "T/A" much the same as a OT comment? Then everyone could quickly decide wether to read or not read a T/A related post.
Respectfully
Kevin
GTEL LONG:)
SEBASS and Caradoc - thanks for stepping up. I'm sure you'll do great.
Kevin
Good morning Rocky, I am truly saddend to hear of your decision. I always look forward to your input and insight. I am very busy with family and work, so I have always marveled at the time you have invested here. I completly understand your decision and want to thank you again.
Respectfully
Kevin
P.S. - I still think we should be about through the 280mm shares. lol
tom43 - your answer is in excellent letter to shareholders
http://www.globetel.net/about/letter.html
Hope it helps
Kevin
Rocky - I believe the company is producing, and we will go much higher. So are you saying the 78.8MM and the 32MM can be sold by insiders without filing a form 144. I truly have not figured out all the in and outs of insider selling. I thought they had to file. lol shows what I know.
Thanks
Rocky
Rocky - I see 188,868,689 shares registered to sell in the last 12 months. Some of those were insiderers who would be required to fill out a form 4 if they sold and we have not seen many form 4's lately. Even if all the 188,868,689 shares sold, it still seems like with the volume we have run in the last 90 days, we should have burned through those shares by now? What are your thoughts?
I am anticipating much better days to come. Enjoy watching day to day, but not worried.
Kevin
Rocky - have you heard anything from KESTREL AEROSPACE lately? I tried to sign up for the forum on their web page, but have not heard back from the administrator yet. Did you try to get onto their forum and did you have success?
TIA
Kevin
Thanks Rocky - Now all you California investors, I want pictures and video. You need to plan to monitor all activity during the week of April 18. Tell your boss you have to use the restroom or something. Get it to me electronically and I will produce a GTEL infomercial. Oh I guess I should say please. Just having some fun and looking forward to the next year.
On a serious note, if some does capture pictures and/or footage, I can make an awesome informational video with GTEL facts and news.
Kevin
Rocky - I am confused (again). Where is the stratellite currently located?(How far from Edwards?) Is it at LAX? When it travels to Edwards will it fly over non restricted area's? If it does someone should be able to get pictures of the transfer flight. I would love to have some high resolution pictures (or video) for my desktop wallpaper to replace the computer generated one I currently use.
TIA
Kevin
Great call Rocky with your earlier post:
"Our margins in the carrier business have grown substantially in the first quarter and this is what drives our prediction to reach profitability by the end of the second quarter."
Great day all longs
Kevin
"Upon approval of FAA flight plans" I notice it does not say FAA approval of construction:) Looks like everything is still going well.
Kevin
I see a TASL on the bid with 4 other MM's. I don't remember seeing TASL before? I could have missed it though.
Kevin
Here you go.

I also noticed it states GTEL short is restricted and subject to mandatory closeout. We just showed up on list, because we were not there a couple of days ago when I checked. Therefore not enough days on the list with this listing to become mandatory closeout? I wonder if this is from the last time we were on the list and if we were never properly covered? I was reading yesterday something about congress getting involved, maybe the markets will stop trying to cover up the shorts and start trying to cover them:)
Kevin
I just noticed in the 2005 EDITORIAL FOCUS section for October Satnews
"COMPETING TECHNOLOGIES TO SATELLITE Special SATCON 2005 Issue"
I had to laugh, because IMO we will see a real picture of a stratellite on the cover.
Here is the link, scroll about 1/2 way down and look in "2005 EDITORIAL FOCUS" section

Great day all longs
Kevin
Your right. Thanks Kevin
Thanks Rocky EOM
Skram - thanks, I thought it might just have been my computer.
Kevin
Anyone able to enter the gtel or sanswire web pages today?
TIA
Kevin
IMO - No, it is the prototype. It will be fully operational, just smaller. It would surprise me if they built the big bird without testing the small one. A minor problem during the test launch could cost alot of money to correct on the large scale version if it is already built.
Of course you all saw how my IMO worked earlier. lol - I would not mind being wrong again!
Kevin
YES he is!!! The following statement is what I have been hoping for:
"Timothy M. Huff, CEO of GlobeTel stated. "Sanswire Networks, LLC will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of GlobeTel and GlobeTel will maintain majority ownership of each of the world-wide partnerships we will be forming"
If we get a cut of the subscriber fees world wide all I can say is WOW!
Gtel must be in a better bargaing position. We maintained the major share of the new division.
"in which GlobeTel will own 55%
Great PR
Kevin
It does appear the launch date has been pushed back slightly. No problem for me though. I would rather see it done right!
"The first prototype of a fully operational Stratellite is scheduled for launch in early April in California"
KEvin
LOL - I guess I was wrong with the IMO part Go GTEL!!
Anyone heard anything on the KESTREL AEROSPACE office opening. I looked around with no success at finding anything new. I wonder if GTEL told them to be quiet for a little while.
IMO it would be better for big news to wait until we get AMEX listing update.
Kevin
Thanks Rocky - Looks like I've got more reading to do:) It is no wonder I can't remember if I've read something before, with all the information coming in lately. Last summer I could keep up with a half hour of reading. Now I can't keep up.
Good Day
Kevin
Rocky - just found interesting NASA/UAV article dated Feb 2005. Might have been posted already, but incase it has not here it is.
http://gltrs.grc.nasa.gov/reports/2005/TM-2005-213427.pdf
Kevin
Rocky - this may have already been posted and I missed it. Page 23 of the satmagazine has Stratellite article
http://www.satmagazine.com/feb2005/feb2005.pdf
Kevin
I have not been watching super close, but I just notice SKYC is on the bid. I don't remember seeing them around in a while. Although I might have missed it because NITE and SCHB have been dominating lately. Not that it means anything, but the last I remember of them is that they were the big seller during our 4th qtr slide. Now they are moving the bid up:) and buying.
Kevin
I wonder if 3M is our supplier for the covering? Just thinking out loud.
Kevin
Woven Solar PV Fabrics - We could use this tech. in the future on the stratellites. Tech advances like this is why the time for a stratellite has arrived. Yes, 10 years ago it was a strech, but today it is possible:)

Still Long on GTEL
Kevin
TechBear - Good find, it is interesting that some of our suppliers are from Germany and now this. Just a note, the following site shows the first day of trading as Feb 14.http://deutsche-boerse.com/dbag/dispatch/en/isg/gdb_navigation/home?active=masterdata&module=InM...
Kevin
Thanks Rocky, I did not know if they just didn't like me. lol
Kevin
Rocky - do you have a copy of the pdf for sanswire Australia from the link you just posted. I tried to open it and it said I was not authorized to view the document. I can view other pdf documents from the site, just not the sanswire pdf?
TIA
Kevin
ineedtoknow - I hope you warned him not to do too much DD. If he does, then he will want to buy shares. If he buys shares then he will need to publish a retraction of his closing statement. lol
Great job on the call
Kevin
Well if he does have some gtel then I don't trust anything he says, because he stated at the end of his article:
"As for me, I think I'll just watch this one from the sidelines, again."
Kevin
Rocky - Sanswire web page states that the payload capacity is 3000 pounds. Do you know what the current communications equipment will weigh. I thought I read somewhere that we have excess payload capacity, but now I cant find it.
TIA
Kevin
Rocky - Thanks for trying to keep the board on focus.
Also, do you have any info on who the battery supplier is?
Kevin
