YES he is!!! The following statement is what I have been hoping for:

"Timothy M. Huff, CEO of GlobeTel stated. "Sanswire Networks, LLC will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of GlobeTel and GlobeTel will maintain majority ownership of each of the world-wide partnerships we will be forming"

If we get a cut of the subscriber fees world wide all I can say is WOW!
